- Jenni__ (8/5): A great location with modern and clean rooms - The instructions to reach the accommodation were clear and I had no issues checking-in. The room was clean and had all the basic necessities needed for a short stay. There was an AC which for the summer will be essential. As the single room is beyond small, it would have been important to have some working hooks and shelfs on the wall to put things and clothes on. The provided hook system was lackluster and honestly did not work for more than just a coat, when you still need to hang on your towel, clothes, etc. The fridge in the room was great but at the same time, there was no air vents in the built-in wooden compartment. Meaning that very hot air was constantly pushing forwards from behind the fridge and also made the wooden top warm. These two things are easy fixes and would improve the quality of stay tremendously. For me personally, the size of the room was not a problem, I expected it based on the pictures. However, if I had any more things beyond my one little backpack, I would not have had place to store even a piece of hand luggage. This just as a warning for anyone looking into booking the single room.
- Tobias (8/5): - Wir hatten zwei 'Superior Apartments' in der Villa Basamak gebucht. Das sind große Zimmer mit Bad. Unsere waren im ersten Stock. Die Villa Basamak ist ein gut renoviertes, ruhig gelegenes Haus, etwas oberhalb der Altstadt von Sarajevo an einer Treppe. In ca. 5 zu Fuß ist man in der Altstadt. Sehr gut: + Zentrale Lage + Ruhige Lage (und auch keine qualmenden Grills, wie in der Altstadt sonst an vielen Stellen) + Preis-Leistung gut + relativ sauber Weniger gut - aber nicht wirklich entscheidend - sollte sich aber doch mal jemand von dort Gedanken darüber machen: Lasst doch mal die Designer und Ausstatter drei Nächte vor Eröffnung solcher Locations dort mit Gepäck wohnen. Das Design mag zwar nett sein, aber es gibt auch funktionale Aspekte. Üpig dimensionierte Holzbretter an den Betten sind vielleicht hübsch, aber ... - es fehlt eine Kofferablage - es fehlen mindestens eine weitere Handtuchstange und Handtuchhaken im Bad - es fehlt eine Ablagefläche im Bad (der Waschbeckenrand ist nicht ausreichend) - am Bett fehlt ein Nachtlicht bzw. ein Schalter, der ohne aufzustehen bedienbar ist - ein Mini-Tresor, der wie hier lose im Regal steht, und so einfach mitzunehmen wäre, ist nutzlos zur Aufbewahrung von Wertgegenständen - das mit dem Tee im Hauseingang ist eine nette Idee, aber unpraktikabel umgesetzt. Man kann sich losen Kräutertee aus einer Vitrine holen und in einen Mini Pappbecher geben. Das kann man dann mit kochendem Wasser aus dem Wasserkocher im Zimmer aufgießen. Dann hat man beim Trinken den losen Tee im Mund. Klappt also so nicht - Kräutersuppe muss entsorgt werden. Deswegen gab wohl ein Gast vor uns den Tee gleich in den Wasserkocher. Somit war der Wasserkocher verschmutzt und Teekräuter in seinen Ritzen. Die Alternative 3in1 Instant-Kaffee-Tütchen (mit viel Zucker, Weißmacher und Lebensmittel-Chemie) sind auch keine Alternative. Warum stellt ihr nicht einfach ein paar Packungen Teebeutel hin? Und Instantkaffee gibt es auch pur ...

- Ferhan (7/5): Der Aufenthalt war okay, entscheidend war die Lautstärke im Gebäude, d.h. wenn man keine bzw ruhige Nachbarn hat, kann m - Die Unterkunft liegt zwar an einem kleinen Hügel, ist aber gut erreichbar, in die Altstadt braucht man keine 10 Minuten und um die Ecke ist direkt ein Supermarkt. Das Bett war sehr bequem und das Bad neu. Die Wände sind immens dünn, was dazu führt das man alles im Gebäude hört - wirklich alles. Die Gespräche im Nachbarzimmer kann man wort-wörtlich mithören (theoretisch sogar mitreden). Die Sauberkeit war okay, die breiten Bettrahmen waren recht dreckig. Sowohl die Außen- als auch Innentür hatten denselben PIN, was für mich fraglich war. Ebenso ist das W-Lan nicht passwortgeschützt, was ebenfalls Unsicherheiten aufbrachte.

