- Shaun (4/5): Nice apartment shame about everything else, - It was a new build so in good condition The host doesn’t have a lock box so we had to wait for two hrs for her to turn up to let us in and that was 10pm,
The television was broken had a number of thick black lines in the screen,
The base of the bed was broken so they added a second mattress so it was like sleeping on the ocean so ended up putting one of the mattress on the floor to sleep on
There was no shower seal on the shower screen so when the shower was used the bathroom floor was soaking wet.
They never supplied any fresh towels to use,
Kitchen work tops were infested with ants on the last morning and they were coming from under the front door
- Nikos (7/5): Fair and convenient for what we wanted, but better organisation and communication would be welcomed - The location was good for what I needed but it would be difficult for a new visitor in London. It is 10 minutes away from the station which is in zone 4. The flat was spacious and comfortable I had a bit of difficulty in communicating with the owner, the address was not in Booking.com so until the day of the arrival of my guests, I did not have a full address. It took a few messages through booking.com and via mobile to obtain the full address of the property. Then the owner insisted that we leave the flat as we found it, this is fair to a point, but we never had this with other places we have stayed as we expected that after we leave a thorough cleaning has to take place anyway.
