• Janine (10/5): Amazing Stay in San Ignacio - We had a wonderful stay. The location was ideal — close enough to town and nearby attractions for convenience, but just far enough outside of town to enjoy peace and quiet after a busy day exploring. The room was beautiful and immaculately clean, and the private plunge pool was perfect for cooling off and relaxing after long days visiting the Mayan ruins. The small kitchen was very convenient for preparing breakfast in the mornings and snacks in the evenings. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of having a fresh loaf of homemade cinnamon bread waiting for us upon arrival. The fridge and pantry basket were stocked with items available for purchase. At first the prices seemed a little high, but after visiting the grocery store ourselves, we realized they were actually very reasonable considering the convenience. It was also nice to have a water cooler with filtered water that dispensed cold water or instantly hot water for morning tea. There was ample parking for our rental car, and the staff were incredibly kind, courteous, and responsive throughout our stay. We did experience a small issue with the A/C on the first night, but the staff addressed it very quickly and even followed up afterward to ensure everything was working properly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend Las Haciendas to anyone visiting the San Ignacio area! Nothing - except we wish we could have stayed a little longer.

My family thinks.Las H - The property was very well appointed with everything we needed. The kitchen facilities and the purified water and everything in the kitchen was what we needed. Everything was modern and clean. Couldn’t be better. The staff always helped out and Leda responded extremely quickly with any questions I had and did her utmost to make us comfortable and happy there. It would’ve been nice to have some kind of shelving or even a simple place in the bedrooms to Hang clothing up or shelving for a few things. A broom would have been handy downstairs and also on the upper deck so we could clean up a little bit. Another hook in the bathroom would have helped.

Truely superb and great value for money. Staff also very attentive Nothing, even being up on the hill and not right in town didn’t matter as transport is so easy to arrange and cheap, fully gated and safe and secure and beautiful views. Plus wonderful restaurants just around the corner.

Beds were very comfortable and having good internet and a washer and dryer after being in the jungle for a few days was so very nice. Leda was awesome and we used Mr Guzman, her driver, and he was also very nice and helpful. It’s a little far from downtown.

Excellent communication from Leda Welcome note and a fresh loaf of bread was a nice. If you are only booking a couple nights - re-think it and add 1 or 2 more!!!! We would have loved to have 4-5 days in San Ignacio! Wished we could have stayed longer! A few basic kitchen staples for basic cooking and breakfast would be helpful. The lack of railings on the stairs could be a challenge for older folks or young kids More hooks to hang towels or clothing Some basic bedside tables or drawers in the bedroom would be great. We had no water pressure in the showers..... but we didn't know that until out last day

Love the space in the two bedroom villa and the rooftop plunge pool. The rooftop view is magnificent. Plenty of snacks on the counter and stocked fridge, although we did not partake in any of them. Very comfortable bed. Local dining and supermarkets nearby resort. Appreciated the loaf of bread to welcome us; very delicious!!! Uneven gravel outside. I tripped and fell. Scraped knee and foot, but I am ok.

Leda is warm, gracious, welcoming, and able to arrange transportation at a moment’s notice. Locate outside the town of San Ignacio. Nothing is walkable. Pool is not heated, so not usable in the winter. Small inconveniences - such as not enough hooks and towel stands in the bathroom and luggage rack, but lots of closet/drawer space to keep clothes

I have been to so many places across the country and even internationally and never came across a property quite this unique. The amenities were of exceptional quality as well as the building facilities. Not to mention the amazing location with an exceptional view overlooking the town. During the day ,we were able to see the town and the mountains in the distance. By night, we had the breathtaking view of the town all lit up. I arrived at the property late and Ms. Leda accommodated my request. She made the experience absolutely amazing, was warm and very inviting. I will absolutely recommend this property to my other friends and colleagues.

