- Will (10/5): -
- Franklin (9/5): - The cleanliness
- Peter (9/5): -
- Séverine (9/5): A friendly and comfortable place to stay in Moseley - The apartment is good and well located in a neighbourhood (Moseley) with lots of restaurants and cafes. The place is comfortable and spacious. The host (May) is very welcoming and friendly. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to avoid booking room 1, which is directly above the restaurant, as you will hear the music playing until c. 10 pm.

- Maria (10/5): Very comfortable and well located. - Great place to stay very central to Mosley close great bars and cafes. Very responsive host Nothing
- Joy (8/5): A reliable base in Moseley, Birmingham - The accommodation was comfortable, spacious and well equipped. The contact person was friendly and helpful and available on the phone for anything that I needed. I would stay there again for sure. If you stay there on a Satrday night, as loud music is played in the restaurant below, it is best to reserve the top-floor room for a quieter environment.
- Thomas (5/5): - It was a really nice property once I got in. Clean with everything I needed for the night. It was difficult to find as there were no signs or labelling. It is not staffed permanently so I wasn’t sure I had the right place and the number on booking.com was wrong. However once she arrived the person showing me in was nice and helpful.
- Charles (6/5): Basic, but fair value for money - Ideal location. I was disappointed by the poor provision of facilities in the apartment. I’d have liked a small table beneath the TV to eat at, better kitchen equipment to cook with, a shelf in the bathroom for my washing kit, and a handle over the bath to make stepping in and out safer.
- Sonia (8/5): -
- Lynn (10/5): Great location and convenient for the function I was attending. May was super friendly and efficient -
- Joanne (9/5): - Great location More crockery
- Antonia (7/5): - Only 1 teaspoon and no bottle opener. There were dirty sheets in the upstairs bedroom and someone’s dirty clothes in the downstairs bedroom
- Rae-Reeves (8/5): -
- Richard (9/5): -
- Anita (10/5): Lovely clean apartment - It was modern clean and had good facilities Just a very little thing
The street lights could be seen through the blinds in the bedroom. We prefer a very dark bedroom
- Jessica (10/5): Perfect apartment in central Moseley Birmingham - Home from home, perfect for a short stay. Lots of storage and kitchen space, spotlessly clean.
- Richard (9/5): Comfortable apartment in an excellent location - A spacious and well equipped apartment, with a very comfortable bed, in a great location. Host was friendly and helpful.
- Victoria (10/5): Warm welcome, helpful host, comfy bed, lovely stay in nice area of Birmingham - May came out to meet us to help us park and get into the flat. The whole building is well presented and clean, nicely decorated and bright. It was close to parking at the back. Easy walk through to car park. Nothing!
- Geoff (10/5): -
- Tajammal (7/5): The property needs a little more attention to small details - Location- very central, on high street with loads of decent food options
Cleanliness - property was clean, tidy and in good decorative order
The host was very pleasant and welcoming! 10/10* 1- Even basic toiletries (shower gel/shampoo) weren’t provided
2- Toilet seat was broken (had a big crack/potential injury hazard, if used)
3- Noise - Due to steady traffic/being located on high street
4 Blinds - Not good enough to stop road lamp light getting into the room (probably need blackout curtains)
- Donal (8/5): Very good -
- Chris (9/5): Excellent host, very helpful and a perfect location - The location was perfect, Only minor thing, finding somewhere to park
- Geoff (10/5): Exceptional -
- Judith (10/5): Exceptional -

- Oliver (10/5): Exceptional -
- Paul (9/5): A very modern, clean apartment with plenty of bars / restaurants / food stores nearby. - May, the host , met me and showed me around the property and let me check in 2 hours early. My apartment was on the first floor, a short flight of steps, and had everything I needed. The best parking option is probably the Moseley Village car park directly behind the apartment, It is run my Ringo and costs £5.50 for 24 hours I knew from other reviews that there would be some street noise, I stayed on a Tuesday and Wednesday night, and there was but , as I said, it was expected. The only other point to note is that the blinds in the bedroom don't really keep the daylight and / or street lights out.
- Thomas (9/5): Superb -
- Adam (10/5): excellent -
- Emma (5/5): It was disappointing - The bed was comfortable and the location was very convenient. The TV didn’t work. There was a lot of noise from the traffic outside.
