Hartmut (2/5): If you have alternatives, consider choosing other place. - There is a (quite) small pool available The staff was rude. We arrived and there was no water for hours (problematic when you arrive with three kids and toilet flush does not work..). The owner “forgot” to inform about that, while she insisted on prompt payment “also the security”. The security guy that was promised by the owner, actually came only night out of three. Owner did not inform about the absence in the subsequent nights. Day 2: no electricity for literally the whole day (in the whole “barrio”). Not the owner’s fault, but again, also no communication from him insofar. Result: sweating hot in the whole house, no aircon running. On top of all that, really unpleasant and partially offensive communication by the owner.
