• Bárbara (9/5): Un lugar maravilloso para descanzar y disfrutar - Excelente ubicación y la habitación muy comoda y amplia, el desayuno siempre listo y bien decorado La habitación no contaba con Tv y si bien el desayuno era contundente yo apostaria por ir variando algunas cosas para que sea mas llamativo.

• KMD (8/5): Great location and beautiful place to stay. - Breakfast was excellent, the pool was lovely. The location was fabulous. Very much appreciated getting picked up (and dropped off) at the airport. Staff were very nice! The grounds/gardens were absolutely spectacular and it was very quiet. Really enjoyed seeing all the different chickens that run around, not only on the hotel grounds but all over the island. The rooms could use a little updating but we were overall very happy. Please update the shower head. Would be great to have wifi in the rooms however, it was also great that we were off our devices once we hit the room.

• Luongo Perez (9/5): - El lugar es súper céntrico, Francisco, su dueño, te va a buscar y llevar al aeropuerto haciendo la experiencia de llegada e ida completamente al estilo de la isla. Te cuenta historia en el camino y esta dispuesto a aclarar dudas y ofrecer info necesaria. El desayuno casero, similar todos los dias pero rico, con productos locales, el resto del personal del hostal súper amable. Las habitaciones de buen tamaño, limpias y ordenadas, A/C y agua caliente, refri y hervidor disponible, no hay TV. Una de las habs quizás necesita renovación de A/C, pero en general todo bien. La ubicación es ideal porque está muy cerca de todo en hanga roa a unos pocos pasos caminando. Variar un poquito más el desayuno con ciertas proteínas. Pero es sólo sugerencia en realidad.

• Chang (9/5): Good hotel at the heart of the town - The location is great, close to many good restaurants and the main street of the town. Staffs are great, Francisco is a very decent manager. Gardens are lovely. Breakfasts are VERY GOOD. Beds can be firmer - just my preference.

Francisco and his team where extremely suportive, specially after we left stranded for another day at the island due to airplane technical issues. • Silvia Oggero (10/5): Wonderful place in a paradise - We had a great time at hostal uruhao from the moment we got picked up at the airport until the moment we got dropped off back at the airport. Francisco was a great host. He was there waiting for us at the airport with flower necklaces, drove us around and explained the history of the island, showed us the moai close to the village as well as gave us very good advice about the shows to go to and the places to visit and recommendations for the restaurants as well. He was also the one that recommended our guide which was perfect and very knowledgeable. The hostal is in the city centre, but super quiet and the atmosphere is superb. Breakfast was great with fresh local food served every morning and the room was tidy and cleaned every day. Can't think of anything....

El territorio muy grande, con lindos jardines muy bien cuidados. Habitaciones iluminadas, limpias, camas cómodas. El desayuno era muy contundente, todo fresco y rico. • Mary (10/5): If you want to stay in a place near all the action on Easter Island and yet has a warm, welcoming atmosphere- this is th - It was in an excellent location within walking distance to all the restaurants, shops and the park where their annual cultural festival took place - an amazing treat. The whole island participates. Nothing - I was treated like a member of their family as a solo traveler from the time they picked me up at the airport (and given a flower lai) to the time they brought me back. Francisco, Sonia and their adult son all went out of their way to make sure I enjoyed my trip. Even making sure I had enough water for the trip.

• Michelle (10/5): - Excelente alojamiento, la ubicación es central cerca de todo lo principal, alrededor hay varios lugares para comer, mini market, playas, etc. Las piezas son cómodas con todo lo necesario para la estadía, limpias y espaciosas, con aire acondicionado, incluso con una pequeña terraza. El desayuno fantástico, muy completo y rico. Cuentan con un buen wifi y una piscina dentro del hotel. Francisco fue muy amable como anfitrión, siempre atento y con buena disposición. Incluye traslados, en el aeropuerto te reciben con un collar de flores. Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí!

• Fernanda (10/5): Excepcional - La ubicación es inmejorable. Las piezas son amplias, tienen aire acondicionado y frigobar; el baño muy cómodo. Desayuno exquisito, con productos locales. La atención del dueño fue, por lejos, una de las mejores que hemos recibido. Francisco sabe muchísimo sobre la isla, es guía certificado igual que su hijo Nicolas, y ambos son tremendamente generosos con su conocimiento. Realmente un lujo desde todo punto de vista.

Poi la posizione è fantastica.... La colazione è la cpsa migliore, curata e buonissima sia che ti piaccia salata o dolce.

