- Sarah (6/5): Cosy lounge! - Cozy lounge room and couches.
Heating was great and nice to chill out and watch tv.
Kitchen was small but fantastic! Cupboard in the bedroom was dirty.
Bed wasn’t great and not a lot of storage.
Lock on the door for the washing machine was broken.
Toilet door didn’t lock and was paper towel shoved into a lock to stop people looking into the front
Door.
- Nicholas (3/5): Disappointed - The boiler didn't work so there was no hot water for shower or washing up. Whereas the host indicated this was the first time (I've come across that response before), the age and state of the boiler suggests otherwise (I know what the fault is and any plumber would have let the host know it was an obsolete part and the boiler needs replacing).
Also, on arrival the place had not been cleaned from previous occupant. Crockery and kitchen, bedding.....
- Guest (7/5): Good stay and convenient location for needs - Toilet door needs to to be able to lock for privacy
- Rachel (8/5): Lovely flat, an easy walk to the city centre. - Beautifully decorated and laid out. Comfortable sofas and good sized living space. Fridge and larder stocked for my arrival. Great location, very easy to walk into town, it’s also it’s a lovely area and a parking permit was provided. It wasn’t always easy to get a space from 8pm but this was a very welcome addition. The door to the apartment didn’t feel 100% secure, it could do with an extra lock. The door handle is half hanging off and it all seems a bit too flimsy.
The mattress was a bit lumpy but lovely crisp sheets on the bed made it more comfortable.

- Sarah (8/5): Great wee stay - Great location.very quiet . Never heard anything. Property was very clean.
Comfy bed. Great bathroom. Kitchen really nice. Nice touch being left the extras such as milk, orange juice. Breakfast as in croissants, cereal jams Could use a little bit of TLC. New front door or even fixed. Grouting on floor in hallway. This does not put us off staying again as great value.
- Louise (9/5): - Easy access, close to city centre and quiet street. Had everything we needed. Parking generally ok but busy after it is free at 8pm. We had no bother getting parked a couple of streets down.
- Edyta (9/5): - Clean and good accomedation Charge of deposit
- James (10/5): -
- Gerry (7/5): Good location good parking , comfortable apartment - Location
- Carol (8/5): - Peaceful Tv ariel didnt work bed wasnt comfy very hard mattress cheap bed door wasnt very secure.shower needs a deep clean no towels

- Mudondo (3/5): Poor -
- Hayley (9/5): Great comfortable stay - Great stay
- Alison (10/5): Fab for a city break! - Very clean and comfy, excellent communication from host. I was unsure about the prepaid damages deposit as I hadn't come across it before, but it was totally fine!
- Elizabeth (9/5): Superb -
- Michael (8/5): Excellent for a short stay in the city. - Property contained all facilities that were expected, good location in the city. Bit of confusion over parking permit, but this was quickly sorted by the host.
- Michael (9/5): Superb -
- Iain (7/5): Good -
- Stephen (5/5): Passable - Kitchen and bedroom were clean and in good order. Bathroom door didn't close properly or lock, some visible mould on the grout and sealant, toilet seat doesn't stay up. Lounge hadn't been vacuumed and sofa had hairs from previous guest. Overall the property looked tired and dated compared to the photos. When booked it seemed like good value but local hotels are of similar price. The reception entry was a bit grim and dark, not welcoming at all. The end of this review asks for some photos but I hadn't taken any because I wasn't that impressed or dissatisfied, just a little disappointed.
- Nathalie (9/5): Cozy, modern and central in Aberdeen - Cozy and central, well equipped and perfect for a longer stay as well. Everything was really good, just two little things:
- the water in the shower (very hot, and not possible to regulate - or at least I couldn’t)
- sometimes the noise when people exit the building (the door is not isolated)
- Thomas (10/5): Highly recommended. - nicely furnished, great quality, shower was amazing. Brilliant location. the bathroom door wouldn't stay shut.
- F (8/5): Very good - Good apt., nearby the city centre, clean rooms, good in the basics, fairly priced, nice owner Neighbourhood, bathroom rather small
- Russell (7/5): A decent little flat with good things going for it. - It was clean and functional with a decent quality of accessories. Everything worked well and the Hive heating was great.
The shower in the bathroom had good power and was fairly warm. The TV had no instructions and very few channels were available so it was a bit of a waste of time.
The toilet seat needs adjusted as it would not stay up and I had to hold it up when I was using it.
The kitchen was great but there were only tiny coffee cups so I could not have a mug of tea or a mug of coffee which was disappointing. Easily sorted hopefully.
In the flat there was a parking exemption permit. A great thing to offer but it was not mentioned in advance so I did not bring my car. It would be much better if this was part of the listing. That would be a good selling point.
