• Nikolas (10/5): Άριστο - Ήταν ευρύχωρο, καθαρό περιποιημένο, μοντέρνο σε πολύ ήσυχη περιοχή.. Βρισκόταν σε πολύ ωραίο σημείο δίπλα σχεδόν από τη θάλασσα και με θέα προς αυτήν. Και επίσης πάντα υπήρχε χώρος να βάλω κάπου το αυτοκίνητο στον δημόσιο δρόμο. Πολύ σημαντικό το ότι είχε δύο πλήρη μπάνια-κάτι που είναι πολύ σημαντικό όταν είναι πολλά τα άτομα! Μην ξεχάσω και τα μπαλκόνια γύρω-γύρω και ειδικά στην πλευρά του σαλονιού που ήταν τεράστιο. -

• Thanos (10/5): - Δεν ξερω πραγματικα απο που να ξεκινησω.Ενα πεντακαθαρο σπιτι τ'οποιο ειναι ακριβως οπως το βλεπετε στις φωτογραφιες!!οι οικοδεσποτες απιστευτα ευγενικοι και εξυπηρετικοι!η τοποθεσια τρομερη!κοντα στο κεντρο και κοντα σε ολες τις παραλιες!Πραγματικα ο,τι καλυτερο!!εξτρα μπονους η ταβερνα ακριβως απο κατω με πολυ καλο φαγητο και πολυ καλες τιμες!
• Almerico (10/5): Incantevole - Tutto, la posizione eccezionale, vicino ad uno.splendodo mare e non molto distante dal centro.. L'appartamento molto bello e completo di tutto. La padrona di casa molto gentile e cordiale. Il ristorante proprio sotto casa è il miglior ristorante di pesce che potete trovare. Facilità di parcheggiare. Mancava un posto dove fare colazione la mattina.
• Talisa (10/5): Lovely Relaxing Stay - The host was really lovely and kindly let us check-in early and check-out later so we could make the most of our trip. The location overlooking the sea was lovely - there was also a second beach just a ten minute walk away nearer to the town that had some beach bars. The nearest supermarket was about 18minute walk in Preveza which was convenient and it was a quiet neighbourhood with a restaurant below the apartment also. Overall, it was a lovely stay - the kitchen/lounge area was really spacious for five adults and there was an eating area outside with table and chairs. Nothing!
• Myrto (10/5): Perfect for visiting Preveza - Beautiful appartement with very large spaces overall , tastefully decorated and with an uninterrupted sea view from one of the two balconies. Very well equipped , impeccably clean and with a super kind and welcoming owner. The area is nice and quiet, with parking places just below the flat. Just a few minutes ride from the pittoresque center of Preveza and equally a few minutes ride from the beach. Our stay was just perfect.

From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed by the kind and helpful hosts, who made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. Their genuine hospitality added greatly to our experience  and made us feel right at home. The property itself is beautiful—spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed. The two-bedroom apartment is very comfortable and well-equipped, offering everything you might need for a relaxing holiday. It features a full kitchen, two bathrooms and a cozy living area - with reliable Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. One of our favorite features was the balcony with sea views, where we enjoyed our morning coffee each day. The beach is just a few steps away, and the location itself strikes the perfect balance—close enough to town to explore shops and cafes, yet peaceful and calm for those looking to unwind. Right downstairs, we discovered a real local treasure: an old fishermen’s restaurant serving fresh seafood and authentic Greek dishes. Dining there felt like a slice of local life—relaxed, delicious, and full of charm. The free parking made it easy for us to explore the wider area, including nearby attractions like Lefkada, Parga, and the stunning Acheron River. Whether you want a beach day, a nature hike, or a cultural visit, Preveza is a great base, and Athenas House is ideally located to make the most of it. We also really appreciated the little details that made our stay so smooth: air conditioning in every room, plenty of storage space, comfortable beds, and a very high standard of cleanliness throughout. It’s clear that the hosts take great pride in offering a quality experience. To sum it up, Athenas House exceeded our expectations. It offers the comfort of a home, the beauty of a seaside retreat, and the warmth of truly caring hosts.
