We would like to point out that the house rules of the accommodation must be strictly observed. The following rules are particularly important:
Prostitution and smoking: The practice of prostitution and smoking are strictly prohibited throughout the accommodation.
Parties, noise pollution and drug use: Any type of party or activity that leads to noise pollution is not permitted. The consumption of drugs is not tolerated and is also expressly prohibited.
Occupancy and subletting: The accommodation may only be occupied by the number of people stated when booking. Subletting or re-letting is not permitted.
If these regulations are violated, we are forced to ask the tenant to leave the accommodation immediately. In such a case, there is no entitlement to compensation or reimbursement for the remaining unused days.
We would also like to draw your attention to the equipment of the accommodation:
Wastewater system with lifting system:
The accommodation is equipped with a special lifting system for the wastewater system. It is expressly forbidden to flush items such as hygiene wipes, paper, wet wipes or other items that do not belong in the sewage system. Such actions usually lead to blockages in the system and, in the worst case, can destroy the lifting system. This causes repair costs of up to 2,500 euros, which the tenant is fully responsible for.
This regulation applies to all sanitary facilities in the accommodation, including the shower, kitchen and sink. Failure to comply with this regulation usually leads to a complete blockage of the sewage system and permanent damage to the lifting system. The tenant is liable for all damage caused by improper use and is obliged to pay the repair costs immediately.
