• Petra (10/5): - Stanovanje je prenovljeno, čisto. Ima veliko kuhinjskih pripomočkov, udobno posteljo. Priporočam. Malo brezplačnih prostorov za avto.

• HalPet d.o.o. (10/5): Kad ćemo ponovno dolaziti u Split, voljeli ponovno boraviti u ovom apartmanu. - Izuzetno ljubazan domaćin, kojem je stalo da se gosti osjećaju kao doma. To je vidljivo po brojnim detaljima, kava, čaj, čokoladice u kuhinji te potpuno opskrbljena kupaonica (sve higijenske potrepštine i deterdženti,..) Jako ugodan, moderno uređen apartman sa svim uređajima i za duži boravak. Osjećali smo se kao doma.

• Dorota (10/5): - Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Blisko bazar handlowy i super market w razie konieczności zrobienia zakupów. Do plaży na której panował spokój i można było odetchnąć około 20 minut spacerkiem. Do centrum i starego miasta tyle samo. Darmowy parking przy apartamencie. Polecam 👍👍👍

• Sonja (10/5): - Sehr nette Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sehr gut ausgestattet. Parkplätze sind kostenlos direkt vor dem Haus verfügbar, jedoch recht schnell belegt. An der Straße gibt es weitere teilweise kostenpflichtige Parkplätze.

One small detail that left a positive impression: a shelf full of Split travel guides – clearly the guests have been taken into account. Big plus for the washing machine and dishwasher. Parking was easily arranged by the host.
• Su (10/5): I highly recommend this apartment. - Of the dozens of apartments we have stayed all over Europe, this one is absolutely the best! It is newly renovated with top of the line appliances; spacious with very comfortable beds and bed linens. It is spotless throughout with everything we might or might not need. There are restaurants and grocery stores just across the street. Parking is free. We really enjoyed our stay there. Can’t think of anything.

• Saúl (9/5): Para repetir sin duda! - Muy grande, con aire, cocina equipada, muy limpio, cómodo, buena comunicación con el propietario. Gran experiencia. Precio (lo pongo siempre ya que estamos llegando a unos precios desorbitados) y el paseo al centro que tardas unos 20-25 minutos.

• Javier (10/5): El mejor apartamento de Split - Todo está nuevo, limpio, cómodo y espacioso. Está completamente equipado, hasta con lavadora y Antonio, el casero, de lo más amable y atento. Un 10 total, volvería sin dudarlo. A unos 15’ del centro, pero a cambio tienes parking sin problema.

The place was spotless, even cleaner than I expected, and fully equipped with everything you might need. The location was ideal, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The host thought of every detail: a baby cot was provided, and even a baby spoon was available, which was such a thoughtful touch. The bathroom was stocked not just with the basics but also pads and hygiene products, which shows how much care and attention goes into making guests feel at home. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully prepared place to stay. Would definitely book again!
• Alan (8/5): Very good - Modern apartment. Looks like newly renovated. Clean. Nice neighbourhood. Difficult to find a spot in the car park. Fortunately the host came early and managed to block a spot in the car park for us.
• Celia (9/5): Amazing, modern apartment. - A wonderful, fully equipped, modern apartment. Very clean and was surprised by how modern it is. Could have stayed for a week. Had parking and communication was easy. A bit far from old town, but we had a car, so it didn't bother us.

• Aleks (9/5): Gteat apartmemt for a family. - Great apartment for a family. Has all the ameneties even for a longer stay. Location is also great, in a quiet neighbourhood and not far from the city center. Everything was clean and the host was very responsive.

• Pilipovic (10/5): A great place to stay while visiting Split - Perfect little place! I can not imagine needing anything else. It felt new, clean and comfortable. Parking in front of the building was always available. A farmstand with fresh fruit and vegetables, several bakeries and much more were right across the street. A walk to the town was about 20 minutes and very easy. The host was great too! We loved our stay and highly recommend it! I would not change anything about this place.
