- Ernest (8/5): A little overpriced but a very nice place to stay while skiing - Location was great for skiing. Good breakfast served at Madeline hotel just around the corner from Petit Madeline. Room was clean and comfortable. Walkable to many restaurants and two grocery stores.

- Well traveled traveler (1/5): I would never stay at Petit Madlein again. - location wise, it was nice and the staff was friendly. I can't add more in terms if it was good. Beds were terribly uncomfortable as the mattress was really hard, pillows were flat and I had to fold it to get some height to support my neck or laid down clothes to sleep on top of. When we asked housekeeping, they said it was all they had. There was no wifi in the building and we would have to go to the main hotel for access. The rooms and furniture was terribly dated. Further, there is no sound insulation in the rooms so you can hear every door slam throughout the night and loud talking as people come back from a night out.

- Ian (3/5): Extremely disappointed for the cost - Bedding was nice Totally disorganized staff, couldn't find booking upon arrival, tried to charge car parking when leaving, key card for spa didn't work at first. Broken draws and light in room, lift call button faulty. Same item selection of breakfast items, you need to pay extra for anything not in buffet and constantly running out of items. Spa was ok but no changing area for guests of Petit Madeline very cold walk back in damp bath robes. Door at Petit Madeline was unlocked 4/5 nights poor security. Petit Madeline feels like a poorly maintained guesthouse with cheap broken fittings you treated like a 2nd class citizen compared to the main hotel.

Appartment had some technical issues with lights and noise of ventilation. Kitchen supplies were bare minimum. We didn’t need it but it was not complete.

Also being able to use the spa at hotel madelaine was great. Staff was friendly. Although nothing has happened, the ski room did not feel secure. Anyone could literally walk into the ski room from the garage and grab anything they wanted.

- Aleksejs (10/5): Sweet spot for intense ski holiday with modest hotel - Breakfast is really good. The location is prime - you're within 3-5 minutes away from the Pardashbahn lift, ski rentals, shops, restaurants! The hotel name has not been updated on Google maps and navigation leads to the wrong street. Combine this with old branding on the hotel wall and your're destined to get lost in the dark upon arrival.

- Patricia (7/5): Great location for skiing in a snowy wonderland! - They were there when I arrived, and the location was perfect! They also had a safe parking spot away from the snow. I really liked that there was a balcony. I did not like the early checkout at 0900, nor that there was no shampoo or conditioner.