- Eniola (9/5): Superb -
- Andreea (10/5): We recommend it is really good value for money - Everything was perfect The surprise of having to pay a deposit - it is written in booking of course but never had to do this before
- Simon (9/5): Superb -
- Luba (8/5): Lovely flat, good location. - Apartment is very clean and comfortable, lovely interior design, easy walking distance to the town centre, restaurants and cafes. Kitchen is a bit small but functional. There is no instructions regarding facilities, washing machine is in small cupboard under the stairs outside of the flat.
- Jamie (10/5): Exceptional -
- George (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kenneth (5/5): Okay by wouldn’t stay again - Nothing
- Jane (6/5): It was perfectly ok for a short stay, but needs a few minor improvements for a longer stay. - Didn’t bother with the breakfast. Location was good and the flat served its purpose for a short stay. The entrance corridor inthe building was a bit off putting and needs a bit of work. The kitchen was very small with very limited space for any food or items. The bathroom door latch was broken. They could do with some hooks on doors for hanging bathrobes or towels. The bedroom is very small and the bed is positioned up against the wall which makes it hard for 2 people.
- A (9/5): Superb -
- Marnie (9/5): Superb -
- Andrew (9/5): A comfortable stay with great pizza 2 minutes walk away - The flat is clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The dishwasher was very handy. There is plenty of hot water in the bathroom. The TV is big and smart. All kitchen appliances worked OK. The pizzas from the takeaway 50m away are fantastic! Nothing significant
- Simon (10/5): Exceptional - Great Comfy Apartment. Nothing.
- Robbie (8/5): Nice stay, excellent location. -
- Lukasz (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lee (10/5): Nice comfy cosy flat. - Nice and modern. Was perfect
- Andrew (9/5): Comfortable roomy stay in a well equipped flat - The location is good, 10 min walk from Union Street. The living room is spacious and the sofas are cumfy. The TV is big and smart. There is plenty of hot water in the bathroom. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. The heating works well. The dishwasher is welcome & the range of welcome freebies is good. Minor quibble - the boiler is in the bedroom & so you have to turn the heating off at night to avoid being disturbed by the boiler turning off & on. Strangely, the fridge does not have an ice compartment, but not much of a concern for a stay of a few days.
- David (7/5): Good - Location £200 deposit which comes off account instantly but takes its time to return to my bank account.
Not ideal before Christmas.
- Jos (9/5): Superb - The dishwasher. No washing machine sadly.
- Julie (9/5): Really can’t find any faults. - The location was super!
Very clean and comfortable.
Every need catered for!
- Bethany (9/5): Superb -
- Shabu (10/5): Nice location , good place - Location facilities Car parking not get
- Eduard (9/5): Good place for a short city visit - Very nice ,small apartment with all you need including breakfast, free parking on the street with a permit ,self check-in with a key lock,15 min walk to the city center. I did not find the laundry washing machine .I did not like to pay a deposit because on Revolut ,I received it in 30 days from check out.
- Michelle (10/5): Excellent would totally recommend - There was a breakfast box left with cereals and croissants with fresh milk and orange juice in the fridge. This was a nice gesture as I arrived with no food. The boiler was constantly making noises throughout the night
- Gail (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rebecca (10/5): wonderful stay. just what we needed - good location. very clean. had everything you could need. parking permit made parking very easy
- Elizabeth (8/5): Very good - Location was great. Owner/manager helpful The over the top (£200) security bond. The bedroom and kitchen are tight
- Paul (8/5): Very good -
- Jenny (10/5): Comfy, homely, just what we needed! - Was very homely and had everything we needed! Nothing!
- Julia (7/5): Good - Spacious for two people. Good lounge room. Well stocked kitchen. Easy car parking. Building is a little run down but the apartment itself is nicely put together. Heads up that the owners will ask you to send money via a third party website. This made us a bit uncomfortable but we called the host and once reassured, we did follow the instructions and it all worked out in the end. Might be something to change though as we were caught off guard by the request and were concerned we were being scammed.
- Gary (9/5): Superb -
- Martin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Katie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Iain (6/5): Pleasant - The location of property is very central to city centre. The flat itself is very small but adequate for a few days travel, the street was quiet and no issues.
Unfortunately the bedroom let quite a bit of light in and could down with blackout curtain.
Couple of small things like adjust front door and toilet door so it closes easily.
- Simon (8/5): Very good -
- Stephen (1/5): I would never dream of staying in this hole again. - I Liked nothing The property is a slum. There is no washing machine despite the advertisement saying there is. The bathroom door doesn't close. The door to the flat has obviously been kicked in. The place is a dump and the landlord is a charlatan.
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good -
- Anonymous (10/5): Had to drag ourselves away, blissful 2 night stay in this perfect little apartment - Lovely cosy wee spot for a weekend break. Very aesthetically pleasing decor and just a short stroll from the town centre.
