• Grzegorz (8/5): - We loved the location of the apartment in the cute town of El Paso. The apartment is comfortable, spacious and tastefully decorated. Private parking space was a plus. Overall we had a nice stay. It was very cold during our stay, as we visited in early spring and the evenings were quite cold. The air conditioning unit is situated in the bedroom and it's impossible to warm up anything except the bedroom. It was not pleasant to have showers in the freezing cold bathroom (there's no source of heat in the bathroom) and mornings were not great as we needed to put on layers of clothes before leaving the bedroom.
• Ixaka (7/5): Párking complicado y algún visitante inesperado. - Amplitud, silencio, tranquilidad y buena ubicación cerca de muchas rutas y de zonas de playa. Tiene parking privado, pero entrar y salir de el es jugársela ya que la entrada es muy estrecha y difícil de maniobrar, las salida es peligrosa aunque hay un espejo para ver si vienen vehículos, la verdad se ve fatal y los coches vienen rápido, cuesta abajo y por carretera muy estrecha. Nosotros optamos por dejarlo fuera donde podíamos, pues el aparcamiento está un poco complicado cerca del alojamiento.

• Yurena Cordobés (8/5): - Fui para hacer la carrera Reventón y bastante céntrico de la Zona de celebración de la carrera. Gracias a qué tiene parking privado no te preocupas por encontrar aparcamiento en toda la multitud que hay en esos días en la zona. Me pillaron días de tormenta, con lo que no pude salir de apartamento ,pero me he sentido cómo en mi casa. Tiene utensilios básicos para cocinar. Vistas a Bejenado, Vocan tajogaite, iglesia del pueblo etc. Debido a la lluvias muy muy abundantes que me pillaron en las vacaciones, salió algo de humedad en las paredes, pero con la calefacción no se hacía notar tanto.

• Jonah (9/5): Great central apartment - Many of the reviews are complaining about a missing kettle, but there was one in the apartment we stayed. The location is good and everything was in a great condition. The city El Paso is a great spot to spread out and explore the whole island. The apartment is hard to find, because it's pinpoint is on a wrong spot on the map. Once you start to count down the house numbers in that street, you will end up at the right spot a little further down the road.

• Alexandra (5/5): Basement unit is damp, cold, and has mold but the apartment was nice and location is great - The property has 3-4 apartments and I was assigned to the basement level unit. The location is perfect and it is very easy to walk to the town square and even to do some great hikes. It was very nice to have private parking, a very nice patio, backyard, and a pool. The basement apartment has everything I needed including pots and pans for cooking. The bathroom is new and very nice. Unfortunately, the basement unit we stayed in had a pretty significant mold issue and we both ended up having sinus issues by the end of the stay. The host never responded to me using Booking.com messaging at all but was responsive using WhatsApp - it would be good if they could tell people that is how to contact them. No one ever reached out to me about how to access the property and there were no instructions provided. The basement unit we stayed in was very musty and damp to the point where our towels had to be dried outdoors or else they never dried out. The main heat/cooling is in one of the bedrooms so it had to be blasting to warm up the rest of the apartment, which was quite cold and damp. There was a small space heater that wasn't able to heat the rest of the space very well. The host really needs to get a de-humidifier and an appropriately sized space heater as there was mold visible in both bedrooms (along the windows in the bedroom with twin beds, all the way along the top of the wall in the main bedroom, and all over the front door). Additionally, the door sweeps aren't installed properly so we had to collect at least 3-4 millipedes per day from the floor and walls.
• Pablo Nicolás (10/5): Mejor estancia en la Palma - El apartamento superó nuestras expectativas desde el primer momento. La ubicación es ideal, con unas vistas espectaculares. El piso estaba limpio, moderno y equipado con todo lo necesario (cocina completa, Wi-Fi rápido, aire acondicionado/calefacción). Las camas eran cómodas y la decoración acogedora. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue excelente: respondió rápido y nos dio muy buenas recomendaciones locales. Sin duda volveríamos a alojarnos aquí y lo recomendamos 100%. No hubo nada que no nos gustara

Sería conveniente que se especificara qué fotos se corresponden con el apartamento reservado, porque el alojamiento está dividido en 4 apartamentos, y al reservar no sabes dónde te vas a alojar realmente. El baño era bastante pequeño.

