- Emilly Anita (8/5): Custo benefício pela localização. - A localização e portaria é muita boa e se eu precisasse voltaria apenas por isso. Local mal sinalizado. Não tem garagem e nem ar condicionado. Tem um buraco no banheiro que não tem proteção do esgoto, então colocaram um balde de lixo em cima para não subir insetos. Prateleira para sabonete um nojo, cheio de resto de sabonete.

Ótima localização, portaria simpática, OXXO na porta e ao lado do metrô. Os vidros (janela e box do banheiro) poderiam estar mais limpos, senti falta de amenities no banheiro e adoraria uma cápsula de café cortesia.

- Huggo (9/5): Muito boa, atendeu as expectativas e nos acomodou bem. - Bem acessível ao metro e locais próximos aqui do Tatuapé, o ambiente é bom. O Studio possui uma recepção incrível, o Vagner e sua equipe do Linear sempre dispostos a nos ajudar e dar orientações. Quarto é bom, conseguimos trabalhar e descansar bem. Umas dicas: poderia ter mais alguns produtos de limpeza para darmos manutenção no quarto quando necessário. Os panos de pia para secar os pratos poderiam ser de pano mesmo, não os descartáveis. Poderiam colocar um pequeno escorredor para deixar as louças secando e um mini varal para deixar umas roupas pegando vento.
