- Jo (9/5): -
- Nelly RP (10/5): - Le quartier très calme, la propreté, le confort, les échanges avec le personnel
- Louise (6/5): Cheap and cheerful - Cheap and cheerful and close to centre The bed smelt like the covers had already been used and the pillow was awful
- Mike (7/5): -
- Fabiana (6/5): -
- Anita (4/5): Not cheap and not cheerful. - Nothing No bottled water for the kettle, the only source of water was the toilet sink.
Sheets didn't smell clean. Tea and coffee bowl was full of dirt under all the sachets - luckily I took my own milk and coffee so could use the microwave to make milky coffees.
Looked so much better online when booking.
- Kristina (8/5): I recommend it - It was clean and nice! You also can have a coffee or tea there. It’s not close to the centre.
- Sebastian (8/5): -
- Kathryn (10/5): - Great value with lovely clean room. Bed was very comfortable. All the facilities on the landing were very handy, with fridge ,microwave, kettle. Everything you needed. Thanks.
- Paulina (10/5): Wygodny i piękny pokój - Bardzo wygodny pokój z dużym łóżkiem. Czysta łazienka i wygodny aneks kuchenny Nie było takiej rzeczy
- Dániel (8/5): - Kényelmes és tiszta volt
- Michael (7/5): - Clean and tidy The WiFi network connection was bad.
- Nicola (8/5): Great cheap overnighter - Very quiet, safe, easy and just about perfect for my stay Bedding seemed a bit old and musty smelling - I used a sleeping bag on top

- Ksenia (9/5): Great stay, clean property - Clean too with good lighting. I found the bed comfortable and bathroom was clean too, so overall very pleasant stay. The room had a kettle, cutlery and some cups, which was nice as I had a takeaway dinner. The street was a bit messy but it's not the owner's fault, luckily inside it was very nice. The metal bed frame was squeaky but didn't prevent me from falling asleep.
- Rosita (9/5): I would totally recommend staying here, since it’s really nice and comfortable. - The property was always clean and really comfortable. It had everything you needed and the interiors are really pretty. Public transportation is close and access to the property was really easy. Communication with the host was simple and they were always really helpful with any questions or situations that might come up.
- iain (10/5): - Brilliant shower, nice view of the park and the coffee machine. Could have done with a bigger bath towel to enjoy the shower more😁
- Seyyed (8/5): - Very quiet. Organized. Clean. Easy checkin and out. Good value Nothing really. I wish there were a TV
- kimberely (3/5): Never again - On the top floor 5 stairs with a dog and hard floors nightmare Location rats everywhere due to rubbish and bins
- Seyyed (8/5): -
- Robert (7/5): OK for the price - The place was spotlessly clean and warm. The shower was hot and powerful.
The mattress was comfy. The metal bed frame creaked evetytime we moved keeping us awake.
There was no coffee only tea and only one cup.
There was no tv and the floorboards from upstairs creaked as they moved around
- Neil & Jay (10/5): - Excellent Nothing
- Edwards (9/5): Great value for money - I liked the little communal kitchen space. The room was so much better than I expected. Towel provided and really comfy bed. Ideal for what I was looking for. I think it could be better lit at night.
- Ádám (8/5): -
- David (10/5): I will return definitely!!! - Thank you 😊
- Murielle (8/5): -
- Jeffrey (10/5): Excelent and calm - it was so clean is far from city centre
- Michael (7/5): - Good location N/A
- Susan (10/5): -
- Robert (8/5): - Good location by a nice green space, decent walk to town or a taxi for around £6 at the time of writing. The room was clean and tidy, hadn't small desk too. Could have done with an extra plug point nearer the bed but not a big deal. The shared bathroom was very clean and lovely! For the price I don't think you can argue much! Probably some UHT milk with the tea would be useful but there was herbal too.
- Abigail-Rose (10/5): Pretty good, would definitely come back, wish the walls weren’t as thin. And bed was unbelievably creaky felt nervous ju - I love the colour green so i liked the room, however the shower was glorious, the big shower head? I would visit over and over again just for a shower it kept perfect temperature and the bathrooms design was so satisfying Every wall was as thin as paper. plus I’d never had a bed creak as much as this one. There were also damages all over the room so I took photos just incase

- Stephen (8/5): I only stayed 1 night, arriving late and leaving early. The ore arrival communication and information was good and mana -

- Jennifer (8/5): -
- Jeremy (10/5): Highly recommend!! - The room is spacious and I really enjoyed my stay. Maybe could provide disposable slippers in the future because the floor is very cold
- Troy (10/5): - Lovely room nice and warm and clean A place to clean ur dishes
- Sameer (8/5): As advertised, clean and same. Rooms are basic but OK for just for sleep and exploring Liverpool - Easy parking. Room was as described. Ok if you just need somewhere to sleep. Kitchen is shared and basic, but OK if just need a bed to stay
- Ginny (9/5): Lovely room opposite the park - Location worked well for me for access to City and Sefton. Instructions were easy to follow and the room and bathrooms were clean. I would have liked the instructions a little earlier. Wasn't sure I was going to get them before I had arrived. Travelling alone so felt a little late getting them.
