• Marc (8/5): Toller Aufenthalt in Tokyo - - Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - Mr. Nagasaki hat bei Fragen stets schnell geantwortet - Fast genau wie im Vorhinein beschrieben - Etwas heruntergekommener also auf den Fotos - Alles andere wie Größe oder Entfernung zum Bhf ist ja bereits in der Beschreibung vorhanden, daher kann man sich nicht darüber beschweren 😉

• Berón (10/5): - Tuvimos una hermosa estadía en Tokyo, el departamento está muy bien. Cerca de algunas estaciones de subte con lo cual uno puede ir a cualquier rincón de Tokyo sin problemas. Recomiendo este departamento en un barrio muy tranquilo y pacífico. 🙂
• TAKASHI (3/5): 不安と不満 - チェックアウト時間を超過したら許可なく持ち物を処分され、後の旅に大変支障をきたした点。その補填に関する訴えには応じず、宿泊費よりも高い延滞料金を請求してきた点。はっきり言って日本人運営の宿泊施設ではあり得ない対応の杜撰さに腹が立ちました。 金輪際利用はしないし、オススメもしません。

• Georgina (5/5): You get exactly what you pay for; A more - The location is pretty good, but I live in the city so a few minutes of walking to the station was nothing for me. There's a 7-11 within 5 minutes of walking if you need any household supplies It's a condo style area, and they make sure amenities are provided; I liked how authentic it felt compared to staying at a traditional hotel. There is heating which made it comfortable as well. A washing machine is provided as well as a balcony for you to hang up your clothes, but on humid days we were able to use a coin locker dryer near by for cheap. The area outside of the bedroom wasn't very clean, and there was mold growing in the windows right next to where we slept. I noticed my partner was feeling sick a little after checking in and we feel like this is the reason why. The cutting board provided in the kitchen area definitely had mold on it too. The pictures are a little outdated, the mirror is cracked and hasn't been replaced in a while. The bed felt mostly clean but we found a strand of hair that definitely wasn't ours in the bed at some point. Although we were trying to follow the rules, a man who I assume runs everything yelled at us while we were taking out the garbage because a few guests were leaving theirs out on the curb around new years (we made sure to not do this..) For the price, I would have been okay with it as long as there was no mold.

• Margaret (9/5): This air bnb was definitely my favorite out of any I've stayed. - I was very pleasantly surprised just how quality the room was for such a low and affordable cost. The size of the room exceeded my expectations. In previous bookings that were more costly it had been a struggle to find where to keep my luggage due to it being cramped, but here was just the polar opposite. Comparing alternatives, this place is extremely spacious for the cost. The fridge too was larger than I've seen in any other place I stayed in Japan. I was happy with the size and quality of the bed and TV aswell. I would absolutely stay here again. The main drawback of this air bnb is the location. The nearest train stations are quite a far walk away and you should consider the factors of moving luggage and the temperature, especially if it's august like it was for me. It's right between the two nearest stations, Ekoda and Higashi-Nagasaki, making walking to either take about 13 minutes. (I recommend using Higashi-Nagasaki station as the ticket price to places like Ikebukuro is slightly cheaper.) For me, I didn't mind the walk and the location was convenient for me personally but the distance from stations is certainly something to note. Other than that my only quarrels with the place were that it was sort of dusty, especially in the loft and the ladder. I think there may be some bugs, I never encountered them myself and my friend spotted a small one on the first day of staying. After that we didn't see any more. There's also no chairs other than a bean bag up in the loft. The pin locks on the doors are kind of confusing and difficult to use. The buttons glitched out for me sometimes and made me input the wrong code, after a few wrong tries it locks itself which is annoying but you get used to it after a few times. I'd still say its more than worth it for what you pay.
• Strahinja (8/5): Comfort but overpriced - It's clean, good explanation on how to get to the room. WiFi is amazing. Set of cosmetics. The room is small, and too expensive for that kind of room. It's cold inside, but it gets warm if the AC is turned on.

• Joshua (8/5): Very good - The room was very clean, the place is good for 1 or 2 people only, the neighborhood that the place is located was very quiet and safe. There are a few conbinis that are near the apartment and a grocery. Few restaurants around the area and the surroundings was clean. It is a bit of a walk (10 mins) from the nearest station which is Senkawa metro line, but if you like to walk and see the surroundings you would enjoy it. The room was small only enough for 1 or 2 people, no elevators so if you have multiple luggages its gonna be a struggle.
• Phutsavanh (6/5): Unappreciated - Big and soft bed, large fridge, Closet too small, hot and cold water not work together properly, I chose non-smoking room but I highly smelled smoke overnight.

• Adrien (7/5): Good - Smelly rug, the drain on the floor under the sink don’t work, the water stay on the floor. Can smell neighbors cigarettes when using AC and the vent at the same time.
• Kryzha (5/5): You get what you pay for - My partner and I enjoyed the price of the apartment room, moody high ceiling light with adjustable brightness and sturdy bed. The neighborhood is very quiet, so if you like that, good for you. We didn’t enjoy being able to hear the next door neighbors loudly through the walls, making us feel too weary of our own volumes. There is no bidet in the toilet which made us sad having used it everywhere else. I think the bathroom lighting is also too dim. There is no laundry facilities. We wished we could have accessed the place above the bed, but there was no ladder. Also, this is just us, but the walk to the nearest station might be a struggle if you are coming home with a lot of shopping bags or checking in/out with luggages.
