• Amy (7/5): - Chris was an amazing host. Came with extra towels when we needed them. Apartment had everything we needed. Hallway needs a revamp, very smelly.

• Philip (7/5): Convenient flat - Location: The apartment is easy walking distance to the city centre. Value for money: it was reasonably priced Mostly quiet Gated parking General upkeep: Both the outside of the flats and entrance hallway were run down There was mould/damp in the shower room and the freezer needed defrosting Some communication from hosts was poor
• Nigel (6/5): - Bedroom, kitchen, bathroom all good. Owner easy to deal with and easy check-in. Sofa bed extremely uncomfortable. Would not recommend booking if you need more than one bedroom.

• Symone (4/5): Average house, terrible stay!! - The house looks like it does in the photo Firstly the house was not properly cleaned as there was a dirty cup spilled under the bed with a raw egg in it. We were also not left with any bedsheets and were given this when the cleaner came to clean the egg and lot's of things were left behind in the drawers from previous guests. Secondy, check out is at 10 and we were told to let him know when we had left which is fair enough... but be aware, the owner will start knocking at 9.30. He proceeded to stay right outside the door. He also demanded the key like he thought we were going to run off with it! This man didn't even say goodmorning but stood directly outside the door with his arms folded as he wanted to get in and paint. This made us feel uncomfortable as we had two small children who said this man was scary. Do not stay unless you want to be harassed in the morning before checkout time!!!

• April (9/5): We had a pleasant and restful sleep during our stay. The staff were very responsive, friendly and considerate. - Clean, minimalist and just the right space. The hallway was stinky.

• Debt (9/5): Derby apartment - It was a very good location in walking distance of the city centre and good to visit the local area such as the peak district. The apartment building which it was in was run down, but it didn't cause a problem, it was still quiet at night.

• Gwyneth (5/5): Good apartment apart from the smell of fish and cigarettes. - There was free parking. The sofas were comfy, TV and wifi was good and we had everything we needed for a week. It stank of dried, fried fish from the moment we got there until the moment we left, Despite 3 plug in air fresheners. There was also a lot of cigarette smoke which blew in under the door from people smoking by the front door. The front door was broken for half of the stay so it didn’t feel secure

• Terry (8/5): Spacious, well presented unit in central location. - The unit was very spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and had a washing machine/dryer which was useful when travelling around. Car parking just outside the unit.
• Gayna (10/5): Perfect flat - Loved the location and the cleanliness of the entire flat. Facilities were on point. No shower gel and towels on arrival. A quick call and it was all sorted for us. Great and on hand hosts.