- Hannaway (9/5): - The room was comfy The bed was a bit small and it was spring ,which was uncomfortable and hurt my back
- Jennifer (8/5): Comfortable and clean accommodation close to the city centre - The room was really comfortable and clean. Instructions for entry were clear and queries were responded to really quickly. Thank you for a lovely stay!
- Tyler (8/5): Liverpool comic con - Easy access to buses. Basically a private bathroom even when it's shared. I would prefer like a TV in the room
- Robert (9/5): - Clean and comfortable, no hassle
- Matt (8/5): Glasgow House - The Host was very friendly. Have to give thanks for advice on the shower use and particularly on nearby parking which was free! Also very comfortable bed. Can't think of anything I didn't like.
- Mcquilter (8/5): I would definitely stay again. I’d even recommend it to a friend - It was quiet and comfortable The blanket wasn’t the best, everything else was great
- iain (9/5): Excellent place for overnight stay. - Lovely firm bed, good sized room and plenty of towels. Shared bathroom excellent with a very good shower. Also nice to find a sink where the plug stayed in allowing to have a comfortable shave. Lots of buses to the city centre just a short walk away. A couple of times the last digit to the key code to the front door didn't work first time ( might have been because it was raining. Otherwise the keycode entry system was very good.
- Kristóf (8/5): I recommend it! - The room was okay! Everything is easily accessible!
I recommend it! Unfortunately, the hotel guests are loud!
There was no cutlery for every room. We had to solve it.
At least one plate and tray for every room.
- Michael (8/5): had a great time fix the 2 issues and we'll be back - Thank you we enjoyed our stay very much.
Generally brilliant There were two issues though
Room 1 wasn’t very happy with the bed as the springs were gone.
Room 2 bed was brilliant but the chair has a damaged leg that needs repair.
- Dobrovenko (10/5): - The room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was really good. Location - 25 minutes on foot to the city center. All good
- joanne (9/5): - Was lovely very peaceful and very clean There wasn't a tv in room
- rita (6/5): Not the level of comfort I expected from reading other reviews - Easy check-in. Bed was comfortable. It was warm when I would come back in the evening, but I had to wake up at 5am every morning and the heating was turned off by then so the room would be freezing. The building itself is NOISY. I don't know if it's the pipes, the foundations, but there's always some regular noise going on, so if you have trouble falling and staying asleep then stay away. On top of that, my room was the first one right by the entrance, so the constant noise of people coming in and out was too much. I also feel like it's a bit disingenuous to title only some of your rooms with "Shared bathroom" and not others; I specifically booked the room that didn't say "shared bathroom" in it's name, read the amenities it included and saw "shower, toilet" so obviously assumed my room included a bathroom. Sure, you can say I should've read the fine print and you'd be right, which is why I'm saying that it's disingenuous on their side to not label is correctly on the title when they've done it for other rooms; they've since changed the title to reflect this. I also didn't find a hair dryer anywhere, and the sheets seemed like someone had slept in them. Also, the water temperature in the shower wasn't hot enough considering how cold it was outside (you usually need to adjust the temp according to the weather).
- Robin (3/5): Clean but uncomfortable stay - The room and bathroom were clean. When we booked there was no indication it was a shared bathroom. The walls in the building were paper thin so you could hear everyone in the building. The bed and pillow were extremely uncomfortable and the bed made significant noise every time you turned over.
- MARK1973 (10/5): Top place! - Great place to stay by edge hill Station. Lovely room and excellent shared facilities. Full marks Perfect 👌
- Oksana (10/5): Such a peaceful and comfortable stay. Beautiful surroundings, spotless rooms, and a welcoming atmosphere. Truly a place -
- Fahy (10/5): Value for money and a great sleep - It was spotless, the bed was like sleeping on clouds Nothing
- Richard (10/5): -
- Sarah (8/5): -
- Darryl Westie (9/5): Nice little gem ! - The location was awesome, just awesome little out of city centre just, easy walk to centre, but i prefer that! Room was brilliant , was very comfy !! I did enjoy the whole stay was good value for money , communication good, wifi awesome, shower was new and so nice, no wait as shared shower ! 😀 and just overall a great experience for me in Liverpool! Loved it all, had very slight problem, TV had to be reset , which they did for me, it did drop out again on last night but the guys no the problem so sure they will get on top of it for further guests! But honestly, not a biggy for me , I loved this place a lot !
