- Rachael (9/5): Great location, clean and safe. - The view was wonderful The property itself is perfect. I however did not like the key nest set up and only being made aware of it after completing a whole bunch of other questions (and more money mind you, for “damages” that should have just been included in the initial price). I also didn’t receive a link for these questions until we landed at Melbourne airport so upon completion we were already at the property and my husband had to leave me with our 9month old & luggage to walk to the closest key nest (not terribly far but annoying nonetheless). There were a few other little things that were just annoying… but at the end of, we had a great time and the location was for or us!

- Jennifer (8/5): Wonderful!! - Location was excellent. Close to cafes and restaurants and to transport. Walking trails along Merry Creek provided great views of surrounding area. Very quiet and relaxing. Hard to believe we were staying in the metro area. There was some confusion checking into the apartment. However the admin staff were wonderful and responded to our queries with promptness, efficiency and friendliness.
- Siew (2/5): A very stressful uncomfortable start to a stay at a clean place. - The place is clean. Beds comfortable. Arrived at night and NO power at the apartment. A stressful, cold, dark, uncomfortable first night. Emergency number not answered so no response till next morning at 9am. Power fixed and returned after 1pm next day. Gas stove but no matches/lighters to ignite so can't even have a hot drink. Bought milk etc for fridge but no power. Having to arrange and wait for keys and having to find out how to return keys as well. Key is required to lock doors. A better system highly recommended. A compensation was warranted. No offer provided. I have to write to request and part of 1 day rent was refunded. Communication is only through texting/email - would be easier to actually talk to someone. Cleaners who met us to give us the key tried to help us. They called their contacts to no avail. A very stressful start.

- Rod (8/5): Very good - The views of Studley Park and Dights Falls were amazing. The apartment is in an excellent location with easy access to the Yarra trail, Collingwood Children's Farm, Abbotsford Convent, Victoria Street and public transport. The check-in process.
- Tourist (9/5): Definitely will stay here again when I'm in town - The apartment was very new, clean and tidy. The kitchen was fully equipped. A luggage rack in each bedroom would be nice

- Harita (8/5): Beautiful apartment, very comfortable for four. - Location and view was lovely, clear check in instructions were given. Enough linen and towels provided. Warm lighting around the apartment too. Check in process was outdated - had to make a time to collect the keys from the cleaners, but we were running late so the cleaner said they couldn't meet and stopped responding to my texts. Had to call the property manager to organise a new key drop off, and we ended up having to wait another 40 extra minutes to get the keys. I suggest you get a lock box and provide the code like basically all self-check in places offer now. Also only providing one 150ml carton of milk for four people for two days was on the low side, please consider providing more.
- Sandra (10/5): Quiet central location. - The secure parking and quiet location were great, the view was pleasant considering you were staying inner city. Access to the apartment was great for mobility impaired. Hand rails in the showers and near toilets would have been great for mobility impaired/aged patrons.
- David (9/5): Great location for a Melbourne visit - very comfortable place close to everything! - great location - very comfortable and well presented. We had to change our travel plans, and the assistance from the host was fantastic.
