- Annika (7/5): A nice stay but some improvements are suggested - We originally booked Villa 1 but decided to upgrade to Villa 3 because of the outdoor sauna, jacuzzi and because every bedroom had its own en-suite bathroom. The views from the villa were very beautiful and the area was quiet. When we arrived to the villa there was some broken glass outside and some snus pouches on the ground. The villa could have been decorated a bit more, it was quite empty and dreary, e.g. the interior could have been a bit more cozy with some paintings on the walls, pillows on the sofa etc. There was only one quite small towel for each guest. It would have been nice if there were separate towels for the shower and sauna. Also, there was no kitchen paper. Also, the villa is for 7 people but there was only one sofa and one chair in the living room, which allowed seating space for only 3-4 people. The sauna was pretty but the sauna stove was way too far to throw water on the stones. We wanted to swim but there was a lot of grass and also a lot of medusas, which made it a bit uncomfortable even though they are not poisonous in the area. The jacuzzi took a long time to heat up and was a bit dirty.

- K (9/5): Superb - Elegant modern villa in beautiful Käringsund. The resort offered many activities, nice well marked hiking trails, a free gym, rentals for different water activities etc. We did not used the restaurant but cooked our meals in the villa. Well ecquiped kitchen where you really could prepare many kinds of meals. I really appreciated the quality bedding, linen and furniture. Very convenient terrace with furniture, small shed with big window for the barbecue but also for a very windy day to sit and enjoy the scenery. All the bedrooms had the in suite bathroom. Sauna+ extra bathroom with washer+dryer, very practical because you could exit/enter by the side door from there. Private small pier just in front of the house. Good for a dip in the sea! Love swimming and the water was fine but there were rather much different sea weeds which caught around you legs. I understand that they are important and belong to nature but perhaps one coud pull some of them out just around the villas without doing too much harm to the water life. This is a minor thing, all in all the whole place is very highly recommended.