- Will (9/5): Well serviced and appointed properties. Friendly owner who's very accommodating...will use again - great location for our needs. Close to a great M&S food market and paid parking right behind
- Nicola (9/5): Superb -
- Andy0712 (7/5): Good nights stay - Location was good for shops etc around the area. Hard to find the door, was down a back alley
- Jake (8/5): Very good -
- O'sullivan (10/5): Beautiful apartment - Beautiful spacious apartment
Great location
Owner always contactable
- Ambrose (9/5): Superb - Brand new refurbished large flat
- Olu (10/5): Exceptional -

- Dee (9/5): Roomy and great location to everything - We love the location. It was so close to our son's apartment but more importantly so close to the M&S Grocery store which we went to several times. Within minutes of walking to several coffee cafes, restaurants, shops and a quick bus ride on 50 bus to the city. Love the two separate bedrooms and each with a toilet. Love the location the most. The apartment could have been better stocked. We came from across the world and had to ask for more than one towel. No paper towels or salt. Very little dishes, 3 forks and one pan. The street noises of people and cars were loud and the music of the church was loud. Mainly if there were fully stocked with more than one towel each for 10 days is not enough. No washer. Even though when we booked the facility said washer and showed pictures of a different apartment than what we booked. No kitchen table but the picture showed one. No tub but the picture showed one. I think she put us in the wrong 2 bedroom apartment that we booked. But overall it worked.
- Shinil (7/5): Good location with parking. - The location with good eateries and small shops nearby and easy access to important areas. Convenient cheap parking nearby. Very loud occupier’s in adjoining room/suite with poor soundproofing- disturbed sleep.
Blinds don’t close fully allowing lot of light into the room at night.
Strong smell of weed in landing area.
- Lorraine (10/5): Exceptional -
- Terry (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anne (8/5): Very comfortable, clean and well refurbished apartment centrally located in Moseley Village. - Nicely refurbished, immaculately clean and comfortable apartment with good facilities in central Moseley. Very helpful owner who responded quickly to any queries and allowed us to pick up the keys early and drop off our luggage on our way to an event.
Apartment is comfortable enough for a short or long stay, though would need more kitchen equipment (crockery, pans, oven dishes etc) to fully self-cater. It was fine for our needs as we were mainly eating out. Reasonably quiet overnight given its central location. No free parking on site. Parking in the road at weekends or in a nearby car park (fee payable). Easily accessed by public transport (train/bus) so a car is not required.
- Steven (10/5): Super friendly hosy, in a great location and lovely apartment. Highly recommended. - Incredibly clean and well appointed. Tv requires programming. Otherwise fantastic!
- Josephine (7/5): Great location, modern and spacious but needs proper kitchen contents - Apartment is in a great location very central to Moseley village which has good bars and restaurants, perfect for us and short walk to Edgbaston cricket ground. Spacious, modern, obviously recently refurbished, nice large bedrooms and comfy beds. Advertised as two bathroom but was actually one bathroom (off the lounge) and one en suite toilet to upstairs bedroom, needs to be clearer as this was one of our key requirements . Whilst decor and furniture were excellent the kitchen cupboard contents were incredibly lacking…four cups, four small side plates and one frying pan! Self catering would have been impossible. We were only there for 2 nights but basics like washing up liquid would have been helpful to clean cups etc.
- Laszlo (8/5): Highly recommended! -
- Rita (8/5): Very good - Central location, comfortable and clean apartment. Very warm at night.
- Laws (9/5): Lovely apartment and great location. Host was very helpful and met us to hand over keys. -
- Chris (9/5): Great, flat, great location great value. Many thanks - Lovely clean modern flat in the heart of Mosley. May was fantastic and couldn't be more helpful Kitchenware and utensils are basic but not a problem for us as we were eating out.
- Richard (9/5): Superb - The apartment is beautiful and the bed is exceptional. May was an absolute delight and made us feel very welcomed. The church bell ringing practice on Tuesday evening lasted a long while but was ok
- Eric (4/5): Loud location on weekend nights - Comfortable enough Loud location
- Arngunnur (9/5): Superb - Very last minute booking and host was very friendly. Clean and cosy flat. Thank you!
- Jane (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alexandra (8/5): As advertised, and a great location. - Exactly what I needed for a single night’s stay. May was lovely and very helpful. I might have liked a bowl as well as a plate to eat out of.
- Russell (9/5): Good value will use again. - Comfortable bed, clean and well cared for apartment. Lovely host. Flat upstairs was also let and the noise of people walking and general noise from them late at night not good but I could put up with it.
- Philip (9/5): Superb -
- Robert (7/5): Good -
- Mark (8/5): We really enjoyed our 2 night stay at Moseley Village Apartments. Would definitely recommend. - Our host, May was excellent. The property was spotless + nice and modern. And in an excellent location. Property is on a main road (which we knew when booking) and therefore there is some traffic noise.
