• Joana (7/5): - It's located in a quiet area which is great. The staff was always open to make our stay a pleasant one. Internet was good. The only minor thing was the cold shower especially to wash hair... the room isn't that big for 2 people, but it's fine for a few days and if you don't spend a lot of time in the room.

There is no hot water and the gates are only opened around six or 6:30 in the morning, meaning it is not possible to go to the mosque for morning prayer.

• Holms (1/5): Check terms and conditions before booking here! - I left because of the bad attitude of the owner/manager so I cannot comment. First of all the check-in time was advertised at 10 am which suited me well. I arrived around 10.30 but was told to come back at 12.00 because the staff said room not ready. I then spoke to the ungracious owner/manager and pointed out his mistake so he said I could check in early if I left early. The next day. They had a vacant room ready (not what they told me) so I took it. Since then they have changed their check in time. Later on that day I returned with my dogs and then was told pets were forbidden. This is not what it says on their booking conditions and still is saying pets allowed for bookings next week. After another discussion with the owner/manager he very reluctantly said I could stay, but by this time I had had enough of his ungracious unappologetic attitude so I went home.

L’emplacement est facile à trouver, les chambres sont très propres et confortables, le wifi fonctionne très bien, le personnel est très sympathique, je suis très content ! Seulement l’odeur de produit chimique m’a un peu dérangé au début

• Amy (10/5): Clean Room, quiet location and lovely service :) - Really great place to stay in Mataram! The staff and owner were all super nice and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. The room was very clean with AC. No hot water but didn't bother us! Breakfast was yummy with a few different choices, brought right to our room. Water refill and good wifi available. The location is close to lots of local and cheap eateries and is very quiet day & night. Would definitely recommend staying here!!!

J'y ai passé 2 nuits et j'y retournerais si je suis de passage à Mataram sans hésiter ! J'ai pu louer un scooter pour la suite de mon voyage à Lombok, tout était très bien ! Cela manquerait peut-être d'un grand drap pour se couvrir la nuit. Le reste était êtres bien

De plus, la possibilité de louer un scooter pour 100k/jour est très pratique à notre arrivée, une forte odeur de produits ménagers était présente dans la chambre, ce qui était un peu gênant. De plus, il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude.

• Kevin (10/5): Exceptional - The town itself wasn't that nice, but we rented a scooter from the owner and explored the island from there. The accommodation was much better than expected. It seemed newly renovated. There's a kitchen where you can cook, and drinking water was also provided free of charge. In the evening, we were asked what we wanted for breakfast, and in the morning it was even brought to our room. We had hot showers, and the air conditioning worked great. The wifi was stable and you can use it for work.

The staff were exceptional, Terimakasih 🙏 The location is perfect for exploring Mataram. It's close to the university there are plenty of foo options. Access to a common kitchen always a plus.
