- Melissa (10/5): - The Wonky Cottage was a lovely place to stay. Unfortunately the weather was bad during our stay and so we were confined to the cottage for one of our days. The cottage had all the facilities required to make a good day inside, including games and access to amazon Prime, Netflix etc. Was very clean and in a good location, within walking distance to a local shop, pub and fish and chip shop. Will definitley stay again. Some road noise but this is nobody's fault and is to be expected when you're on a busy road.
- Howard (10/5): Great location nice and quiet village. Ideal for a long weekend break. - Good location. Clean and tidy. Value for money.
- geoffrey (9/5): - The accommodation was lovely , the finishing touches it was a lovely place to stay.
It was perfect for Scarborough and flowers of May.
We will definitely be coming back. Living in a cul de sac, it was a bit noisy , but the accommodation and free parking made up for it.
- J (8/5): coastal dog friendly break with comfy beds - comfy beds easy parking close distance to scarbrough and the north york moors .plenty of cooking implements if you feel that way inclined.excellent fish and chip shop nearby. dog friendly as well so perfect for a dog friendly coastal break traffic noise is not so much a problem as not a light sleeper.
- Ellen (10/5): Wonderful cottage in a beautiful location - Location, facilities, spacious and homely. Poor shower pressure and hard pillows

- Jeffrey (10/5): - The very best self catering holiday we have ever been. The cottage is spotlessly clean with everything provided including tea and coffee for a welcoming cuppa on arrival.
Wonky Cottage is the perfect place to take a break. There's a shop which sells all your food essentials just a short walk along the street and a very short walk in the opposite direction there's a pub though being non drinkers neither of us went in. Across the road from the pub is a fish and chips shop and the food from here is excellent. Nice white cod in golden batter cooked to perfection. There was nothing to dislike.
We will definitely be back again to Wonky Cottage.

- Melanie (9/5): Comfortable stay, convenient location and lots of thoughtful and useful items to make it a home from home. - Excellent facilites, lots of space, nice to have your own parking space. Comfortable for a family and lots of useful items available if you have small children!
Small milk in the fridge and tea, coffee, sugar etc ready to use which was a nice touch.
Easy to access. Great communication from John. Just 1 toilet roll for our stay & there was salt but no pepper. I guess it could’ve been a little cleaner (lots of bits by the edge of the rug near/under the sofa, I only noticed as I was playing games on the floor with my kid otherwise I probably wouldn’t have seen it).
Road very busy/noisy - but we weren’t too bothered by this.
That’s just being picky/honest though! Everything else was brilliant!
- Louise (9/5): Lovely cottage - Lovely cottage, good size, well furnished, comfortable and in a great location.
They have literally thought of everything from teabags to dishwasher tabs to condiments greatly stocked and fully appreciated, would definitely stay again Nothing
- Liam (9/5): A cosy short stay in a great location. I would definitely return. - The property was spacious and warm. Private parking and location was a bonus. Close to x2 pubs and shops. Great value for money i would definitely stay again. N/a
- Stephen (10/5): Nice cottage, great value for money - Good location in a quiet village midway between Filey and Scarborough and about 20 minutes walk to Cayton Bay beach. Everything in the cottage was clean and it was really well equipped. The host, John was very helpful even letting us in early. We will definitely return Nothing bad about the property, However the local pub is a bit grim!
