• John (2/5): katastrophal - recht gute lage Ich habe in meinem Leben schon viele Hostels besucht, aber dieses war leider mit Abstand die schlechteste Unterkunft, in der ich je übernachtet habe. Der Mitarbeiter, der während meines Aufenthalts größtenteils an der Rezeption war, wirkte ständig sehr schlecht gelaunt. Auf einfache Fragen reagierte er genervt und wenig hilfsbereit. Als ich beispielsweise erwähnte, dass ich in meinem Bett keinen WLAN-Empfang hatte, wurde mir lediglich gesagt, dass das nicht stimmen könne. Obwohl ich gesehen hatte, dass es ein zweites WLAN-Netzwerk gab, wurde meine Nachfrage nach einem weiteren Passwort abgelehnt. Besonders irritierend war, dass derselbe Mitarbeiter wiederholt aktiv um eine positive Google-Bewertung bat. Angesichts des insgesamt sehr schlechten Eindrucks wirkte dies unangemessen und wenig nachvollziehbar. Die Betten waren zwar grundsätzlich in Ordnung, jedoch nicht sauber. In meinem Bett lagen Krümel, was einen unhygienischen Eindruck hinterließ. Das Badezimmer war sehr klein und häufig verschmutzt. Zudem fehlte fast immer Toilettenpapier. Besonders unangenehm war meine Rückkehr nach zwei Tagen, obwohl ich bereits im Voraus ein Zimmer reserviert hatte. Der Mitarbeiter reagierte erneut genervt, schnaufte vor sich hin und vermittelte mir das Gefühl, als wäre es meine Schuld, dass offenbar keine Zimmer mehr verfügbar waren. Zusätzlich wurde nachts über dem Hostel sehr laute Musik gespielt, sodass an erholsamen Schlaf kaum zu denken war. Auch die Atmosphäre unter den Gästen war nicht besonders angenehm. Natürlich muss man berücksichtigen, dass die Übernachtung nur etwa 8 € pro Nacht kostet. Dennoch sollte man selbst bei diesem Preis grundlegende Sauberkeit, funktionierendes WLAN und einen respektvollen Umgang erwarten können. Ich kann dieses Hostel leider nicht empfehlen.

• I... (1/5): - When told me at 10PM they had no bed for me I get one small beer for free They can't correctly set the administration, so there where severeral people in a 'overbooking' situation. They said they can help find something else (slightly more expensive) and pay for a taxi, but I have to wait, they expect more people in such a situation. Anyway, don't understand why they don't act, simply send a message like - we are sorry, we have no accommodation for you. At 10 PM! Never more!

• Maria (5/5): - The location of the hostel is pretty convenient. The room description did not match reality. The four bedroom female room did not have a private bathroom. Also the rooms were not individually locked and we had to walk through other rooms reach ours in the back, which is a very weird layout for a hostel.

• TS (5/5): Affordable however basic needs are not seen. - It is affordable stay however some very basic needs are not seen in the property. The room is unspacious and you have to squeeze through to your bed.The broken room door is not fixed yet and it bothers quite a lot. There are two bathrooms/toilets to accommodate few rooms people and the cleanliness is not well maintained.Speaking of which,bed sheets are seen not being changed before welcoming the next guests. There is no kitchen as mentioned, and the common area literally don't exist. Also, some other guests' comment are pretty not far from the truth,the WiFi wasn't working throughout the stay although the staff claimed that it was.

• Matia (7/5): exactly what you expect from a place you pay this money to stay in - Good location and nice staff. You get exactly what you expect from a place you pay this money to stay in. Nothing exceptional but let's say a good experience. We knew what we where going in but we expected at least for the bedsheets to be clean and changed after someone else slept there. The toilets were okay, no toilet paper and always with a pool on the floor. I still can't get out of my head the smell of one of the 2 bathrooms.

• Dmytro (2/5): Таке собі, не дуже, але ціна оправдано. - Ціна Все. Брудно. Твердо спати. У ванній туалетного паперу немає взагалі. Брудно у ванній. В кімнатах смердить. Далеко від центра міста (25-30хв пішки йти) інколи теплої води немає у душових.

• Daniel (5/5): Meh - As always with one of the cheapest hostels you get what you pay for, and if you keep you're expectations low, you can usually be pleasantly surprised. Not in this case though The good: -The bar / restaurant area is nice, with good WiFi and a TV usually showing sports. Coffee, drinks (soft & hard) and food. -The manager / owner was very hospitable, as is standard in Albania. - The beds have curtains. The bad: - The complete opposite of the owner, the guy who is there most of the time is really unapproachable. Anything asked seemed like a chore. He checked me in and I almost decided to cancel straight away because the vibe was really off. Just didn't seem like he wanted to be there. - Rooms are freezing. I asked for the remote for the heating on the first night and it came without batteries. I bought my own so not to bother the said guy above, who also told me that I couldn't rent a towel. Rented one the next day from the owner. The remote disappeared the following day and the heating was turned off - The blankets on the bed smelled damp and were very itchy. Probably due to the overall dampness of the rooms. - The wifi barely reaches the rooms, which is understandable, as it gets people to hang out in the restaurant. - The toilets are grim. Although they are cleaned every now and then, sadly, a lot of the guests had zero hygiene standards. Toilet paper and piss on the floor and toilet seats. Phlegm and spit on the floor and the sink, and other mess just left by them. It seemed to me that half the guests were migrant workers as well as backpackers, eitherway, a bit more strictness for guests might help. - No toilet paper sometimes. If there was one, it would disappear almost immediately. Make sure you always wear slippers when going in there, and put them in a plastic bag so you don't get people's bodily fluids on your clothes. - Lockers require a charge which is the first time I've come across that anywhere in the world. Also nowhere to hang anything up like your jacket inside the room. - Cleaning standards were questionable. Someone does come in and "mop" the room, but afterwards made the room smell like a combo of vomit and urine. Please tell me it's not the same mop used for the bathrooms! - Finally, the burger. Looks great, in reality pathetic.
• Giovanni Battista (5/5): Se non fosse stato per la carente pulizia degli spazi, il soggiorno probabilmente non sarebbe stato così male - L’accoglienza e il prezzo (con questo prezzo è difficile sinceramente chiedere di più). La pulizia era praticamente assente nelle stanze, c’era una puzza in alcune di queste (probabilmente dovuto ad alcuni ospiti) e c’era un bagno decisamente maleodorante

