- Dean (8/5): We had a lovely stay on Spetses and the Roumani played a part in that. - Location was great. Breakfast was adequate but nothing special. The room had a small balcony with sea view, which was a nice addition. The bed was a bit on the soft side, for my taste.

Simple vegan options available for breakfast with plant based milk - limited to cereal, fruit and milk.. Nice balcony. Toilet seat was broken. Quite dated for the price. Bed was extremely soft. When we checked in, the manager saw it was our 25th wedding anniversary, so showed us an upgraded room - only to ask us for 20 Euro extra to move.

- Tim (8/5): Charmingly idiosyncratic 3 star whose weirdness rather fits Spetses - I checked in and was immediately disappointed—I had one of the cheapest rooms and the air wasn't working, the door wasn't opening, the place just had a dingy feel. But I was given a new room (thankful for offseason) and if one gets a nicer room, it's really the ideal 3 star place. Bad free wifi, but the nice rooms have their own wifi. Since it was the offseason, my breakfast was next door, not in the breakfast space which seems to be in the process of renovation. It's all about location here. The place is funny and charming/annoying in turns: super advanced (and dumb) door lock system, weird touch lights, but good shower, good sun, great staff. The thinnest walls that have ever been made by a human on this round world of ours. Bring earplugs. I felt not like the person next door was next to me, but that somehow they were within my skin.

- Spiros (9/5): - Η τοποθεσία ηταν πολύ καλή, το προσωπικό φιλικό και πολύ εξυπηρετικό. Μας αφησαν να κάνουμε αργά τσεκ αουτ , κάτι που μας διευκόλυνε πολυ . Τα κουφώματα ηταν παλιά με αποτέλεσμα η ηχομόνωση να μην ειναι καθολου καλη, κατι που ειναι πολύ σημαντικό για ενα ξενοδοχείο που βρίσκεται σε τόσο κεντρικό σημειο . Το πρωινό θα ηθελα να ηταν λιγο πιο πλούσιο καθως και το σετ περιποίησης εντος του δωματίου που περιείχε μονο 2 σαπουνάκια χειρος και 2 σωματος για 2 ατομα .

- Roy (8/5): Super centraal hotel in de haven van Spetses met iets te strikte checkout policy - Super centraal hotel direct in de haven van Spetses. Ik heb een nacht geboekt, maar moest door stakingen van de zeemannen nog een nacht blijven. Dit kon ik tegen gereduceerd tarief doen, dat was fijn. Dochter van de eigenaar kwam wat stug over (aan de receptie), maar kon toch af en toe lachen. Dame bij het ontbijt was erg vriendelijk en enthousiast. Beetje rumoerig en helaas had ik een kamer met twee enkele bedden, maar ik heb hier geen probleem van gemaakt. Al vrij vroeg word je uitgecheckt, als je na het ontbijt (rond 9 uur al) terug wil naar je kamer, kun je niet meer binnenkomen en moet je bij de receptie om heractivatie vragen. Niet heel gastvrij;

Rommet var ok utformet og badet var bra frokosten var skuffende. ingen frukt ingen grønnsaker. Man var nødt å sitte ute og det var kjølig om morgenen, usjarmerende frokostområde. personalet viste liten interesse for gjestene, men frokxostverten var imøtekommende. Hotellet virket slitt og hadde lite sjarme. verandaen var veldig trang og upraktisk

- Hanna (8/5): Right in the heart - Right in the heart close to everything. Comfy bed, quiet because of double door to hallway as well as toilet! Big bonus! A small balcony was appreciated. A little refrigerator was nice. Would have loved two comfortable lounge chairs and a little table inside to sit and relax. TV (for me) unnecessary on holiday and took away space from for example what I mentioned. The balcony a bit small to get in and out, maybe a bit smaller table? Few wine- & water glass would have been nice so one could relax on the balcony (or inside).

Could have been a bit cheaper considering the standard, I would say. Very bare room and we have had better breakfasts. The people working in the cafe/bar were arrogant.

- Πολυξένη Χριστοπούλου (9/5): Υπέροχοι άνθρωποι, καλό και οικογενειακό ξενοδοχείο!!! - Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό. Είχαμε ένα θέμα προσπαθούσαμε να φτιάξουμε το αιρκοντίσιον σε δροσερό από ζεστό γιατί καταλάθος, μάλλον από προηγούμενο πελάτη ήταν σε ζεστό, δυστυχώς μάλλον κάτι δεν κάναμε καλά. Αλλά με το που κάλεσα στην υποδοχή και τους εξήγησα το θέμα η κοπέλα ήρθε αμέσως στο δωμάτιο και το έφτιαξε κατευθείαν. Ευγενικό προσωπικό, πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, με το που βγαίνεις από fery boat ή το καραβάκι είσαι σε απόσταση αναπνοής από το κατάλυμα. Φιλικό προς οικογένειες και παιδιά, δηλαδή τα αγαπούν και είναι πολύ ευγενικοί. Το δωμάτιο είχε ανακαινιστεί αλλά αυτό που με χάλασε στην όλη εικόνα ενός καλού δωματίου είναι τα παραθυρο-φυλα δυστυχώς ήταν παλιά ετριζαν και δεν ταίριαζαν στο στυλ του νησιού και της ανακαίνισης που έχει γίνει

- Lara (9/5): Clean, friendly and right in the centre of Spetses! - The rooms are spotlessly clean and despite the location - right on the harbour - very well soundproofed and very quiet. They've been recently modernised, the bathrooms are nice, yes it's a three star hotel so no top luxury but really comfy. The breakfast was nice, and the lady serving it deserves a special mention for her friendliness - she even taught me Greek! The price is above the three star average but I discovered Spetses is in fact a very expensive island. I would have preferred the breakfast terrace to be just for the hotel customers instead it was shared with people just sitting at the cafe. But no big deal really. Also I'm always nervous about doors that only have a card to open/close but no internal lock/latch. It feels like everyone from the hotel could come in at any time. But these are small details
