• Juan (7/5): Good - Nice location. The host didn't specify the payment methods. As tourist you expect paying with credit card or online. Hopefully he offered me using a Prex wire-transfer, but I didn't have cash to pay for. He must specify only-cash before booking!

• Suzanne (9/5): Comfortable apartment - Quite a peaceful location, not very near tourist spots. The indoor heated pool and outdoor pool are great facilities. The sauna and steam room and relaxing areas on the 10th floor are all a real bonus. The apartment itself was clean, communication good and a generally positive and comfortable experience. The indoor pool got gradually more cloudy and dirty throughout our 5 night stay and was never cleaned, with lots of debris gathered on the bottom of the pool. We watched a trapped young bird dying over two days as the building security refused to help release it, despite my pleading with them. It was trapped between the glass doors and balcony glass of a different apartment that we could see across from our balcony. (Which is a good reason for some apartments to have netting which prevents this). It couldn't flap its wings enough to fly out due to the narrow space, but it kept trying. It was very distressing to see. I tried knocking on neighbouring apartments to get help and managed to persuade someone above to throw water onto the ledge where the bird was trapped so it could try and drink and survive. I even tied sheets together to throw down into the ledge from another apartment for the bird to climb up and get out, but security came out and told me it wasn't allowed. None of this is a reflection on the apartment we stayed in of course, but on the building design and its security staff. There was no bath in spite of the description saying there was, but that was minor.
• Melisa (10/5): Exceptional - The building amenities are amazing and can easily beat any 5 star hotel. The room was just as expected and had everything necessary for the stay. The bed was super comfortable. The host was attentive at all times and super nice to talk to. Great experience! Since the price is more elevated than other accommodations in the area, I am bit more picky. I would have loved to have some courtesy toiletries, water, tea or snacks to give it a 10/10 value for money rating.

• Nancy (9/5): Comfortable 1 BR apmt in a luxury building with 2 large pools - The security personnel are very professional and it was easy to gain access to the apmt after checking in with them. The outdoor pool is a luxury. There is an indoor pool on the top floor as well. The gym has sufficient equipment including 4 treadmills. The king size bed is extremely comfortable and I slept very soundly. Although there is no traditional oven, the owner supplied a conventional oven. The full-size fridge has glass shelves and the door shut easily and tightly. The small balcony overlooks the pool from the second floor and is enjoyable to sit on and enjoy a coffee. The A/C unit is smartly attached to the side of the balcony so it does not take up space on the balcony. The apmt has several great details but is lacking an automatic coffee maker, full size mirror (only mirror is in the bathroom) and other often standard equipment in a furnished luxury apmt. The code to enter the apmt expired before the agreed upon checkout time and it was nerve-racking finding a solution to get back into the apmt where all of my belongings were still inside. The rate per night with the additional charges is somewhat high for the low season at us$88.50 per night.