• Rakel (3/5): Imposible dormir - Lo único bueno que tiene es que el chico es muy agradable y que justo esa habitación (la del fondo) tiene una ventana muy pequeña, por lo que es bastante oscura. - Lo más importante es la música exagerada hasta altas horas de la noche. El hostel está en un bar y el bar tiene la música fortísima hasta pasadas las 12 de la noche. Es inadmisible en un hostel donde debería haber silencio absoluto desde las 22:00h. La segunda noche tuve que ir en pijama a las 12:30 al bar porque aún no la habían quitado. Es absolutamente imposible dormir con ese volumen. - El hostel no dispone de taquillas/armarios privados para cada litera. No pude dejar la mochila y tuve que llevarla todo el día si no quería dejarla en cualquier esquina del hostel. - Las habitaciones están seguidas una de otra. Es decir, para llegar a una habitación tienes que pasar por las anteriores (y molestar a todo el mundo). - La mayoría de habitaciones tienen cortinas en cada litera para tener privacidad y oscuridad, pero justo la última (la de sólo chicas) no tiene.

In the end he was using good code, but lock surpass his intellectual capabilities. What you can see in pictures is true, but many things are destroyed. Four people in the same room and there were only two electrical socket...

Тут немає холодильника, мікрохвильовки і навіть чайника. Не було доступу до розетки в кімнаті, приходилось заряджати телефон в коридорі. Шафки для речей - окрема послуга. Але в цілому за свою ціну якраз те, чого очікувалося

• Qaszuluxum (8/5): Good for the price! - Well, you do get what you paid for, this is probably the cheapest hostel I've ever stayed in so I can't really complain, they gave me a bed, covers, there were bathrooms and showers available and the place was clean and warm. The best part was the restaurant food, I ate here everyday and I loved it! The location is also quite nice and there are stores and supermarkets nearby, the host is a very friendly guy. And I got lucky cause I got a pretty big bed! Maybe it's just culture shock but they don't believe in toilet paper, every toilet has a bidet attached, which would be fine if it wasn't for how cold the water is and the mess everyone leaves on the floor, there is always a puddle no matter what time of the day you use it. Another thing that is unfortunate is the air circulation, there are no windows in some of the bedrooms, I had to cross them to get to my dorm and the smell was... Well, intense. Other than that, I think it was pretty good for the price, I loved the cats that hangout by the bar.

• Elio (9/5): Ho fatto la scelta giusta - Ho scelto l'hotel Chilli per la presenza della tenda per ogni letto... privacy tra ospiti... ho trovato un ambiente sano , pulito sempre,...con pavimento in legno,... bagni nuovi con acqua calda... e una totale disponibilità dei proprietari, anche di una mamma per la colazione... per pranzo e cena e una birra tra ospiti,la comodità di avere il pub nell'hotel Chilli, vince tutti i confronti, compreso il costo del pernottamento. Sceglilo tranquillo. Elio Mancanza di un dispenser per il sapone nei bagni e di attaccapanni nelle camere...

• Nikolajs (8/5): Open terrace bar!Cheers!🍻 - For the price is excellent, especially if you like to socialise as open terrace bar-restaurant has convenient prices and is part of the hostel, also many locals visit bar so its nice to have a chat, drink, and dormitory is a few steps away if you're tired. Only one working shower at mixed dormitory, female dormitory has another much better shower.
• Rafał (5/5): I am surprised by the many positive opinions - Good and cheap bar, if you will get lower bed with curtains it should be ok Only 1 toilet (the second didn't work), no lockers for free!!! Beds in interconnecting rooms, upper beds without curtains, 1 or 2 sockets in room, no kitchen. You can find better accommodation in this price

• Lendvai (8/5): - Közel a belvároshoz lévő hostel, nagyon barátságos és kellemes környezetben lévő étterem! Pazar kiszolgálás. A hostelbe nem található konyha részleg és a szobákban nincs se szék, sem asztal! 2 zuhanyzó és 1 működő toalett volt használható!

La ubicación bastante bien, a entre 15y 20 min de lo que es la plaza principal de Tirana. Había varios lugares para comer o tomar café, incluyendo al Hostel. Puede ser la limpieza, pero como yo llegue por la noche y tarde, es normal que no esté ordenado...