• Julie (10/5): Wonderful beautiful property in Belize - The property was spotless and had lovely touches like coffee,sugar and even paper kitchen towel. Leda the property manager was so helpful and friendly as were all the cleaners and Abby the maintenance man . Had almost everything we needed. Quite central to the town and we even had food delivered. The Air con was very welcomed too as well as the ceiling fans. There is a small roof top pool with outside table and chairs and towels to use for the pool. We would book again without a doubt. We felt very secure with it being within surrounding wall and punch code lock to doors. Also we made use of the safe. For us staying for 2 weeks we would have liked more hanging space and drawers for our clothes. Maybe bedside tables with drawers would have been useful. A small net left on the roof for the bugs in the pool also would be a great idea. The property was ideal and beautiful, these two points are the only changes we would have made if taking bookings for longer periods.

Our room was incredibly comfortable, spacious, and very well equipped — everything we needed to relax after a day of adventures. The highlight was definitely the pool; it was beautiful and refreshing, the perfect way to end the day while enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The atmosphere was calm and inviting, making us feel right at home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting San Ignacio.

A luxury vila for the whole family, clean, spacious, cofortable, new and a nice small private pool on the roof for half the price the room in a nearby resort costs. It really deserves a 10 as there was absolutely nothing wrong and whole family was super happy to stay here. Just keep in mind its on a hill and if you dont have a car it might be complicated to move around. But if you have a car dont hesitate to come here. Driving in Belize is pretty easy anyways

The staff were very kind, helpful, and responsive. The home was very clean and comfortable. The views were beautiful from the property. We had an excellent stay. The property is really fantastic but if I had to give a small critique it would be that there is no dresser or storage for clothing in the room as the only closet is in the hallway. Also there could be a towel bar for hanging bathing towels instead of a hand towel ring. Honestly these things didn’t impact our stay just observations of minor things that could improve the space.

Comfortable beds, very spacious. Leda was attentive to all our needs and available to answer any questions. Definitely would recommend this place to all my friends

• Williams (9/5): It was great, would recommend and would stay there again. - The property is new, beautifully decorated and very clean. It feels safe and private, a nice place to relax after adventuring all day. We booked two suites for our family of six. The bathrooms were big and the washer and dryer were so nice to have after caving and swimming. The filtered water and ice were so convenient. One of our rooms (with two queen beds) had a very faint smell of old cigarettes.

• Yannick (10/5): Exceptional - Great place. Comfortable and spacious flat featuring a private pool with a view on the rooftop. We loved it.
• Feather (8/5): Very good - I liked the layout and how you couldn't really hear any of the other units. We had a great view of the surrounding city and mountains and a nice private plunge pool after hot days of exploring. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Leda, the concierge and the rest of the staff were super friendly and helpful.
• Rebecca (10/5): Exceptional - This property and staff are amazing. Leda was so helpful the entire time, helping us with excursions, emergency medical care, transportation, etc. Our unit was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this villa to families and couples.

• Bob (10/5): Exceptional - This was a little oasis on the hill. Beautiful views morning and night. We got take out food from town and ate and drank wine from the roof top. Enjoying the cool night air along with the sunset which turned into the view of the city lights. Beautiful. If you had trouble climbing stairs then this would not be a place for you. And what a place you would miss out on.

• Helen (10/5): We enjoyed our stay before and after a trip to Caracol. - The kitchen/dining and living room were spacious. 2 couples have private bedroom and bathroom space. The plunge pool and view were a plus.

• Thomas (8/5): Elegant Modern Townhome - This is an elegant, modern townhome, at the top of a hill, on the outskirts of San Ignacio, with a gorgeous view of the surrounding area. A lovely bread gift greeted us in the kitchen when we first arrived. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils for cooking any meal. The multiple large, flat panels in every room was exceptional. The staff were very helpful. We watch toucans flying by while we basked by the rooftop pool. - You need a car or a cab to get anywhere. This is not a convenient location to simply walk into town to get a coffee. - There are not enough hand rails to tackle the stairs, particularly the ones to the roof-top pool. - Coat hangers are missing from the entry way, so there's no place to hang anything there. - Luggage stands are missing in the rooms. So you have to lay your luggage on the floor. - This is not for those challenged with climbing stairs.

• Breana (10/5): The property was well maintained with clean and comfortable rooms that provided plenty of space. - Beautiful property. Room was super spacious, comfortable and clean. Only a limited number of units so there was plenty of privacy. I would definitely stay again. I enjoyed everything about this property.
