• Katarzyna (1/5): Oszustwo - Nic Zaczynając od tego, że Pani wykręciła ten sam numer co innym a mianowicie w ogłoszeniu jest zupełnie inne mieszanie niż było naprawdę, w dodatku pod innym adresem. Bardzo słaba komunikacja i sposób przekazania kluczy - trzeba ich szukać w krzakach obok drzwi. Gdy w końcu znaleźliśmy klucze do drzwi wejściowych okazało sie ze nie ma kluczy do mieszkania - nawiasem mówiąc Pani początkowo podała zły numer mieszkania i dobijalismy sie do obcej osoby. Klucze przekazał nam wspolokator po telefonie od właścicielki. Pokój nie miał kluczy wiec każdy mógł sobie do niego wejść. Jesli chodzi o sam pokoju to: brud, smród i brak czegokolwiek. Zgodnie z ogłoszeniem mieliśmy mieć komplet ręczników a dostaliśmy tylko jeden i na dodatek brudny. Łazienka woła o pomstę do nieba: deska odpada, kabel z żarówka nad samym prysznicem, grzyb, brud. Jakby tego bylo mało, lokatorzy gotują w nocy i zapach jest nieznośny. Pokój zagracony strasznie starymi meblami.

• Andrew (3/5): Overall the bed was comfortable but the hygiene of the room was not pleasant. Awful Service - The only thing I like about the property was the comfort of the bed. The room & bathroom was not cleaned regularly, the sink was full of hair blocking the drainage holes. So I had to unblock it myself, the toilet seats became loose. The bathroom was too small to manoeuvre around & they haven’t provided us with any fresh clean towels. The location is also a little bit sketchy and far away from town.

• Vaiva (1/5): Scam and leaves you with nowhere to stay - It’s a scam. It takes you to a block of flats, with no one to let you in. Literally paid for absolutely nothing and had to book another hotel last minute. They also don’t pick up the phone calls or respond to messages so you will get stranded with nowhere to stay.

• Alan (1/5): Bad - AVOID - The property is not actually where it tries to show on the map on bookings.com, but actually on barchester street E146RD. In the description it mentions that it is 700 meters from Canary wharf underground station, but it is actually over a mile away. Also nowhere in the description or photos does it suggest that actually someone is living there, so it was in a shared flat that you get a room to. No keys are provided to lock the room, and only one of the photos shown is the actual room you get.
• Francis (1/5): Not good at all. - Not alot. The owner did answer the phone when called as I had difficulty finding the right flat. The shower light was falling out, the shower ceiling had mould on it, down beside the toilet was dirty, the floor was dirty behind the drawers, the drawers were dirty and had an old cigarette butt in one of them, there was no lock on my door, the apartment was being lived in by someone, it was overpriced and I would not recommend.

• Lucas (1/5): Liers - Nothing The room is not located where specified on the post. They where liying about the location and it was pretty clear it was on purpose. They played dumb when we were at the door of another house that was not theirs. The new house is poorly connected, only with a train that goes in 20 min to canary warf and then you take the Subway to the city centre, this way is a lot more expensive also. The exact location is barchester street. To make matters worse, the flat key is under the mat and the room itself (it is a shared apartment with the owners cousins) does not have a key either. 0 Security. I could say more things but that's enough.
• Horia (1/5): Horror house, horrible experience. Never go there ! - Thieves. I have read other tourists reviews and it's going on for a long time this scheme : they show on Booking.com an address on 20 Cuba Street and when you go there they start lying about the address not being updated on the website and they tell you to go to Barchester Street. Nothing can prepare you for that disaster. First of all you share the house with a family. There's no key to the room they give you. A filth like no one could imagine. Anybody can enter the house considering the key is under the floor mat. And they just give you the pin to the main door key fob . Horrible. Booking.com should do something about crooks like this. Hey Booking.com ! Are you going to do something about this ?????????

• Daniel (10/5): Hoste was very helpfull when booking was changed last minute. Room and amenities were clean and was no problem getting i - Nice size room with everything i needed Wasn’t the location I originally booked so was another 30 minutes walk from my work location.
• Ashley (2/5): not great, wouldn't book again - not much I wasn't aware it would be a shared flat with other people. I was under the impression it would be closer to Canary Wharf. no lock on the bedroom door made it uncomfortable. Not very clean either
• Marta (7/5): Okay stay for the price - Location is very nice, room itself is spacious enough for 1 person and contact with stuff to get the keys was very fast and easy. Big plus is the private bathroom. It's an okay stay for 1-2 nights, there are other people living in the apartment but they weren't too loud and I had no trouble sleeping. Kitchen is usually occupied, I wouldn't recommend staying here if you want to cook all of your meals. Cleaning was done a bit later than it should have but it was all communicated and taken care of after all. Bathroom is a bit rusty but then again - it's a cheap stay so I wouldn't focus too much on that.
• Anuj (1/5): Strongly recommend not to choose such stay elseyou will regret - There was nothing which I like so as to mention that. Everything I don't like. Starting from the location at booking .com , but the actual stay was far away from the mentioned one. We took cabs multiple time to reach the actual stay.There was no person to guide or receive, so over the call someone directed to find the key in uncivilized way. And worst part of the stay was that it was not at all safe. As multiple rooms were there in single flat being occupied by different person and there was no lock from inside of the room and due to that we could not sleep whole night. Will never recommend any one to stay at such unsafe place as our stay was a nightmare.

• Elizabeth (5/5): Great location to stay in Canary Wharf. Close proximities to shops and public transport. Good host lady. A little expens - Location. Central in Canary wharf. Close to public transport stops. Very convenient for tubes. Close to all shops and Shopping-Center. Construction work and noise. Bathroom was Not very clean and some rusty areas. En suite Shower also had water retention issues.
• Petya (8/5): Nice - Good value for the money. Good location. Small room but not too little. And with own bathroom. Kitchen in the apartment but we didn’t use it. Very nice and helpful host. Could add hairdryer in the room. With English weather it will be useful. New place and I am sure that will stay good place.
