Presença de muitas baratas (tipo francesinha) em diversos ambientes do apartamento; Controles da televisão com pilhas descarregadas, o que dificultou o uso; internet fraca; Ausência de panos de prato e de chão limpos(tinham sujos no tanque); Interruptor/luz do banheiro social não está funcionando; Ausência de roupas de cama adequadas: não havia sequer um lençol com elástico para forrar a cama.Devido falta de comunicação com anfitrião.
