• Oliver (10/5): - Perfect and cozy apartment. The hosts are excellent, friendly, always there in case I needed anything. Bed very comfy. Every detail is thinked of and everything that you may need during a short visit is provided.
• Tise (9/5): - Maria, the owner, was exceptionally friendly and attentive. She provided personalized daily check-ins via text and offered excellent, well-curated local restaurant recommendations. For added convenience, the property was equipped with toiletries, a washing machine, and a dryer. ( €10 fee for laundry) The apartment's interior atmosphere was unappealing due to a stale odor. Furthermore, the unit suffered from poor soundproofing, allowing noise from the street and nearby conversations to be heard clearly at night.
• serge (9/5): La vie Napolitaine - Maria est une personne aux petits soins pour ses hôtes, toujours un message pour savoir si tout va bien, prêt à rendre service. Le logement est très propre , la literie excellente et l' emplacement top , vous vivez la vie des napolitains avec tous les avantages et inconvénients. Une boulangerie à deux pas , des restaurants et un bar avec une petite place pour boire un spritz en toute décontraction. Le top. Je laisse découvrir aux nouveaux hôtes les inconvénients de la vie napolitaine. Pour nous, nous avons trouvé ce que nous cherchions : l' immersion.
• Mónica (9/5): Excelente sitio para moverse por Nápoles - Una ubicación perfecta para ver el Centro Histórico. Las llaves nos las entregaron personalmente y nos explicaron cómo funcionaba todo y dónde estaba cada cosa. El apartamento era confortable y estaba muy bien provisto, especialmente de productos personales de baño y para la limpieza. María estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento mediante WhatsApp. Por la noche la luz no podía apagarse completamente.

• Minna (8/5): Siisti ja kaunis huoneisto keskellä vanhaa kaupunkia - Vastaanotto oli erittäin ystävällinen ja avulias. Asunto oli todella siisti ja kaunis. Sänky oli mukava ja suihku hyvä. Sijainti keskellä vanhan kaupungin sykettä. Rautatieasemalle noin 15-20 minuutin kävelymatka. Asunnossa oli erittäin voimakkaita hajusteita. Ilmastointi jäähdytti tehokkaasti alemman kerroksen, mutta parvelle se ei ulottunut niin hyvin. Kadulta kantautui sisään aika kova liikenteen melu, mutta asunnossa oli tarjolla korvatulppia yötä varten.
• Alexandra (10/5): Exceptional - Nice apartment, very well equipped, there were even such things as a disposable toothbrush, hygiene products, shampoo, washing disks, even a tumble dryer!! I was impressed! It was very comfortable for me to live and relax! The apartment is in a tourist area, but the street itself is quite quiet, there were no problems with check-in and check-out, you could even leave your things and go for a walk on the day of departure! Very nice owners, I checked in at 4 am, due to a flight delay! Not everywhere has this! I will definitely come back! Highly recommend!
• Matthew (10/5): Absolute perfect, couldn’t recommend it anymore highly. - Apartment is located perfectly in the central area, a short 10 minute walk to major train stations and transport links and with everything required on the door step. It was immaculately clean, everything was as described and has everything needed for a more than comfortable short stay. I arrived later than the latest check in, however this was no problem and the whole family came and met me and checked me in upon arrival. They were incredibly friendly, provided me with some personal recommendations for food spots (which were excellent) and continued to check up on me, ensuring I had no issues (and offering more tips!) throughout the stay via WhatsApp. I had a small problem working the aircon and messaged, this was responded too within minutes with a solution. This is an absolute gem in the heart of Naples, I couldn’t recommend it anymore. I will be back if I visit again. A++++++ Street noise can be a bit much at night, however ear plugs and face masks are provided and this is to be expected given the location. It also mentioned this on the listing and the hosts told me upon arrival too, hence I haven’t reduced the rating as this was not an issue for me.
• Vicki (10/5): A perfect place to explore the Historic Center. Well equipped, would love to return. - A perfect location to see the Historic Center. The keys were handed over in person and we were made aware of how everything worked and where everything was. The apartment was very well stocked, especially with bathroom personal products. My friend and I were very impressed. Communication was awesome, usually a reply was received within minutes. The owners assisted with reserving a taxi for our departure. The place was immaculate and cheerful and the beds were very comfortable. There were tons of shops, cafes and bars in every direction. A 5 or 10 minute walk from "Christmas Alley" and many of the historic locations and churches. It was a lovely stay. Nothing to do with the owners or the accommodation. The map showing where the apartment was omitted a couple of alleys/sidestreets. Look for a fishmonger at the corner of the street and via dei Tribunali and turn left if you are coming from via Duomo. It's a few minutes from via Duomo.

