• AHMED BABIKER (2/5): Only because of the night shift staff I will not recomment this hotel to anyone. - The hotel’s location and view were excellent, making it very convenient to explore Baku and enjoy the surroundings. The morning shift staff, especially Mr. Wasif, was extremely professional, courteous, and helpful throughout our stay. His service really stood out and left a positive impression. Unfortunately, our experience with the night shift staff, particularly Mr. Nijat, was the opposite. His attitude and behavior were unprofessional and disrespectful, turning what should have been a pleasant stay into a stressful one. We even had to argue over simple requests like replacing our towels, which is basic hospitality. Moreover, he refused to connect us with management unless it suited him, which was unacceptable. Such behavior does not reflect the standards expected from a hotel of this level.

• Guest (10/5): Tekrar tercih etmem - Sadece konumu çok merkeziydi ama aynı konum birçok otel var zaten 2 gece içinde 3 kez oda değiştirdik, odalar yeterince temiz değildi masa üstü dolap yerler tozluydu kıl saç vs vardı otel bir binanın birinci katında binanın girişi otelin olduğu kat inanılmaz kötü kokuyordu nefes almadan otele girip çıktık neden otel girişinin bulunduğu apartmanın temizliğini umursamıyorlar anlamış değilim, kahvaltı servisi dahil tuttuk ancak kahvaltı vermediler zaten öyle bir alanları yok, tek iyi yanı nizamı caddesindeydi çok merkeziydi ancak o konumda birçok otel de var zaten bence fiyat performans değildi.

• Raihana (6/5): Except the location , nothing else I liked about this hotel - Exceptional Location , middle of Nizami Street and all just around walkable, also the view through window from the room down to the street looks lively Room cleaning was not done , despite of saying everyday and even gave the key in the reception to clean the room, Room cleaning was not done when returned back to hotel. Have to take stairs and no elevators. Apart from one person no one speaks English at the hotel which was hard to communicate in the absence of that one person at reception.

Giriş kısmında basık bir hava yüze üflüyor ve hayvan maması kokusu ağırdı. Özellikle lavabo ve banyonun temizliği daha hijyenik olabilirdi neredeyse her gün oda temizliği istemimize rağmen içimize sinmedi. Tamamen mecbur kaldığımız için kullandık. Ayrıca sularda tam tazyikli değil ara ara sularda azalmalar oldu.

В общедомовом подъезде, перед входом в сам отель воняет кошачьей мочой. И когда на улице стоит жара, и ты выходишь с отеля на прогулку, это ужасно. Однажды меня чуть не стошнило. За все 5 дней нахождения там, не было ни одной уборки номера. В коридоре, в кулере частенько не было воды.

• Kazi (1/5): Solo Boutique Hotel: Disgusting, Unsafe & Shady - The hotel was nothing close to the pictures on Booking.com. Upon arrival, the room with balcony, that we had booked was unavailable (strange!). It was just one floor and did not even have a proper hotel reception. The staff were rude & disrespectful and were very unprofessional. Although we had paid for the first night stay by cash, we were at the hotel for less than 2 hours and we decided to change our hotel that night itself. It was a very bad experience and we dont recommend this hotel to anyone. Booking.com should conduct their independent assessment as well to look into this matter to prevent such terrible experience with other customers. Very unsafe for any type of travellers. Customers are always right; this was my worst experience in my +20 years of travelling
• ٍSamia (9/5): - الفندق رائع كموقع في قلب شارع نظامي .. اطلالة رائعة .. حولك مطاعم و بقالات و محلات تسوق .. الغرفة واسعة و نظيفة كما في الصورة .. السرير مريح .. تعامل الموظفين محترم خاصة موظف شفت الصباح راقي وخدوم .. النت عالي السرعة .. السعر جيد .. يعيبه عدم وجود مصعد لأن الفندق عبارة عن شقة مجددة في مبنى سكني قديم .. أغلب فنادق شارع نظامي شقق في مباني قديمة بواجهة مجددة .. استمتعت بالاقامة فيه .. حجزت يوم و بعد دخولي الغرفة مدت اقامتي لعدة أيام . عدم وجود مصعد .. الدرج طويل و مرهق

• Sherazade (3/5): - I liked the location and the view from the balcony. First day I ended up in an apartment which wasn’t renovated and very ancient. Then I complained about the leak coming from the ceiling in the bathroom and honestly told them that the room wasn’t that great. The receptionist agreed and change my apartment the day after. Was much better. Thanks to the receptionist Nijab for his help and advice. Overall the location is good and good view from the balcony. Loved baku, it’s a very nice and modern city. Critics are made up to be better!