Wasmachine met kort wasprogramma is fijn. Prima badkamer. Geen eettafel maar een barretje met twee krukken. Zeer beperkte keukenuitrusting. Koude vloer en koud huis. Host reageerde niet op via Booking.com verstuurde berichten. Smal tweepersoonsbed. Beperkt warm water uit boiler, dus niet te lang douchen. Alleen bereikbaar via buitentrap. Wij hadden appartement nummer 1, de andere zijn groter.

• anonym (7/5): Schön aber kalt - Große Unterkunft im Erdgeschoss. Schön eingerichtet. El Paso ist nett aber kalt im Winter. WLAN war gut zum Arbeiten. Check in Prozess so gut wie nicht vorhanden. Wir haben gar keine Info erhalten und mussten den Besitzer vor Ort anrufen, der uns wiederum nach 30 Minuten an einen anderen weitergeleitet hat, der uns dann endlich den Code für den Schlüsselsafe verraten hat. Maximal mühsam. Es gab keine kleinen Teller, nur tiefe Teller. Im Winter definitiv zu kalt. Der Steinboden war eiskalt und der Mini Heizstrahler reicht nicht für die Küche, das Wohnzimmer und das eine Schlafzimmer. Es gibt eine Heizung/Klima im Hauptschlafzimmer, das war ok. Das Klo war undicht und man hat uns gesagt, dass wir das Wasser abdrehen sollen. Gerichtet hat es bis zur Abreise keiner, somit haben wir jedes Mal beim Klo-gehen das Wasser wieder aufgedreht und danach wieder ab. Polster steinhart und wirklich sehr hoch.

• Juan Rafael (8/5): Días de descanso y encuentro familiar en El Valle de Aridane. - El trato con el anfitrión fue muy bueno, siempre dispuesto a solucionar cualquier problema o cualquier duda. Al estar en un primer piso, las vistas eran muy buenas. Me gustó todo, aunque sí echamos de menos una mesa para comer o trabajar, pero no será fácil solucionarlo porque el apartamento, aunque tiene de todo, es pequeño.

• Abenchara (9/5): - El apartamento muy bien, equipado con todo desde los utensilios para la cocina, lavadora, secador para el pelo, plancha para la ropa. También cuenta con aparcamiento así que muy bien.
• Abenchara (10/5): - Apartamentos muy completos, no les falta detalles lo pasamos en familia y está muy equipado. Tienen supermercados, farmacia…todo muy a mano. Levantarte y asomarte y ver el volcán merece mucho la pena. Muy recomendado.

• Raquel (8/5): Alojamiento Alojamiento - La ubicación. No esta muy lejos de la capital. Zona tranquila. Que en ningún momento vimos al arrendador. Cada vez que necesitábamos toallas limpias y ropa de cama teníamos que ponernos en contacto vía telefónica para que nos la facilitara, a sabiendas que nos queríamos una semana.

• Sebastian (9/5): Superb - Very clean and cozy little apartment. It was great for one person and a couple days. If you travel with two people it might be a little on the small side, but when visiting LA Palma you're not planning on staying indoors anyways, right ?! Plus poit is the parking and small cpool/ sun bathing area. I'd come back if I have to. Can't think of anything I didn't like... I'd move some furniture around to make the living room more usable, but that's about it.

• Jakub (7/5): Good starting point for car trips - Good location, within 20 to 30mins by car to many interesting parts of the island. Very friendly and helpful host. Relatively well equipped kitchen (toaster, salt, even some teas, ...). Washing machine even with the washing liquid was a nice plus. Short walking distance to the town center with many shops (Spar, HiperDino, pharmacy, ...). There are 3 different apartments in the building. Mine was at the ground floor, number 3 I think, the living room was dark, there were floor tiles on the floors everywhere, so the floor/apartment felt cold. That might be great in summer, but I found it not so great in January, bring slippers or thick socks. El Paso is quite high on the hill already, so if it's 24C at the beach, it might be 19C in El Paso...just something to be aware of. Also missed an electric kettle, but there was a stove with pots, so no big issue, just a minor inconvenience.
