• Claire (10/5): Parfait parfait parfait - L'un de nos meilleurs logements, nous reviendrons. Les enfants ont adoré, et nous aussi ! Les jeux, la piste cyclable et le pumptrack au pied de l'appartement. Le bus au pied de l'appartement pour aller à Bilbao(mais aussi le train). La tranquillité d'une périphérie, un grand appartement où on se sent bien, comme à la maison. Bien équipé, du rangement. Un sans faute, bravo. Le petit plus : on est au bord de l'eau et à deux pas de l'appartement il y a un petit bar à tapas où nous prenions le petit déjeuner le matin et les tapas en rentrant le soir et les enfants jouaient tranquillement avec les autres enfants. • Marta Isabel (10/5): Bilbao Moderno - Es un alojamiento a pie de calle, que está rodeado de zonas verdes, en el margen de la ría de Bilbao, y nos ha parecido espectacular. Hemos estado con nuestra perrita Lola y lo ha agradecido muchísimo que tuviese esas zonas verdes alrededor del apartamento para pasear. Es una zona muy nueva. Estábamos muy cerca del pabellón de deportes que era el motivo de nuestra estancia, y también está muy cerca del centro de Bilbao para visitar el museo Guggenheim. Ha sido un finde fabuloso. Es muy confortable. Tiene todo lo necesario. Luminoso,y limpio y la comodidad de tener garaje . Cañas y almohadas cómodas. Toallas esponjosas. Todo bien la verdad

• A. Weyer (8/5): - Ruhige Lage und gute Anbindung an Bilbao. Die Wohnung ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Der Zustand ist gut und alles sicher. Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss. Nebenan und in der Umgebung wird gebaut. Ab dem frühen Morgen ist mit entsprechendem Geräuschpegel zu rechnen.

• Tanja (8/5): Gute Unterkunft für eine Familie mit Kindern und dem eigenen Pkw unterwegs sind. - Die Unterkunft war insgesamt sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ideal um z.B. Bilbao und andere Ausflugsziele schnell zu erreichen. Auch zu den Stränden ist es mit dem Auto nicht weit. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. In der Umgebung wird noch sehr viel gebaut, jedoch haben die Fenster in der Wohnung eine sehr gute Schallisolierung.

• Maurizio (10/5): Casa perfetta per un relax dopo una giornata di visite! - Appartamento nuovo e accogliente per 4 persone. Casa dotata di tutto il necessario per godersi un piacevole soggiorno. Edificio nuovo vicino al fiume e parcheggio interrato a disposizione.
• Céline (10/5): Appartement confortable et bien situé. - L’arrivée est très bien détaillée et les propriétaires très agréables. L’appartement est très bien équipé et confortable. Le parking est un vrai plus. On peut aller à Bilbao en train. Le quartier est sympa avec beaucoup de promenades et d’espaces verts.
• Kostas (10/5): Exceptional - Instructions to get in were very clear, free parking important for us, the apartment is big with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, excellent value compared to 2 hotel rooms. Very clean and well equipped. The location was very good for us, as we were exhibiting at the BEC. But for tourists for Bilbao, and especially if you don't need to park a car, there maybe other options inside Bilbao.

• Kevin (7/5): Good - A spacious modern flat with parking in the building a short bus ride from central Bilbao. The neighbourhood (apart from the construction) is very well-planned. A lovely family-oriented park along the river on what was an industrial site thoughtfully repurposed. The local centre provides all you need with supermarkets, bars and restaurants if you don't want to go into the city centre The hot water supply wasn't sufficient for three of us. There is very noisy building work next door. This is going to continue for months. They are currently piledriving for the foundations of an apartment block. That work will continue and will mean you can't have a lie in in the mornings.

• Alen (9/5): Superb - Great Apartment for Larger group of people that will meet all your needs. Especially if you are traveling for the trade show at BEC center as it is really close to the location of the apartment. Shops and all other needs for a longer stay is near by. The Host Mr. Kepa was very helpful with all the info before arriving. We will be coming back here for sure in the future. Thank You Nothing to add here.
