- Spada (10/5): Family business, which is leaving in the same place! All very kind persons, we enjoyed staying with them. -

- Nguyen (9/5): Superb - I love this place.
- David (8/5): Good location, room for improvement - I've always loved the Hoan Kiem lake on weekends, so it was great to have easy access. The adult hosts were always quite kind, despite difficulties in communication due to my poor Vietnamese. I'm not sure the room was fully ready when I arrived in the evening, as some areas of the bedroom and bathroom could have been tidier. Toiletries were few for a somewhat long stay, and there was no hand soap, but I'm sure they would have provided it had I asked.
- Ellen (9/5): Superb -
- Alessandra (10/5): Lovely place to stay in Hanoi - It was perfect! Located in the Old Quarter but quite silent at night. Big private room with a comfortable bed, great bathroom, super friendly hosts and very clean. Unfortunately, I only stayed two nights, but I would definetly come back.
- Treena (9/5): Superb -
- Maria (10/5): Exceptional - They made me feel at home from the first moment. Beautiful family ❤️
- Harel (6/5): Pleasant - The hosts were very nice and welcoming and waited till very late to accept me. The location is pretty good, and the shower is great! The location was very hard for me and for other people (taxi drivers) to find. The bed was really hard and was difficult to sleep on. The hosts don’t really speak English
- Reema (10/5): Exceptional -
- Erdalu (9/5): Superb - The location is quite good.. The 2 cotton couple who host you in this place where you feel like you belong in the region.. The price performance is great..

- Gary (10/5): Very comfortable place near the Hanoi old quarter - Very comfortable to stay there and easy walking distance to the Lake and Old Quarter Nothing - everything was great

- James (10/5): Nice stay at what is basically a Vietnamese person's house - I had a pleasant, cheap stay here. I didn't stay long as I was going to Sapa at 5.30 the next morning. The room is basic, but decent enough. Bear in mind you're basically staying in a Vietnamese family's house, complete with the sort of clutter you might nornally expect to see. If that isn't what you want, try somewhere else, but I didn't mind. Some people might find the beds a bit hard.
