• SilviaPepsi (8/5): Base per vivere Atene - Appartamento spartano ma reso accogliente e accessoriato di tutto, camera spaziosa, cucina e bagno essenziali ma ben attrezzati e funzionali. Host disponibile e attento, ha fornito tutte le info utili e dettagliate per il soggiorno e ha lasciato alcuni snack/succhi per la colazione: ottima accoglienza. 10min a piedi dalla metro, 30 min a piedi dal centro, fermata autobus proprio sotto casa che porta alla metro. Stanza silenziosa affacciata su un cortile interno, balconcino stretto ma sfruttabile. Quartiere tranquillo e vivo, con alcuni localini, fornita di tutti i servizi nel raggio di 5 min a piedi. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Appartamento rinnovato ma vintage, cucina e bagno piccoli. Palazzo un po' vecchio e non tenuto, anche se di fatto tutto era funzionante. Ottima soluzione per qualche giorno ad Atene in zona comoda col centro, meno adatto per soggiorni più lunghi.

• Hanna (10/5): Идеальное жилье, хороший хозяин. Чисто, уютно, шикарное место расположения жилья. - Понравилось все. Есть все, что надо, на кухне, плита, бутербродница, блендер, кофеварка, посуда, бокалы. Есть стиральная машина, фен, утюг, кондиционер. Очень чисто, уютно, атмосферно. Очень четкие и понятные инструкции от хозяина, как включить горячую воду, вайфай, как попасть в квартиру. По приезде вечером в холодильнике ждала холодная вода, греческий сюрприз и круассаны. Это очень приятно) местоположение квартиры идеальное, до стадиона панафинейского 15 минут, до центра, Агоры, Акрополя, районов Плака, Монстираки 30-40 минут, до парламента через королевский парк 25-30 минут. До моря, до Глифады прямой автобус 50 минут. Район тихий, спокойный. Рядом все супермаркеты есть. Полчаса до вершины Ликавит с крутыми рассветами и закатами. В квартире небольшой балкончик. Просто идеально все. Понравилось все

The water heater turns off and you have to turn it on again, not a problem but the owner should say that in advance, instead I had to contact him because I didn't have hot water and I didn't know what to do.

• Helmy (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect! The apartment is small and cozy and had everything. It’s a bit smaller than the pictures but definitely comfortable for 2. The host is very helpful; they left plenty of snacks, juice and water and were kind enough to let us check-out a bit later as we had a late flight. We even extended our stay for 2 more nights. The neighborhood is quiet and safe at night, it’s also 10 minutes away from the metro.

• Zazil (10/5): Exceptional - I found Platinum Central Appartment very charming, the guest let some gifts like fruits, juice and cake at the fridge that was very appreciated. The beedroom is also nice and well decorated. Honestly if i come back to Athens i would totally rather to stay at the appartment than in a hotel. It is also 20-30 minutes walking from the touristic attractions. Recommended. If you have any problem don't doubt to contact the owners they helped me really soon.
• Mattia (3/5): Poor - No info about getting the apartment keys have been received, not via booking message nor via email. The host didn't answered my (many) calls. I tried contacting him via phone call, booking message and whatsapp; he/she answered after more than one hour (I arrived at the time I declared). In the building there's no info of "Platinum Central Apartment", not even a sticker on the ringbell, and no one knows anything about it (I asked other apartment owners while waiting there). In the morning there was no hot water and I couldn't even take a shower.
