Things that glow in the dark when trying to sleep, different buttons, signs and an automated light that turns on when you move at night disturbing the beauty sleep. Poor alternatives for people With allergies in the restaurant.

- Nikesh (9/5): Perfect stay barring a minor checking in detail. - Included breakfast was excellent. Good location close to the airport and good public transport links. Very good for beach stay with 30 min journey into town. Excellent views and facilities from our king room. The staff left balloons, decorations and cake in the room for my birthday which was a nice touch. Two guests with the same name as me and there was lots of confusion over this causing a delay in checking in and payment requests for a room which was not mine. Staff did well to sort it and offered a complimentary drink to compensate while they sorted the issue. Unnecessary faff and delay for a simple issue and left a small disappointment on an otherwise perfect stay.

- stephane (4/5): on reviendra pas et 5 etoiles juste car il coche des cases visuelles - Situé a proximité des usines , on se demande ce que cet hotel fait la ! -les chambres sont tres sombres avec énormement de vis a vis sur les autres chambres , et sans vue mer a moins de se pencher par le balcon et donc de voir en meme temps chez les voisins. -l'insonorisation entre les chambres (du fait de la séparation avec celle d'a coté par une porte interieure) est deplorable et on a aussi bien entendus nos voisins s'engeuler a 2 du matin que de rigoler a minuit.... -la piscine fermant a 18h donc comment en profiter si on est venu a barcelone pour se balader ? -piscine non chauffée donc autant aller se baigner en mer et d'ailleurs quasi personne n'en profite en tant que baignade mais que solarium -petit dejeuner tres cher pour des plats chauds qui ne le sont pas et meme obligé de les manger limite froids...

- Marc (1/5): Catastrophique !! - Très peu de chose sont appréciables une catastrophe ! nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour 3 raisons : -sa piscine sur le toit -sa vue mer -son niveau de standing à notre arrivée, nous avons dû attendre plus de 30 minutes qu'une personne nous enregistre. Dans n importe quel hôtel quand vous entrez on vous souhaite la bienvenue et on vous enregistre, Au SLS, vous entrez dans un lobby ou se trouve à droite 4 comptoirs d enregistrements mais il n y a personne derrière... après 30 minutes d attente, 3 hôtesses arrivent, sans se presser, ne s excusent même pas et vous enregistre de manière très désagréable et sans même vous dire bienvenue, pour une première impression, c est raté ! Cette personne nous parle anglais sans même savoir quelle langue nous parlons Ensuite nous entrons dans notre chambre vue mer à 340 € la nuit et nous avons face a notre fenêtre : une usine et une entrée de parking, pour une escapade en bord de mer, c est encore raté Nous décidons donc d'aller à la piscine sur le toit, ce qui nous avait particulièrement fait choisir cet hôtel, et bien nous sommes le 16 mai à Barcelone et la piscine et : fermée....encore raté l'hôtel est situé, ce soir la entre deux concerts et un "concours de klaxons" la encore, nous n avons pas prévu de bouchons d oreilles pour ce type d'hôtel donc pour le sommeil, c est raté A 6h du matin c'est la sortie des boites de nuit autour de l'hôtel, c'est hurlements, klaxon, bagarre devant l'hôtel, sirène de police bref vous ne pouvez pas dormir avant 2 h du matin à cause du bruit et vous êtes réveillé à 6h a cause du bruit : une HONTE !! bref un hôtel qui se moque totalement de ces clients, ne respecte pas les prestations proposées, juste une machine à profit, bref le type de hôtel qui vous gâche le week-end et la semaine suivante.. a fuir !

The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh products. The stuff was nice and helpful. The check-out process took too long. There were multiple conferences and weddings taking place, which made the hotel feel crowded. The swimming pool and bar was not available after 6 p.m. The rooftop bar is not accessible to teenagers accompanied by their parents after 9 p.m. that was a real disappointment.

