Très propre Une seule salle de bain et les toilettes à l’intérieur, compliqué quand on est un groupe ! Peu de pression pour l’eau. Aucune chaîne télé en français
Jan (7/5): Verder prima. - Goede locatie tov centrum De stopcontacten inn de badkamer werkten niet. Bij inschakelen gaf sluiting. Hierdoor kon de haardroger ook niet gebruikt worden. Ook de lichtschakelaar (hotelschakelaars) werkte niet.
Edmonds (7/5): - Very close to the city for walking. Nice size, clean apartments, a bit weird with bed in the kitchen. Great communication via whats app. Quite hard to locate initially. Twice advised to leave luggage at a nearby hotel for 5 euros each, when we could have used their office hotel nearby for free.

Kapil Sood (10/5): Good place for tourists to stay while vacationing in Prague - Great location, very clean, had all the amenities that one needs. There are 7x24 stores right next door to cater for anything that you may need. The mid stay cleaning was easily organised & we were able to leave the luggage nearby for a few hours, free of charge, after check out. The space was a bit tight to be able to open 2 suitcases in one of the bedroom.

Martin (8/5): good location, spacious rooms - location is great although Prague has turned into this adult destination and this area is full of this sort of entertainment. anyways, the location is convenient, to access the old town, shops, restaurants, supermarkets, museums. the apartment is fine, quite big. not small at all. the elevator was broken, it was not working for many days and my parents are 70 years old... they had to take the stairs to get to the 4th floor. this was really annoying as no one showed up to fix it.
Jane (8/5): Enjoyable stay in an excellent location - Location was perfect for easy access to old town. Very clean, modern bathroom. Kitchen area well stocked with everything you need. Some of the pillows were too thin and one of the bedroom doors didn’t shut properly

Did not like that it was necessary to pass through my friends bedroom to get to the bathroom. Also, the noisiest building ever!

Gözde (9/5): - It was a really clean and very stylish room. Its proximity to the city center and metro was a huge advantage. When you're tired from touring the city, you can take a short break in your room and then continue where you left off. It would be good if they collected the trash regularly.

Barbara (7/5): - Krásný prostorný byt, v centru, všude blízko. Vybaven vším, co jsme mohli potřebovat. Každý den hlučeli okolní pokoje do ranních hodin, nikde žádné upozornění o dodržování nočního klidu. Není to vhodný hotel pro ty, co chtějí v noci spát. Opravdu jsme zvažovali přivolání policie. Prováděli jsme check in online přes Alfréda, následně když jsme hlásili čas příjezdu nám recepční chtěl naplánovat selfcheck in za 50 euro, kdyby byla zavřená recepce. Recepce ale v naší budově vůbec nebyla, nevím zda to byla neznalost nebo snaha z nás vytáhnout další peníze. Kód ke dveřím přišel automaticky v den přijedu na mail bez dalších poplatků. Vystavení faktury bylo na třikrát, nebylo možné dostat správné datum, cenu, IČO a adresu na jeden papír.

Krystian (1/5): Disappointing stay – poor preparation and questionable charges - Location Disappointing stay – poor preparation and questionable charges We were charged an additional €50 for a late check-in, even though the entire process was fully automated and required no staff interaction. This charge appears unjustified and was not clearly communicated in advance. The apartment was not properly prepared upon arrival. Several beds were missing essential bedding such as duvets, pillows, and sheets, and some were not ready at all. This forced us to share beds and significantly reduced our comfort. Although the apartment is designed for larger groups, we stayed as a group of five and still found it uncomfortable and impractical. It is difficult to imagine how it could accommodate more guests, especially considering there is only one bathroom. Overall, the experience did not match the advertised standard. I would not recommend this property

Igori (10/5): Отличные апартаменты в прекрасной локации, в двух шагах от Вацлавской площади. Рекомендую! - Полноценная квартира: высокие полочки, большие комнаты, есть абсолютно все необходимое! Самый центр города, Вацлавская площадь в 250 шагах. Есть небольшое неудобство, связанное с сервисом myAlfred: наша поездка в Прагу началась.с посещения Армении, где у нас не было роуминга, а вайфай работал плохо. Поэтому мы испытали некоторые неудобства при внесении залога, т.к. его нельзя внести ранее, чем за 24 часа до прибытия. Нам было удобно внести его за 72 часа, но такой опции не было