• Hanzhang (10/5): - The property itself is wonderful with convenient location, relatively comfortable living conditions on island and warm-hearted owner. Our host kindly stopped by to let us buy tickets and introduced the island when he drove us to the house. BTW breakfast is good and pickup/drop off quite on time! He introduced 3 choices for tour also. I kindly appreciate this however one of them I picked was terrible, the worst experience in South America. Sorry to leave such review but for future guests’ all good I have to write this honestly. It’s not about the property but the private tour by Aku Aku Turismo. Cons 1: The agency sent 2 different guides for 2 days, however neither of them could explain the scenic spots in English. They provided virtually no information. Cons 2: The lady guide on the second day seems not on the list of authorized guides, which made us stopped at the entrance of Vinapu for 20minutes. She just kept us waiting, not to mention the almost nonexistent guided tour. After my tour ended, I immediately contacted its business account via WhatsApp within 2 hours to provide my feedback. I have been persistently reaching out to them from September 25th until today, October 7th. They just GHOSTED me and blamed me for not telling them within one day. However I clearly gave my feedback almost immediately after the tour. The mismanagement before the tour and subsequent complete disregard for our customer complaint just reveal one fact: Aku Aku cares nothing about customer but making money.

• Izabella (10/5): Such a great stay for our time on Rapa Nui. Would definitely stay here again! - A beautiful, quaint location! Walking distance to the waterfront and restaurants/cafes. The owners were absolutely lovely and extremely welcoming, ensuring we felt comfortable during our stay. Airport pick up and drop off was included which was super helpful. The included breakfast was a great start to the day too.

The room was very comfortable, and the balcony was a lovely place to relax. The location is excellent—right in town, close to great restaurants and the coast—yet the property itself is beautiful and peaceful, making it feel like a quiet retreat. Francisco is an outstanding host. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the island and generously shared its history with us, which added so much to our experience. He also picked us up from the airport and took us back, which was extremely convenient and welcoming. There is Wi-Fi available; it can be a bit spotty at times, but overall it worked well. The facilities are a bit dated but it wasn’t a major issue. Breakfast each morning was fantastic, with fresh fruit, bread, meats and cheeses, and delicious baked goods. Between the comfort, the serene atmosphere, the perfect location, and Francisco’s hospitality, Hostal Uruhao truly stands out as a special place to stay. Nothing

Mrs. Sonia made it every morning for us, with fresh fruits, breads, eggs, cheeses, honey, jelly and much more! Mr Francisco told us about the island history, and gave us a lot of tips for enjoying the trip! So, an amazing hotel 😍

Pouca variedade mas de excelente sabor e qualidade. Frutas deliciosas, queijos, tudo muito bom. Apenas o café achei um pouco fraco. Jardins muito bonitos que transmitem calma, Paz. A cama, macia demais (para o meu gosto) e o banheiro, precisam de reformas. Quarto agradável, com varanda para um jardim que transmite calma.

• Theresa (10/5): Excellent Location - Hostel Uruhao was in a central location. Lots of restaurants close by. Francisco picked and dropped me off from the airport. He stopped at the park office. I had to pick my park pass. The rooms were cleaned every day . Fresh towels were provided daily. I also had a beach towel. The breakfast was very good. Francisco provided a lot of information about the island. His insights were very valuable.

Siempre muy preocupado de tener variedad y frutas de la isla. El lugar tiene uno de los mejores jardines de la isla y cada detalle de la decoración está bien pensado.

• stephany (10/5): - La vista que teníamos desde la habitación era preciosa, en si el lugar es muy lindo, cerca de todo y con personas muy atentas y amables, destacó la amabilidad de Modna, Francisco y Sonia. Quedamos con una muy buena impresión volveríamos a la isla y sin dudarlo sería a esta hostal. Nada en realidad, quede muy conforme con todo.

El lugar es muy hermoso, las habitaciones amplias, buen servicio de limpieza, personal amable y un desayuno muy contundente. Francisco te hace sentir como un huésped de su casa. Eramos un grupo que ocupamos 3 habitaciones y todas tenían frigobar, hervidor, tazones, vasos, aire acondicionado, cambio de toallas diario y toallas para usar en la playa. Felices del lugar. Existe buena señal de wifi y lugar muy amable para ir con niños. Para nuestra habitación, el baño estaba un poco descuidado en pintura. Pero todo lo demás, estaba impecable.

• Francisca (10/5): Supero nuestras expectativas - Es un lugar que se caracteriza por el buen trato y dedicación de su dueño, Francisco se encargo de ir a buscarnos, esperarnos con un collar de flores, ir a comprar los tickets para tours y guiarnos en todo lo que necesitamos durante nuestra estancia, el servicio y atención que dio realmente supera las expectativas. Además el lugar es muy cómodo, lindo, céntrico (esto realmente es muy importante) y con muy buen internet en todas sus instalaciones. Además Francisco nos fue a dejar al hotel y nos despidió con un collar de conchitas, realmente recomiendo este lugar ! Nada