Save your Money for a Better established 5 Star Hotel. - Victor from Breakfast (Guy with Black hair and Black glasses) was amazing and so helpful everyday. Josè - (Guy at Deluxe bar) was also very great The tall man from Tunisia ( I can’t remember his name), at the door, was so helpful he helped us so often. John was also very nice. Beds were very comfortable. There were not enough amenities for a hotel of this caliber. No dental kits or shower caps in the rooms , they have to be requested. We had to keep requesting basic things that you get in all five star hotels. It felt like we were bothering the staff every-time we asked for something, like they were rationing things. The manager said it was for sustainability reasons but I’ve stayed in many “sustainable” 5 star hotels and they leave all the amenities out in the open and if you need them you take them. If you don’t need them you don’t take them. This is one of those hotels that uses “sustainability” as a cover up for bad and lazy service, they just want to save money and increase their profits. How sustainable is it to have to call the staff for every little thing and wait 20mins for them to bring it. These hotels care more about the “environment” than their staff or their customers. It was very obvious that they were trying to cut costs. It didn’t feel like a Luxury 5 star hotel at all. I have stayed in 4 star hotels better than this. The staff were pretty nice but a lot of them need better training. They were telling us conflicting information, it was very confusing. At breakfast, on our third day, I asked for olives, as they were there the first 2 days. I asked 3 different staff members separately. They all said there aren’t any. I knew they were lying. One said, “it’s only what you see at the buffet that we have”. I then saw an amazing waiter who was kind to my family the days before and I asked him if they had any olives. I saw him have a heated exchange with the chef and then went to the back & got the Olives. Bad UX design in the rooms. The issues started before I and my family even arrived at the hotel. We booked an “Executive 2 bedroom Suite”. After I had made the booking I looked at the pictures of our suite again and I noticed there were no pictures of a sitting room or a dining area. So I contacted the hotel. They then informed me that the suite I booked was in fact not a suite at all. It was just two regular rooms with a connecting door. They tried to make it seem like I made a mistake but I told them that the room I booked was listed as a two bedroom suite. Then they fessed up and admitted that they made a mistake when putting the listing up on Booking.com and that the website won’t allow them to change the listing. I don't believe this story but I think booking.com should penalise properties for lying on their listings. This is False advertising and shouldn’t be allowed here, especially for a five star hotel. I should have cancelled the booking then and there but against my better judgement I didn't. The issues only continued when we actually arrived at the property. We arrived around 12:30. Check in was 3pm and they said our rooms were not ready yet. That’s understandable. They said they would call us if our rooms were ready any earlier, so we sat down right at the reception. They didn't. If my sister hadn't got up to ask, we would have been left sitting there for an extra hour They told us that our luggage would be brought up to the room for us, standard practice in many 5 star hotels. The luggage never arrived. We got so sick of waiting, we went downstairs to get them ourselves. Our suitcases were still there, sitting in the lobby. Just terrible. We asked for Plates & Cutlery at the bar were told "don't worry we will bring them up to your room". They didn't, we rang room service and were told that we needed to pay a service charge for empty plates. They then rang us an hour later, to tell us that there is no service charge, and that was a mistake.

(rosalia, lohran indiai) A fürdőben nincs víznyomás, a hőmérséklet folyton változik. Az étteremben nagyon hideg van, emiatt minden étel gyorsan kihűl s hideg, 3 nap alatt egyszersem sikerült pl meleg ràntottát vagy bármi meleget enni. A környék nem túl szép, szemetes s ipari. Aki esténként sétálgatna, annak nem jó vàlasztás. A központ 20perc taxival. Ár-értèk arànyban viszont most nekünk tökéletes volt.

- Marcin (9/5): - The hotel staff, concierge and the breakfests were trully phenomenal. The food in the hotel'a restaurant is very gold as well, albeit a little price for what it is. Upon arrival we noticed that we had no shampoo, or soap in the room dispensers. I'd imagine that in such a hotel this would be thoroughly checked before the checkin. There aren't really great options to eat during the day besides breakfest and dinner. I'd appreciate for yhe hotel go work on lunch menu's.

- Femi Michael (8/5): Beautiful but can make parking completely free for guests - Amazing hotel. Lovely view. Great location. A lot of amenities around. The breakfast is not really up to a 5 star standard as I would expect. Also, if driving, you cannot park your car outside or around the hotel- numerous number or carjacks, car theft and broken car window glasses on the floor. Parking in the hotel is also Astronomically expensive. With a daily rate of €30 per day. Be aware you are also liable to pay city tax per day per individuals lodging in, this is excluding the total cost of the hotel. All these are removed from your initial deposit after checking out.
