The host was incredibly welcoming and provided us with fantastic local tips and information that made our trip even better. The house itself is lovely—the bed was exceptionally comfy and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. It’s also in a perfect location for heading out to explore the Cotswolds. A real highlight was the excellent pub just around the corner. The host was kind enough to recommend it and even booked a table for us in advance. I highly recommend you do the same—the food was absolutely marvellous! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

• Neus (10/5): 10/10 - Everything was a 10/10. The house is very cozy, perfect for spending a few days, and has everything you need. The kitchen and bathroom are well equipped, and the bed is very comfortable. We traveled with our two-year-old child, and Zelie kindly provided a crib and a high chair, which was a great help. Zelie was very friendly and attentive at all times. We would definitely recommend this place.

It had everything I needed for a very comfortable stay. The host Zelie, was very welcoming and gave good advice about attractions in the area. The village of Broadwell is extremely well located to explore the Cotswolds.

Broadwell is a lovely quiet village to stay in and great location to base yourself for exploring the Cotswolds. Zelie was a wonderful host and provided excellent information.

Zelie was very accommodating with my arrival and sharing her milk with me. Absolutely nothing. It was perfect.
• Linton (10/5): A perfect base for a visit to the Cotswolds. - Trinity house is quiet, very comfortable and fully equipped including condiments and electrical adaptor plugs and a shopping basket. Zelie thought of everything. She was charming and helpful about anything and everything. The village is very quaint. It is an ideal place from which to to visit the Cotswolds. As mentioned in the Trinity House description, there are stairs which may cause issues for those with mobility concerns.

Much nicer places available for less money . - Nice village. but glad to leave . * location - nice village but street looks like public housing. * facilities - Not " a well equipped " kitchen. no cooking facilities other than a toaster and an old microwave- ok if all you want is toast and 2 minute noodles. * bathroom - spacious. Black mould on ceiling above shower. Towels hard and scratchy from lack of conditioner. *bedroom - comfortable but furnishings old and worn out. * comfort - heating is at the whim and control of the host, with no consideration for guests. had to ask for heating to be turned on the first night. second night host went out, no contact beforehand. Third night didn't bother. * Host- elderly host completely lacking people skills .Seemed pleasant enough at first, but when i returned on the second day the parking was taken up by her friends. When i asked about my parking space i was told bluntly "its not your parking space, anybody can park there". Seemed to enjoy berating me within earshot of her friends. After that she made no contact with us apart from a sarcastic text. even stayed clear when checking out.

The little kitchen was well equipped with dishes, a tra towel, tra and coffee and s toaster, hob snd microwave. The shower was lovely too. There is a charming pub within 20 minutes walk and the host even gave us a torch as we were walking after dark. Perfect in every way!

It was lovely and clean, a small kitchen perfect for doing our breakfast. The bed was very comfortable. Our hostess was very friendly and helpful. We hope to return very soon .

Accommodation not what I was expecting, advert very miss leading. - The room was very clean , bed was comfortable , The advert was very misleading as I was expecting a separate annex, however this turned out to be an on suit bedroom somebody’s house .

• Dennis (10/5): Superb! - Gracious welcome by the property owner. Excellent location for exploring the Cotswolds area. Extremely quiet, tranquil and comfortable, yet within a 10 minute drive to a big grocery store and Stow-on-the wold's shops. Easy walk along pastoral fields to a fine old pub and ancient village church. In a word: wonderful. The tap water from the bathroom sink rushed out too forcefully, tended to splatter. A hob for cooking would have been useful.

The space is an apartment within the host’s house. The village of Broadwell is small and nice to walk around. There is a gastro pub within walking distance of the house. There is nothing else in Broadwell other than the pub. If you need to get to Stow-on-the-Wold, which is the nearest large village, you will need a car.

Zelie was a fantastic host, she was very friendly and she met us on arrival and showed us around. She even offered us some fresh farm eggs which we enjoyed at breakfast the following morning! Perfect location in the Costwolds, with a lovely walk into Stow for a cream tea! The property was beautifully furnished and clean! The bed was also very comfortable! Thank you for a lovely stay Zelie! We cannot wait to come back. Absolutely nothing!
• Gary (10/5): The perfect place from which to explore the Cotswolds. - The accommodation is beautifully presented with a real eye for furnishings and lovely details. A really comfortable cosy bed gave us a really peaceful nights sleep helped by the very quiet setting. So good to have a little private kitchen and dining area off the bedroom. Everything was spotlessly clean and the friendly welcome by Zelie was the icing on the cake. The local pub is perfect too!

Delightful - It was nice to stay in a self contained annex and not have to fit in with restaurant times as in a hotel. The lady who owns the property was very nice and accommodating even providing an air fryer for us. Very comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. A delightful place to stay. There is nothing to dislike about this property.

The decor was a mix of vintage and contemporary which worked so well and showed Zelie's excellent artistic style. Everything was spotless and the bathroom was fitted out to a very high quality. The bed was superb and so big I lost my wife a couple of times. Zelie the host was lovely and very helpful with local information. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone. It is perfectly located for all the best visits in the cotswolds and you will not find a more comfortable place to stay. Five stars !!!!! Absolutely nothing!
• Kerry (10/5): Exceptional little gem - What a beautiful place. Met by the hostess Zelie as we arrived, armed with a beautiful bunch of her sweet peas. Stayed for 3 nights to roam around the Cotswolds..in ear shot of Stow, morten, Boughton, and of course, Chipping Norton, Diddly Squat Farm. Zelie was so welcoming and friendly. Me and my partner had a really good chat with her. What a wonderful lady. The apartment was upstairs. So beautifully furnished. The bed was amazing and so comfortable. Walk in Forest rain shower head. The toiletries were such a lovely gesture, with even makeup pads, but zelie's homemade jams, marmalade were amazing! Walking distance even for my partner wirh his Walking stick, to the Fox Inn pub, with beautiful gardens, and food (make sure you book) Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much for making us welcome Zelie ❤️ Absolutely nothing. Zelie went about and beyond.

The style of accommodation is a beautiful blend of old & new decor. A modern bathroom and kitchenette were well stocked with toiletries and quality teas & coffee pods. Bed was fantastically comfy and having a sofa and extra comfy chairs was an added bonus. When next visiting the Cotswolds, this will be our first choice of accommodation.

Zelie was a delightful host who gave us some great ideas for what to explore in the Cotswolds and then left us to it. The village is charming to wander through and nice to return to after a hectic day in some of the more touristy locations.
