Important Information
Linen
It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

- Andrew (7/5): Ok stay. - The place is spacious with well equipped kitchen. Kitchen is at level 2 of the place and is connected to the balcony where u can cook, eat and relax. Please note that there are aircon ( which helps to maintain temperature in cold weather) only in the 2 living areas but there is none in any of the 3 bedrooms. Can be cold at night. However ceiling fan and light are provided in each bedroom. Very close to supermarkets (Coles) , easy to stock up on food. The price that we paid through booking.com unfortunately includes the standard package only ( told by the cleaning company) and this does not include linen and bath towels. However, you can include them for $30 per bed. Please take note of this when making the booking. However they have paper like protective covering on the beds and the pillows ( refer to my attached photos). Blankets are provided. No toiletries such as shampoo etc are provided. Please bring along ur own toiletries. The dryer is also functioning erratically so do not recommend washing of clothes as it will be difficult to dry.

- Dulani (9/5): Great mini break in Phillip Island - The property was clean and very close to town. Easy walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Lovely place to spend with the family. Bedding and towels should be included in price, feel the additionsl charge is unneccessary.
