Besonders gut hat uns die in der Decke integrierte Klimaanlage gefallen. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Ein Supermarkt ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Baubeding gab es kein Tageslichtfenster im Wohnbereich.
