• Lukas (10/5): Excellent. - The accommodation was very clean and well maintained. The complex was quiet and peaceful, which made it perfect for relaxing. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were very satisfied and would definitely recommend it.
• Katharine (8/5): Beautiful spacious apartment near the airport - Everything was new and clean and worked very well. The apartment was really spacious, the layout worked very well with the two bedrooms, two bathrooms and the other indoor areas (open plan kitchen /dining./living). The outside area was very large and had plenty of chairs and a table. It was luxurious to have a washing machine, dishwasher and a big TV as well. The wifi worked really well too. The pool looked lovely, though we didn't use it, as we thought it would be unheated. We were a quiet group and we heard no noise from neighbours at all which was excellent. There was aircon as well, but we didnt use it. Good, responsive, friendly communications with the owners as well, and slight problem gaining entry to the private car park was sorted out very quickly. For some reason, there were quite a lot of flies in the morning on the terrace. More than we have found in other apartments. The fly screen on the living room door was really welcome for that reason. There were none in the evening however so we sat outside more in the evening. The apartment is under the flight path, so there were frequent and quite close noisy planes going overhead. We only heard them when outside, it wasn't any problem when we were inside. And it meant a short trip to and from the airport at the start and end of the holiday of course. These two slight negatives were more than offset by all the positives noted above!
• Volodymyr (5/5): - The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. This new apartment with a modern design is suitable for long-term stays. It has two bathrooms with new fixtures. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and dining. We really liked the huge dining table. 1. A terrible check-in experience if you don't know Spanish. The reception was poorly organised. The Spanish-speaking lady, who didn't understand English, just tried to hand over the keys as quickly as possible and go home. 2. The description of the number of beds was completely inaccurate. It turned out that the sofa bed could not be used as a bed! When choosing an apartment, this was a key requirement for us - 4 separate beds. In fact, there were only 3 beds in this apartment. What's the problem with adding one blanket and a sheet??? 3. An unpleasant surprise awaits on the terrace - a bad smell and lots of flies, which also constantly fly inside when the terrace doors are open. This is because there are huge rubbish bins right behind the fence, where everyone from the nearby streets brings their rubbish.

• Karin (10/5): - das Appartment liegt in einer für Teneriffa ruhigen Wohngegend, man kann fussläufig Geschäfte und Restaurants erreichen, Tiefgarage ist super, da Parkplätze rar sind. Schwimmbad ist super sauber das Appartment hat 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder, eine tolle Terrasse mit 4 Liegen, einen Tisch 4 Gartenstühle und ein Loungeset, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Mikrowelle, eine Kaffeekapselmaschine Dolce Gusto, Spülmaschine, Herd und Backrohr, im kl. Außenbereich steht die Waschmaschine. Nichts
• Ovidiu (9/5): Beyond expectations - A nice , well-equipped apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Parking is easy to find nearby, and several restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The spacious terrace and access to the swimming pool are great additions. The bedrooms are very quiet, and with the blinds down, they stay completely dark—perfect for a restful sleep.
• Auri (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was great. Clean apartment, nice people, safety place. Authentic area. About 1km walk to the center and buss to Los Cristianos left nearby. Beach nearby wasnt that we was waiting for. The beach was not attractive. There was other beatiful place to swim but it wasnt suitable for children.
