• Luna (3/5): Si quieres descansar, no vengas aquí. - Ubicación estupenda. Aire acondicionado ruidoso hasta unos niveles que no se podía dormir. Realmente si quieres descansar, no es el sitio correcto: toda la noche sin dormir porque con el aire no se podía, y si lo apagabas hacía una humedad y un calor horribles. Olor a humedad y a alcantarilla desde que abres la puerta.

• Manon (10/5): Lovely studio apartment - The property is ideally located, so close to the Colosseum and 15 minutes away from the main tourist sites. We didn’t use the metro station but there’s one 100m away, ideal if you don’t want to walk. The streets is very quiet and wet lit so safe for solo travellers. The bed was very confortable and all the necessities where there (hair dryer, iron, all kitchen utensils as well as towels and cleaning supplies). The set up is very cosy and the apartment is clean, including bathroom and fridge. Easy access and communication was perfect. I would have loved to be able to attach the shower head higher for my long hair but it’s 100% manageable! I would stay again, it’s definitely a lovely place to book as a solo or couple traveller. • Mike (9/5): A fantastic stay in an unbeatable location next to the Colosseum and metro, with a clean, safe room. - Amazing location, right next to the Colosseum and metro station, but quiet enough in the evening to relax and sleep. The host was very friendly, checked in the night before we arrived via WhatsApp to confirm arrival time and go over entry to the room + also collected tax etc. The room was big enough for us, very clean, and we felt safe. We couldn't have had a better location, lots in walking distance and great transportation too. Great to have a fridge and microwave, not sure why there were pans in the cupboard when there was no way to use them haha. Although the air conditioning worked well, it rattled like hell! We had to wedge some things next to it to try and stop the rattle; you could tell previous users had done the same. Once we had that sorted, so it didn't rattle, it was fine. Although it would have been nice if the curtains didn't cover it, allowing them to be closed while the air con was blowing in the room. This is only an issue when staying in very hot months, though. I'm sure in winter it would be fine. The bed was also a bit uncomfortable, but that's probably due to it being memory foam. Oh, and being picky, please install a shower head holder up high so you can wash hair without holding the shower head. These are very small issues for an overall great stay!

• Martina (10/5): Amazing stay! - We couldn’t have asked for a better place during our time in Rome. The apartment was in a perfect location — walking distance to all the main sights, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and authentic. The host was amazing: incredibly responsive, helpful, and made everything super smooth from check-in to check-out. The place itself was sparkling clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. We felt completely at home. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

• Helen (10/5): Perfect for city break - The hosts' step by step communication to ensure easy access on the day of arrival and for departure. The room / apartment is exactly as described in pictures and description. Spotlessly clean throughout. Modern. Small kitchenette for basic meal prep kitted out with toaster, kettle, and microwave and sufficient utensils. We just bought some cereal and toast for breakfast and ate out for all other meals. Large shower with great water pressure, plenty of good size towels and a small selection of basic toiletries to cover arrival. Comfortable large bed, Good size table for eating with comfortable dining chairs to sit if you did want to stay in and watch tv or rest. Secure lock on door to individual room / apartment as well as heavy security door to entrance. Location amazing. Less than 5 mins to metro and buses. Clear view of colosseum from door step. Easy walking distance to majority of historical sights and bars / restaurants. Perfect for a couple on a city break where a reasonably priced, comfortable central location is needed at the end of a busy day. I could not find fault with the apartment room or host to meet our needs for our 3 day city break. For Booking.com attention....The wording on my booking implied that money would be taken out of my account during my stay which is vague, I assumed this would be completed automatically as per my normal experience when staying somewhere the host is off site however on arrival the cost had not been taken from me by booking.com for the host as the host would rightly expect before allowing access. This was NOT problematic but could have been awkward for the host or myself if the host had not been so professional in approaching the subject of not being paid on arrival. I just easily paid on the booking.com site BUT it would be useful to change the payment wording to state that in this property payment won't be taken automatically and is expected prior to arrival not during.

• Kate (8/5): Unbeatable location in historic building close to everything. - The location and nice ambience of the Colosseo Design apartment made this stay fabulous. The Coliseum is at the end of the street! It was walkable to much of Rome and the amenities were great.
• Louis (10/5): I could not have lucked out any better with my choice of properties. - First of all the owner ,Constantine, was a true gem. He went above and beyond to accommodate some special requests. I am truly grateful. The restaurant’s nearby were tourist trap awful. Do your research when dining out.
• David (6/5): Pleasant - Location close to major sites and the metro. Bed was comfortable and room was what we needed. A musky smell and poor functioning AC, including a noisy fan.
• Una (8/5): Very good - Great location, apartment very clean, bed super comfortable, good communication with the host always quick to reply when I contacted them before the visit. The only let down was poor WiFi signal, the host gave us the code( which was very long) but it didn't work for us unfortunately 😢

The host was accommodating and accommodated the request for an earlier check-in. Overall the stay was excellent and nothing to complain about. If we return to Rome I will definitely stay again.

It is 2 minutes walk until the Colosseum, and close to all other attractions. The best place to stay in Rome! Nothing, the place is great!
