- Marko (1/5): - kamer Ik heb Dubbel aanrekening gekregen gekregen op mij visa card. Ze hebben mij ook 50chf EXTRA aangerekend en hebben zelfs niet gezegd waarom dit gebeurd is. Daarna hebben ze mijn Visa card gebruikt om de reservering te bevestigen en hebben toch bij aankomst receptie OPNIEUW volledig bedrag van mijn Visa card afgehaald... Niet professioneel..

- Ellie (8/5): Resonably priced alternative to Parkhotel with access to all amenities of main hotel, very clean, very good breakfast, w - Nice and big, albeit dated room in Residence, direct access from parking garage (CHF 25.00 per night), very nice and competent staff: shower head leaked badly, but Jelena from housekeeping made sure it was repaired swiftly. Delay made me late for included free breakfast (buffet empty), but Lorenza (head of restaurant) made sure I still got a full and tasty breakfast - thank you both for your warmth and professionalism! Room is very big, but furniture is dated and seating was uncomfortable. Shower head was damaged (water leaking out from the hose instead of head), but got fixed quickly.

Und ohne Aufpreis! Äusserst Kundenfreundlich Sehr grosses Zimmer Allgemein sehr ruhig Nichts

- Pierre (6/5): Décevant - Petit déjeuner ok, emplacement très bien dans ZUG 23 degrés dans la chambre, et la dernière fois c'était pareil et impossible de régler la température.

- JANET (10/5): Great stay, central to train station, shopping plaza and lake - An exceptionally comfortable hotel, I stayed here twice during my time in Zug. The breakfast (next door at Park Hotel) was exceptional, as were all of the staff I encountered. I would stay here again! Expensive, but that is Switzerland in general!!!

- Bettina (6/5): - Die Lage war super Die Rezeptionistin war freundlich aber wahrscheinlich noch ganz neu.Sie konnte uns gar keine Frage beantworten.Sie war auf jeden Fall nicht ortskundig. Wir hatten kein warmes Wasser auf dem Zimmer,bekamen aber ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Am nächsten Morgen war ein Feueralarm,weshalb kein Check out möglich war.Dieser Umstand hat aber nur 10 min gedauert. Der Rezeptionist war freundlich und hat sich dafür entschuldigt

- Heather (8/5): - Stayed in the Residence that is part of the Park Hotel in Zug. Good central location, 5 mins walk from the train station. Big room with a balcony, good shower, little / no aircon so a fan was in the room but it was quite noisy. Main point to note is that you need to check in at the Park Hotel next door to get your key - there wasn't any signage at the Residence to tell you this so be prepared. Overall good experience.

- Andrea (6/5): Rezeption schwer zu finden, Stromausfall - - Es steht leider weder bei der Buchung noch im eigentlichen Gebäude irgendein Hinweis dass der Check-In, das Parkhaus und das Frühstück im Parkhotel nebenan ist. Wir sind durculh das Gebäude geirrt und haben die Rezeption gesucht und schließlich angerufen. + Die Zimmer waren sehr schön, sauber und groß mit einem großen Wintergarten. Check-Out ist erst um 12:00 Uhr, was sehr angenehm ist. + Das Frühstück ist hervorragend, riesige Auswahl und bis 10:30 Uhr - Wir hatten 2 Doppelzimmer gebucht, leider ist bei einem der Zimmer frühmorgens der Strom ausgefallen. Wir haben das an der Rezeption gemeldet, der Stromausfall konnte aber bis zum Check-Out nicht behoben werden. Komisch fand ich außerdem, dass man offiziell bis einen Tag vorher hätte stornieren können aber bereits eine Woche vorher der Gesamtpreis auf der Visacard blockiert wurde.

- Tjerja (8/5): great business hotel for a few short days stay - parking facilities are great, great space, breakfast buffet was sufficiënt. easy to reach, close to city center and 5-10min walk from the lake. easy to make trips from zug to zurich, lucerne and Bern and roadtrips around the lake area. we had to move two times because of power maintenance. (no compensation or reduction for the inconvenience). not enough power outlets in the room, which is necessary with 3 people. Also 10 Chf for a power adapter (swiss have different plugs than EU) should be included standard in all rooms.

- Frank (10/5): - Staff is excellent: friendly, helpful, courteous. Breakfast was outstanding - offers more than we could try, and everything was tasty. Bed and room were a bit warm, but OK for one night; Residence is next to the main building, but still very close. Surroundings are very beautiful.

Because of the heat, we had to leave the windows open, which led to bugs and even a cockroach in the room. Also, we couldn’t access the swimming pool because our keys didn’t work, and we weren’t sure why. Overall, the staff were great, but the lack of air conditioning and maintenance issues affected our stay.

- Joanna (9/5): Incredibly friendly and professional staff, very spacious room within walking distance from centre. - The room was very spacious and quiet. The pillows weren't very comfortable and the room was quite hot.

Although it is clean and well maintained the facility is outdated as if you travel back in time to the early 2000nds. Electric plugs are located randomly in the most inconvenient places and the TV can only stay on if the central light is on.