• Roland (9/5): A hard to beat choice in centro storico - This is an excellent choice for Napoli, you will have a hard time finding something better. My only somewhat negative experience was the street noise which can be rather tangible at times.
• Chloe (10/5): A lovely home away from home - The whole place is so beautifully designed. It is very clean and well-kept. Anyone who goes there will definitely enjoy their stay in the apartment. Besides this gorgeous apartment, the location is one of the best you can have in Napoli. All the streets to good food are just a stone throw away. There is a Michelin Pizza just a quick 7 min away by foot. And a pizza endorsed by Gordon Ramsey just 10 min away by foot. I will go back to this apartment and stay when I am back in Napoli! The washing machine is not free to use. Unless you pay 10 euros. Otherwise, everything is perfect!

• Christie (8/5): Very good - Great apartment and hosts, central location but all the amenities you need! Only downside is that you hear any noise from the street (cars / people passing by)
• Anca (10/5): Nice and clean central Naples location - The highlight of this accommodation were the facilities and the cleanliness. After traveling with a piece of small luggage, the ironing and washing machines were very welcomed. More than this, we were provided with extra toiletries like single use toothbrush and toothpaste, razor and body lotion. The apartment has 2 TVs, so one can watch both from the kitchen and from the bedroom. There is enough storage space for a couple living here for several days. Also, the WiFi connection is reliable and fast. The owner was very responsive and even let us check in earlier. The central location is good and bad at the same time. It is very fast to reach the most important spots, but Naples tends to be quite noisy, both during day and night. Fortunately, the owner provided earplugs :).
• Harunaga (9/5): Superb - Location very convenient for the centre and University L'Orientale. Accommodation is well-equipped and comfortable.
• Lisa (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment is very central on a, small side street just off a main tourist area. Nice and spacious, clean, lots of facilities. A lot of little added extras that you wouldn't expect to be there which was a nice surprise. Bed is large and really comfortable. Host contacted me during my stay to see if everything was OK which was nice. They gave their personal numbers if I needed to contact them about anything and gave me some little tips on keeping safe as a tourist. Loads of little shops, bars and restaurants near by. Walking distance to the train station. Everything was perfect. Only thing is the vespas can be loud outside, but they are EVERYWHERE in naples so bring earplugs if your a light sleeper
• Jakub (10/5): Perfect location, high standard - The place is new. All facilities are very fresh. It is extremely well equipped.
• Caniyi (9/5): Spent two nice days in Napoli thanks to Magiuma House and it will be our only choice next time. - We met the landlady and her son on arrival. They were very nice and helpful. Explained everything clearly, gave us advices regarding where to dine and drink. House had everything that one could need during a few days stay. All appliances were there and working in good order. They left plenty to eat and drink in the house. Tea, cofee and panettone were our favourite. Location was great. Close to almost everywhere. Very smooth and easy check in and out. Looking forward to staying there hopefully next june, if not, september latest. As the house is at the very center and same level with the street on an alley next to Via dei Tribunali, it is not the quietest place in Napoli. The noisy late night passerbys, the argueing or fighting drunks can be disturbing until early am while you are trying to have a decent sleep after a long tiring day. To be honest, nothing can stop me sleeping if I need it; it was my wife kind of disturbed. We found earplugs in the drawers next to the bed, which may be helpful in case anyone needs them.
• Matteo (10/5): Exceptional - Definitely the best place by far I've been in Naples!! It's not an house it's basically a small piece of art of interior design. You can tell the landlord has put a lot of effort and love in designing this house. Everything is well studied and functional. I've put the max at everything, because it's really perfect. It's completely clean, sterile I would say; it's lovely designed, perfect location, off of the main roads so very quite, and super comfortable. Also the landlord is very lovely and can suggest you the best place around to eat (trust me, follow her advises 😋) 10/10 !!! Nothing, really. I cannot find a thing I didn't like. Maybe the fact the house is so lovely that I've spent a lot of time in it, instead of exploring more Naples ahah
• Derk (9/5): Great base to explore the city from! - Clean, light and safe apartment, provided with airconditioning and good coffee, right on the edge of the historic centre. The owner texted me every morning to check in, seeing whether everything was okay and whether I needed anything. She was very helpful, also in recommending good restaurants to have good Neapolitan pizza :) Could be a bit noisy at night due to the motorised traffic, but that’s part of having an accommodation in the historic centre.
• Andrea (10/5): Great house in oldtown - The house is few metres from main street, so the location is perfect! House is perfectly clean, everything you need you can find here. The host is very nice and helpful.
• Stylianos (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was fully renovated and well decorated. Very clean. Communication with the owners was excellent. I was allowed to do an early check in and a late check out. It is very well located in the center of the old city. The apartment doesn't have a window that you can look out, that something common in Naples, but only one very high, that you can open in order fresh air to enter inside.