- Michelle (10/5): Exceptional -
- Silvina (8/5): Very nice hostess! - May is a very kind hostess! There was no dining table as shown on the photos on Booking.com
- Anita (9/5): Superb -
- Kirsty (9/5): A beautiful apartment suite with everything you need for a Moseley and/or Birmingham trip away - Excellent location, friendly and helpful host, and a beautiful apartment with everything we needed built in. We were even lucky enough to get free parking out front. All in all, a wonderful stay.
- Tinotenda (10/5): 👏🏽👏🏽👌🏽👌🏽🥂🍾...bravo - Welcoming host, very easy to locate, apartment was very clean and cosy, exactly like in the pictures on the advertisement. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 There is nothing to dislike about this apartment. 👌🏽
- Grant (6/5): Harrased by host - Great location No window in main apartment
We felt harrassed by the host, it was not a good experience at all.
I requested a later checkout which was granted, but this was "forgotton" or not relayed to the host I met and she was rude, accused me of overstaying, threatened to call the police and would not leave us alone. She even put her foot on the door and over stepped the threshold.
- Maria (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely flat, very comfortable and great owner nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend.
- Doru (7/5): Good - May is a star x No radiator into bathroom, cloakroom no rad, no window, tiny, not suitable for people over 1.7m.
- Aminu (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ifeanyi (9/5): Superb -
- John (9/5): Superb -
- Claudio (10/5): Comfortable stay - The property was spotless comfortable and had everything and my partner said it was the most comfortable bed ever Nothing
- Peter (10/5): Exceptional - Great location.. free parking right outside on weekends, also cheap public car park close by. Host really friendly- kindly managed to move their car from the front to leave the space for us on arrival- good communication. Nice modern apartment. Very comfortable bed Some road noise
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alex (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lucy (9/5): Superb - Everything about the location was great, apart from the slightly tricky parking round the back and the fact that I couldn't easily find the apartment - extra signage would be really useful. The apartment was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable - I had a great night's sleep in the heart of Moseley. Really convenient location. May, the host, couldn't have been more helpful. There was a lot of building/drilling noise around 8.30am on Saturday morning, which wasn't ideal and I think couldn't really be helped as it was coming from neighbouring apartments.
- Nicholas (10/5): Exceptional - Clean property Could have had more kitchen utensils and cooking equipment
- Peter (9/5): Superb -
- Graham (10/5): We enjoyed our stay ,host May was very helpful, would recommend -
- Ian (9/5): Superb -
- Stephen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Angela (10/5): Great host - Clean and great location
- Veronica (10/5): Exceptional -
- Richard (10/5): Exceptional - Great host
Great location
Lovely flat Nothing
- Emery (10/5): Very enjoyable and comfortable! - Fantastic host and accommodation! Nothing!
- Evan (9/5): Superb modern property with a great owner - May is a fantastic owner, very friendly and kind. She couldn't have done more to help us. Upon returning from the off licence she offered me Coke from the fridge and brought me some ice. Fantastic service! She even offered to drive us to the station when we left. She is the best host imaginable. The property is very new and furnished to a high modern standard. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. There's even a washing machine, which came in handy. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious and very nicely decorated. Bathrooms were excellent and the top floor bedroom had an en suite bathroom, which was handy. The property is well located for the cricket at Edgbaston or for Birmingham University. Moseley has a lot of very good eateries and drinkeries and is only 10 minutes drive from the city centre. Given that the place was very new I think there was bound to be a few minor things missing. I think a coat stand or coat rack would be a good addition. There wasn't a place to hang our jackets/coats, apart from on the stair handrail. The top floor bedroom windows didn't have blinds, which meant I was woken up by the sunlight coming through at 5am. A real problem in the summer, with the early sunrise. Some coasters for our tea would have been handy. We had to improvise, to stop any damage to the furniture. It's virtually brand new, so I can't be too critical of the property. I'm sure these minor issues can be addressed quite easily.
- Chris (10/5): Perfect - Location May was an unbelievable host very clean an very welcoming
- Anonymous (9/5): Highly recommended! - Location, clean, modern. None.
- Ian (10/5): Exceptional -
- Robert (10/5): First ones to be guests - Couldn't complain at anything the location for the city a 10 minute drive away but loved Moseley itself and decent nightlife. The rooms were high spec and beautifully presented and believe me an absolute joy to stop at. May the owner is an incredibly nice person who can't do enough for you and even came out for a drink with us. We will definitely be returning even to just go and say hello to May again do yourself a favour and book here you won't regret it . Nothing at all
