• Deborah (5/5): Great location - Location is great, plenty of public transport available or half hour from Vatican City. The size of the appartement is very accomodating. The appartment is not well updated, the electric sockets are old, the floor is not well laid, the cooker top had only two functioning "rings", there was no oven wear so we couldn't use the oven, there is no microwave or toaster, (but to be fair these are not included on the rental détails) the kettle didn't work, the frying pan was not suitable for the cooker top so didn't heat up. The appartment can accommodate 8-10 people but hot water ran out quickly and the shower tap didn't regulate the température well so the water went from very cold to extremely hot and back to very cold.

• Nasseron MCL (7/5): - appartement spacieux, chambres grandes et balcon aussi. Son emplacement est plutôt pratique (transports à proximité), le quartier est calme, la résidence bien sécurisée. La communication avec les hotes était simple et rapide. Les explications pour trouver le logement et entrer étaient très claires et précises. il nous a manqué un peu d'équipements pour vivre mieux le séjour (micro-onde, un peu de plus de vaisselle). Un lave linge serait un plus aussi.

• MARCO (1/5): ANFITRIONES DESAGRADABLES, COLCHONES SUCIOS, SÁBANAS SUCIAS. - No hay nada bueno A parte de pagar por la reserva tuvimos que pagar un plus por las sábanas y toallas. Eramos 3 personas. Cuando llegamos sólo 2 camas tenían sábanas y sólo había toallas para 2 personas. Cuando les llamamos para decirles que eramos 3 y habíamos pagado por 3, nos dijeron de muy malas maneras que compartieramos cama...Tardaron 3 dias en traernos las sábanas y toallas extra y cuando las traen, la colca estaba manchada. Los anfitriones directamente dejaron de contestarnos.

Desde la atención del dueño del apartamento, hasta la falta de limpieza y cuidado que tienen para entregar el apartamento. Empezando porque el señor nos hizo pagar 265 Euros por pago de impuestos cuando booking decía que debíamos pagar 150 Euros y que si no pagábamos no nos daba datos de cómo ingresar. El baño estaba sucio, la tapa del baño dañada así como el dispensador de jabón. No teníamos elementos de aseo. Revisen los comentarios y no se dejen guiar por fotos.
• Wojciech (7/5): - Duży przestronny apartament , 4 sypialnie . może pomieścić do 10 osób , duży balkon . Dobra lokalizacja . Rolety zewnętrzne . Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. Doliczana jest dodatkowa opłata za ręczniki 10Euro za osobę , informacja ta została podana po pobraniu pieniędzy przez booking , w łazience nie ma gdzie zawiesić ręczników , brak w cenie rezerwacji nawet koca do przykrycia , jeżeli chcesz znów musisz dopłacić 10Euro za osobę żeby mieć pościel , w cenie podstawowej masz tylko prześcieradło i poduszki w poszewce .

Dopo aver prenotato e confermato,arrivati alla struttura Mazzini,non ci ha risposto nessuno né al citofono appartamento, ne ai numeri di cellulare riportati sul sito. Assistenza booking scandalosa dopo che l'altra struttura sempre a Roma che avevamo prenotato da diversi giorni, la sera alle 21 , dopo la nostra chiamata per fare check-in,,ci hanno detto che l'appartamento non era più disponibile! Quindi hanno lasciato per strada 9 persone compresi minori! Il nome dell' altra struttura è Termini Luxury 12 beds appartment,host veramente maleducata, che non si è nemmeno scusata del grande danno che ci ha recato !

• Tabitha-Sam (1/5): Disappointed. They leave you stranded at 11pm and don't respond. - We were unable to stay at the property. The owners never showed up when we reached out for the keys. We had showed up to the property and rang the bell multiple times with no word. They asked if we needed sheets. We replied that we did and after that they didn't respond at all. We were traveling with 8 kids and 2 adults. To say we were stressed at 11pm with no lodging is an understatement.

• Manuel (1/5): Pésima - El alojamiento tiene muy buena ubicación es lo único que tiene bueno. No me gusto que entraran dos hombres cuando no eran ni las 9 de la mañana con su propia llave y todos durmiendo, voy a llegar hasta las últimas consecuencias. Las paredes sucias , la ducha atascada y el menaje de la cocina dejaba mucho que desear además que pone un inventario de cosas en su anuncio que no corresponde con decir que no tenían ni cafetera vamos no lo recomiendo para nada

• Federica (5/5): - La posizione e il silenzio Scrivono che c'è l'aria condizionata, ma è presente solo in due delle 4 stanze da letto. Non ci sono abat jour il nessuna stanza, nulla su cui appendere asciugamani in bagno e lenzuola e asciugamani a pagamento!

• Frans (7/5): Good enough for regular family stay but not boutique quality. - Large and spacious, ideal for a family Did not have regular things you would use on a longer stay, iron and iron board, toaster, vegetable peeler. Heating in one room did not work for the entire 4 day stay. No additional blankets.

• Philip (1/5): Find other accommodations! - We really liked the location and that was it. It was not clean, my sons got bug bites the first night in his bed, 2 of the A/C's were unplugged and did not work. I have a 3 year old and luckily we keep a good eye eon her because there was a broken off plug from and outlet that would have likely done serious damage to her if touched. We messaged the property the first day for fans and never got any message back. Would never recommend!
