• Anastasiia (10/5): A very good place to stay in Rome, especially for families. - The apartment was clean, comfortable and quite spacious. It is located in a quiet residential area with grocery stores and cafés nearby. The tram stop is within walking distance, and it takes about 20 minutes to reach the city center. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Nothing significant, everything met my expectations.
• Alessandro (10/5): - The flat is very stylish, large and comfortable. It could easily host 8 people. It is silent and located in a prime area of Rome within 20 minutes from the city centre. I have found it very clean and well equipped if you wish to cook. The check-in and check out process is effortless and managed very well.remotely by the team. I had the pleasure of dealing with Giorgia. Her communication was excellent before, during, and after the reservation. Giorgia responded to all my queries quickly, and I have found her to be extremely helpful, professional, and supportive. Well done 👏 and thank you to Giorgia. All went well

• Guest (7/5): Pas mal - Pas de machine a laver pas d’aération pour le deuxième étage et les lits du premier étage ne sont pas confortables et on a reçu u message du hôte exigeant de payer 250€ pour la garantie et 120€ pour la taxe de séjour avant de nous donner accès a l’appartement .
• Mihaela Lungu (6/5): - A fost curățenie și este ok ca și poziționare în oraș Apa calda are o problemă gravă, nu curge caldă decât 10 secunde. Aerul condiționat nu funcționează bine, din 3 aparate doar unul baga rece și nu este suficient pentru toată încăperea. Cele 3 dormitoare sunt de fapt unul singur și încă doua paturi duble in spațiul de deasupra. După ce am făcut rezervarea, mi a adus la cunoștință ca trebuie sa plătesc un depozit de garanție in valoare de 250 euro bani pe care trebuie să îi trimiți cu 7 zile înainte de data rezervării și pe care ții returnează in termen de 14 zile după efectuarea chek out. Nu recomand!!!

• Anonymous (10/5): Excellent for Friends Reuniting in Rome - Coming from France and Spain, our group of six friends met in Rome and stayed here. The apartment is stylish, extremely clean, and felt very homey. We had dinners together in the big kitchen and relaxed in the bright living room. Fast internet, a quiet neighborhood, and very well connected to all the sights. Easy access from the ring road too!
• Giraldo (10/5): Quiet Comfort for Mature Travelers - We’re a group of friends from the Netherlands in our 60s, and this apartment was an excellent choice. Everything is on one level, spacious, and very clean. The furnishings are elegant yet comfortable, and the natural light creates a very welcoming atmosphere. Easy access to the center with tram 8 and bus, and no stress at all arriving by car. Truly a relaxing Roman experience.
• Anonymous (10/5): Family Trip from the US – Couldn’t Be Better - We flew in from Boston for a family holiday (two adults, two teens, and grandma), and the apartment was a great fit. Everyone had space, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the Wi-Fi was fast enough for schoolwork and streaming. Check-in was super simple, and getting to central Rome with tram 8 took less than 20 minutes. We’d absolutely come back.

Olimpia Boutique Apartment delivered it all. The check-in was seamless, the place freshly renovated and sparkling clean. It was lovely to enjoy coffee in the sun-filled living room before hopping on the tram to Trastevere or the city center. Great value and style!

The place is clean, bright, and has a cool modern feel. Super fast Wi-Fi, comfortable beds, and the check-in was a breeze. We loved how quick and simple it was to get downtown using the tram and felt safe in the area even at night.

The area is full of cute cafés and restaurants, and it felt very safe and relaxed.
