- serhii (6/5): - Хороший господар Дуже дорого що до якості меблів і ремонту кухня дуже маленька!

- ALAA (8/5): - Good and quiet, but annoying, there is no balcony if you want to smoke, and there is no parking space above, so you have to park your car below and climb long stairs. It was tiring for me because I was six months pregnant.
- Kerden (10/5): - Все прекрасно, тільки трошки далеко від пляжу. Поряд магазин, зупинка автобусу, до центру міста. До аеропорту автобусом близько 50 хв.
- Ife (10/5): Great stay for a group of 5 - The location, the amenities, the cleanliness Some blinds were hard to open and close
- Maria (9/5): Superb -
- Sanjo (7/5): Simple apartment with everything you need - Everything you need was available. Washing machine, dishwasher, oven, stove. Check-in was easy. Unfortunately, there is currently a large construction site on the beach, so you have to walk a little further to the beach (approx. 25 minutes).

- Gonzalo (7/5): Well located - - Quite comfortable beds, the apartment is in a nice neighbourhood and there's a supermarket nearby. There's also a walking distance to a beach and some bars as well. - The WiFi was terrible, it uses mobile data and the coverage is almost non existing, 1Mbps would be the top speed in average, so it barely can be used for texting, as working with it proved to be impossible.
We contacted the owner, they helped us to reset the connection one time that it stopped working, but there was no improvement in the speed after. We ended up using our mobile data as this issue would happen over and over.
- The smell from the kitchen, I see a lot of comments from people that stayed over before and it's a recurring complain. Nonetheless it's nothing that can't be cleaned.
- Balázs (8/5): Does the job for one night - Spacious apartment at some distance from the city centre. 3 rooms including the living room with okay beds. The property was spotlessly clean - it worked absolutely fine for our one night stopover. The kitchen was sparsely equipped, it was really uncomfortable with the missing upper cupboards. The view to the retaining wall is anything but charming. I wouldn't stay longer than a night or two, but for that sort of stay it's ideal. Parking is street parking on a steep road - I consider myself a good driver but it was challenging.
- Kamar (2/5): Unpleasant odor of fish in kitchen and living room ruined the stay. - I recently stayed at this apartment during my visit to Split and wanted to share my thoughts about the experience. While there were several positive aspects that stood out, there were also a few significant challenges that impacted my stay.
Let's start with the positives. The apartment's proximity to the beach and its convenience to the centre of Split were definitely noteworthy. The nearby beach is incredibly beautiful, offering a fantastic place to relax and soak in the sun. The apartment itself is situated in a quiet building, and having access to a lift was quite helpful, especially when carrying luggage. Inside, the apartment was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. It was equipped with various items that proved useful during my stay, making it quite comfortable. Additionally, I must commend the owner for their exceptional responsiveness to messages, which greatly contributed to a pleasant communication experience throughout my stay. The sofa was remarkably comfortable, and the beds were equally inviting. The spacious and well-equipped bathroom also added to the overall positive impression. However, my initial experience upon arrival was not as smooth as I had hoped. There was a lack of communication regarding the entry to the property, leaving me and even the taxi driver perplexed about the location. It took some time and my reaching out to the owner before I finally received instructions on how to enter the apartment and locate it within the building. This lack of initial guidance made my arrival unnecessarily challenging.
One of the major downsides was the overpowering smell of fish that seemed to permeate the apartment, originating from the kitchen and even spreading to the living room. Unfortunately, this pervasive odor rendered the kitchen and living room practically unusable, as the stench was reminiscent of rotting fish. This was a significant drawback, as these areas are typically places for socialising and meal preparation. Moreover, there was no hot water available in the kitchen, which made washing dishes quite difficult. Additionally, the absence of an air vent exacerbated the smell issue, further impacting the overall comfort of the apartment.
To address the smell, we had to resort to opening all the windows, which unfortunately led to a mosquito problem. This resulted in numerous mosquito bites that made our stay less pleasant than anticipated. The location's difficulty in finding initially also added to the overall frustration.
Taking all these aspects into consideration, I must regretfully conclude that I wouldn't choose to stay at this apartment again in its current state. The potential is evident, and with some key issues addressed – particularly the odor problem, kitchen amenities, and mosquito concerns – this apartment has the potential to offer a truly enjoyable stay.
- Ivanna (7/5): Good - We stayed at this accommodation for one day. The place was clean, quiet, and pleasantly cool, which was essential during the warm days. On the positive side, the overall cleanliness and tranquility of the location made our short stay quite comfortable.
Overall, the accommodation met our basic needs for a one-night stay, as it was clean and quiet. However, it lacked the cozy and homey atmosphere that could have made our stay even more enjoyable. Despite the minor drawbacks, the place served its purpose well as a simple place to spend the night However, there were a couple of downsides that we noticed. Firstly, there was no kitchen exhaust, which made cooking a bit inconvenient, especially when preparing meals that produced a lot of smoke or odors. Additionally, we were disappointed to find that there was no tea available in the kitchen. It would have been a nice touch to have some tea bags or a kettle provided for guests, especially for those who enjoy a hot cup of tea during their stay.
- Bethany (10/5): Host is amazing, let us check out later as my friend was very sick. Helped us look at other properties to stay the next -
- O'donnell (7/5): Good -
- Sime (10/5): Exceptional - Everything excellent!
Thank you…