- Price (7/5): Lovely room, just some noises. - The room itself was lovely and cozy. The location was close too the town centre. The Tv in the room wasn't working and there was a constant banging noise coming from next door, and you could hear people outside having conversations, I know that's not your fault and can't be helped. But did keep us awake for a few hours
- Adam (7/5): Would stay again, very convenient. - Property was fine, easily accessible and in a convenient location. Staff I met the next morning were very friendly! The towel I was given to use for a shower was damp upon arrival. Unsure whether it had just been washed or previously used.
- Cristina (7/5): -
- Philip (7/5): -
- Emile (8/5): -
- Cynthia (10/5): Booked for a relative they were thrilled with the beautiful home -
- Katrina (10/5): Would stay here again - Straight forward instructions on how to enter the property, both the main door, and the bedroom door had code locks fitted. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious enough for the two of us. The area was quiet at night.
- Gabrielle (10/5): Exceptional -
- Samantha (8/5): Brilliant budget accommodation for visiting Liverpool - The room was modern and clean and a good size. Comfy bed. Hanging rail (with hangers!) and a mirror and chair for doing your hair and make up. Nice touches.
The little kitchenette on the landing was great for making hot drinks (coffee and tea bags provided), and had a fridge, toaster, kettle and microwave. Location was excellent. Bus stop 5mins walk away with frequent buses into the centre. Free street parking right outside the property. It was all great, however the wall-mounted reading lights by the bed didn’t work for some reason.
Also, if you’re going to provide little cartons of UHT milk for guests to make hot drinks - check they’re in date and usable - they were unfortunately lumpy and off!
- Julia (10/5): Exceptional - Cleanliness, over the phone staff, simplicity, value. N/a
- Kelly (9/5): Superb - Good location near Edge Hill Station, easy check in, really nice bathroom even though it was shared and pretty decor Bed was quite hard and the frame rattled a lot even when just sleeping. Sound bleed from other rooms quite loud.
- Kenneth (7/5): Good -
- Tanisha (10/5): Clean, comfy and perfect home, close proximity to the city centre. - The room was easy to access via codes on the main door and on the bedroom door handle (rather modern and hi tec - easy to use however). The bed was really comfy and we had enough room as two adults. The room was spacious, high ceilings, quiet, had a little sitting area / dining table, small mirror, fridge, rail for clothes, mirror and TV. WiFi worked well. All areas were very clean, including the toilet and shower room. Nicely decorated throughout the property. We were able to get a deliveroo order really quickly. We also made use of Ubers which were very fairly priced; it was only 15 minutes drive to the centre. Easy to find somewhere to park outside. Lovely park opposite the property with a kids play area. Towels could’ve been a bit bigger to ensure the wrapped around us - especially as walking up and down stairs in shared areas before and after showering. A full length mirror in the room would’ve been an added bonus. We had a kettle with tea & coffee but could’ve benefited from some milk pods and sugar/sweetener.
- Cohen (9/5): Really good value for money exactly what it said it was we were over to see a concert in anfield and it was perfect as i - Great cleanliness
Felt like a safe location
Good value for money
- Thomas (9/5): Superb -
- Emiliano (8/5): Very good - The space. Very good installations Lack of natural light
- Allwell (7/5): Good -
- Mark (8/5): Great location - Great location for regular bus route to City Centre and Anfield. Powerful shower in shared bathroom. Park views. Fridge, kettle, toaster etc right outside room. Clean. Free WiFi. Only 1 pillow so had to use coat to raise pillow. Very short bed. No TV or radio in room.
- Helen (8/5): Very good - Clean, fresh and modern.
Fridge and coffee machine were great.
Good bathroom. A note to say that the fan needs to go on and is downstairs would be helpful.
- Keith (8/5): Very good -
- Laura (5/5): Not As Good As It Looks. - Communication was very good even though I was given the wrong code to get in the house at first.
The bed was comfortable.
Only 5 mins walk to the metro to get into the centre of the city. The front area of the house looks untidy and not looked after.
The stairs are steep in the house.
The walls are thin, I was able to hear the guy next door to me snoozing.
There is nothing around the area, no resturants.
Best to bring one's toiletries.
Not very welcoming.
- Rosemary (8/5): Very good -
- Ben (10/5): Exceptional -
- Zoe (9/5): Superb - I just needed somewhere clean, cheap, and close to where I was doing a course, and this was perfect in that sense.
- Andrew (8/5): Very good -
- Tijn (9/5): Superb - The space and the room itself Nothing notable, only gave a neutral for the staff because we didn't see any👍
- Marcus (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tyler (8/5): Comic con - Everything but loved the bathroom I was hoping for the room to have a TV but wasn't bothered that it didn't.
- Andy (6/5): Pleasant -
- Steffan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andy (10/5): Exceptional - Room was very spacious had everything there lovely place There was no TV but I took my lap top
