• Nelli Tamara (1/5): Borzasztó ne menj ide - Elhelyezkedés jó Nincs kijelölt parkoló, egy szűk utcában kellett parkolni. A bejárat nehezen megtalálható sok-sok lépcsővel. Nem volt meleg víz, a fürdőben minden csupa víz lesz fürdés után. A szoba egy szuterén helység penész szaggal, borzasztó. A lenti szobák egybe nyíltak régebben amit egy szekrénnyel oldottak meg ami mellett egy centiméteres réssel amin mint a hangok mint a fény átszűrődött. Tisztaság nem az erőssége a szállásnak. A medencénél elektromos kábel húzódik 1,7 m magasságban nem a legbiztonságosabb. Kilincsek a kezünkbe maradtak. Ne menj ide ha nem bírod a penész szagot.
• armel (8/5): La vieille ville de Dubrovnik est une très jolie ville - La situation, a pied pour aller vers le nouveau port, bus à proximité pour aller à la vielle ville. Pas de place de parking attitrée, difficile de se garer. 70 marches dans un sens pour aller à la station de bus ou une trentaine dans l’autre pour accéder au logement, non indiqué dans la présentation du logement. Porte d’entrée très difficile à fermer à clef.

• Karoliina (9/5): Good value for the money - To have a clean and nice pool was really great in the heatwave. We liked the fantastic view over the town and also he extra pool towels. What we really appreciated is that we could stay two hours extra, since our flight was late in the evening. There was no sign or number on the door so the place was a bit difficult to find.
• Zivanovic (10/5): Good time, welcoming staff. - Really great view, the hosts and staff were very nice and friendly, allowed me to check out late and gave me a place to leave my bags while waiting for my ferry. Room was great comfortable bed, air conditions, pool was good condition with lounge chairs. Definitely recommend coming here.

• Ervinas (1/5): Run! Overpriced - That it had a pool. The rooms wasn’t clean when we came. For the price that we payed you expect that at least the rooms are clean. Not only that. But the electricity in bathroom (if you call it bathroom, since its like in a wardrobe) didn’t work. Staff told that they going to check it but they didn’t. Even the pool lights didn’t work. Very expensive don’t recommend

• Daiva (4/5): Disappointing - Nice viewing only. There is a poodle in the room, no hair dryer, dirty cups, mouldy smell, terrible experience , by the number nobody picked up the phone..🤦

• Jade (1/5): Bathroom floods - DO NOT STAY HERE!! - The bathroom kept flooding into the studio apartment so we spent hours of our trip mopping this up (with towels - no mop etc. provided) and wading through water. It is obviously a problem known to the owner would be very easy to fix but has not been. The host also ignored our email feeding this back and no (partial) refund has been offered (even though requested).
• Diane (7/5): I loved the location. The stairs make it tricky, but not impossible. A real gem for my 5 nights. - The location was perfect for me: close enough for beaches, old city and exploring (I'm happy to walk half an hour or so). Having a pool is a must and somebody was working hard as it was kept clear of leaves. A fridge and a kettle is provided and the air-con was fairly quiet, modern and efficient. Local information given by the host: supermarket was very nearby and open (I think there were a couple of cafes fairly close too), but she didn't seem to know that (or give me that information). Once I realised I had the remote control for the air-con, I was able to turn the temperature up (I was cold the first night) and could have been told when I arrived that the switch for putting on hot water was next to the light switch. 62 steps down to property, or 71 steps up, then a further 16 to the pool (if you're staying at that level) not difficult if you don't have a heavy suitcase! Lots of unfinished DIY stuff. No outside lights for my last night: bit dangerous with 16 stairs to go down. It's Dubrovnik: it's hilly!

• Jessica (9/5): Perfect stay for dubrovnik break. - Beautiful location. Perfect for walking into old town. Pool was lovely temperature with sun loungers and chairs. Host met us and assisted us to park in free zone. Kind and informative. Door handle was broken. Didn't cause an issue but we was careful not to push the bar all the way through else we would be locked in or out. Only stayed one night so wasn't much of an issue.
• Katerina (4/5): Disappointing - Good location and a really nice view. We stayed in one of the rooms in front of the pool. The room was overpriced for what it offered. There were no bathroom amenities (shampoo) and the Wifi signal was poor in our room. However, the worst part was that the power kept going. The lights were flickering and the a/c was not working on a hot summer day. We couldn't charge our phones and sleeping was hard. This incident happened twice and the owners fixed it after some time, however, this was unacceptable for the price we paid for this room. Also be careful because there are no separating tiles between the shower and the rest of the bathroom floor so after showering water floods the room and it can be slippery.