Pozitivno me iznenadilo to što smo se mogle prijaviti na netflix i uživati uz film nakon šetnje. Kafa je dostupna i pravi je užitak popiti prvu jutarnju kafu napolju. - Chiara (9/5): Comfortable stay, beautiful room, excellent value - Beautiful room, very new and super clean (the bedsheets & towels smelled amazing!) The location is very good, just 8 min walk away from the city centre. The shower was incredible, very luxurious, and the body gel/shampoo provided smelled divine. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent value for money. Everything was great but the points below might be useful considerations; We’d have preferred to get actual mugs in the room instead of paper cups. No blinds/blackout curtains so make sure you bring your eye mask! There’s some stairs (around 20) or a relatively steep hill to reach the property so something to keep in mind if you or someone you’re travelling with has reduced mobility.

La struttura in se era bella ma si trova su una via terribile, accanto palazzi distrutti. Nonostante sia un po così tutta sarajevo la via di notte era davvero poco illuminata. Non c'è una reception e sia la porta dell'edificio sia della camera di aprono con un codice e non ispira per niente sicurezza. Si paga solo in contanti il che non è ideale

The shower was great and there was a fridge! The street had a few people talking on it and wasn't that quiet (although we had the windows open because we like it cool!) and the curtains weren't the thickest so did let some light in. If you're not that fussy - it's all good!

They can left a bottle of water in the room. We checked-in late times and was our first trip to Sarajevo. Thats why we had to get out the apartment and look for market.

The room was beautiful—clean, aesthetically grounding, and situated in a central location that makes navigating the city feel like a meditative stroll rather than a logistical puzzle. The host was incredibly "on it," responding to my questions with the speed of a high-frequency data stream. We especially loved the coffee and tea station at the entrance; it’s a lovely touch of hospitality that aligns perfectly with a welcoming spirit. Our only "Socratic" moment of confusion was whether the tea was actually for us—it wasn't immediately obvious that we could partake! If you’re looking for a spot that balances central energy with a clean, peaceful interior, this is it. Just remember: the tea is there for your enjoyment—don't be a skeptic like us, just dive in! I wish there were instant coffee options without cream included, just coffee

- Markus (9/5): - Hervorragender Aufenthalt! Das Appartement war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage ist extrem zentral und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verlief absolut reibungslos. Sehr zu empfehlen!
- YASEMIN (10/5): İyi - Konum olarak çok iyiydi, sürekli çarşıdayken alışveriş poşetlerimi bırakmak ve dinlenmek için tekrar çıkabildim :) Sakin sessiz bir yerde ama dediğim gibi merkezi, çarşıya yakın.. Direkt kod ile giriş yapabiliyorsunuz. Odam tek kişilik ve rahattı. Klimalar ya çalışmıyordu ya da çok soğuk olduğu için yeterli gelmiyordu. Anlamadım. Tek sorun buydu benim için. ( Yılbaşında ziyaret ettim )

- Berivan (8/5): Mükemmel - Oda tertemiz ilk girdiğimizden çıkana kadar çok temiz bir koku hakimdi. Banyo tertemizdi. Ev sahibi çok ilgiliydi Sadece otoparkı yok. Tesisin arka sokağı çıkmaz sokak orada rahatlıkla yer bulup parkettik.

- Teodora (7/5): - Smeštaj je prelepo uređen, lokacija je dobra ukoliko ste bez stvari i kola, blizu je centar. Ogroman minus je što nemaju parking, kao i pristup smeštaju… sa koferima je jako teško doći do sobe.
