- Karine (2/5): Feedbacks from a professional traveler - Nothing. It's not a hostel. It's a family home transformed into whatever. You arrive and no one is there to tell you where your bed is. There is a cleaning person who lives on the premises, in pyjamas in the middle of the afternoon who gets irritated if you ask questions like where is my bed? She speaks very little English. I found 1 guy who spoke English, everyone else comes from all over the globe most from Eastern Europe. Looks like there are up to 16 people for 1 bathroom, it's a big problem. The smell of weed was very strong in my room even though the cleaning person lives with her 4 year old kid. There are no rules. Noises till 2am, people pucking at 6 30 am. Toilet clogged. You name it you will find it there. No lockers so you share your bed with all your belongings. But the house is nicely remodeled.

- Formedras (7/5): - It was easy to just walk in and out at will and not have to worry about things, once I got my entry code. Regardless of the fan in my pod being on or off, I felt like I was boiling a lot of the time in bed.
- Nikita (8/5): - Nice, clean hostel that looks recently renovated. Awesome location, quiet yard, and lots of room. The pods had air vents, which is something most places usually skip. The whole place was spotless, and the bedding was fresh. The ice maker in the fridge was broken. The fridge itself just isn't big enough—it was packed to the brim with zero space left. They clearly need a second one.
There's only one bathroom shared between two rooms. It has the cheapest toilet ever, and the way it flushes pretty much guarantees it'll clog instantly if a guest tosses anything extra in there.
The keypad on the door is honestly a mess. It beeps and you can't mute it, so I felt bad about waking people up every time I came in. To even wake up the screen, you have to tap the bottom left corner, which isn't marked at all, and it ignores any other taps. Because of that, I honestly stood there looking like an idiot for a few minutes before I finally got in.
The living area is huge but only has one workspace and a single outlet anywhere near the seating.
- Chris (1/5): Took my money and didn’t let me get a room - Took my money and didn’t let me get a room Took my money and didn’t let me get a room
- Roger (8/5): It was nice. They had quick response times as sometimes the code to the front door wasn’t working. - It was conveniently located to everything I needed to be at What I didn’t like was it the main gate? State cracked open and strangers were coming in and out trying to gain access. There was one character who was frequently riding up and down on his bicycle.

- Tia (10/5): Great place to stay for work travel! - I had a wonderful time at Seasun Hostel. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the place was cozy, and the location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet. Great vibes, and a nice common area to relax or meet other travelers. Would definitely stay again!
- Tia (10/5): Good price great staff! - Seasun was such a great find. chill atmosphere, and the staff went out of their way to make sure everyone felt welcome. Perfect spot for solo travelers—easy to meet people but also great for just relaxing. I’d absolutely come back!

- Lori (1/5): Didn't stay it was too creepy and unsafe for a single woman - When I arrived there were no lights on at night, a homeless guy that was on drugs sitting in a van in the driveway. I went in the main part of the house and there were no lights on I had to find them. I figured out where the dorms were - yes I knew it was a cubby but there is a keypad to get in to the main area, a keypad for the women's area and a keypad for the cubby. What if there was a fire and all of these malfunctioned? There was a tiny vent in the cubby which also didn't seem safe in case of fire no way out, or earthquake, the bathroom are in the middle of the women's and coed cubbies and it wasn't clear that you were sharing them with everyone - the showers are open and the toilets have see through glass! right in the main walkway - my friend could clearly see me going to the bathroom. As a single woman I in no way felt safe here because of all of this and the company told me the guy in the driveway didn't work for them so that didn't make me feel great as he told me that he did. I couldn't possibly have stayed there and slept and the mattress had springs popping through as well - a very cheap mattress on the floor. I have stayed at many hostels around the world and can put up with a lot. I asked for a refund and they said absolutely not even being xmas eve - I had to go search for other lodgings. They were very rude and I would not recommend to anyone. I am having to deal with booking to get my money back. Plus I was told by a relative that the neighborhood is also unsafe. Everything!

- Robin (8/5): Worth it. I’d stay there again. - Clean, convenient, good deal for the money. Sleeping space was a little hole in the ceiling carved out. It was nice to have my own spot, and I don’t mind it being small, but the slanted ceiling was a little claustrophobic for me. Ended up sleeping elsewhere.
Mixed feelings about no staff (minus someone coming in to clean). The property was well taken care of but made it impersonal.
- Cindy (8/5): - Everything was very quiet and we enjoyed our stay!😄 It was not satisfied at the end of our stay because the new cleaning stuff that was at the house was a little rude and barged into our room before we even checked out and didn’t give us enough time to even finish packing our things. Overall our previous days have been very satisfying.

- Jocelynn (6/5): - Customer service was rude when calling to ask for help. No handsoap in the kitchen to wash hands. Not enough utensils.
- Margaret (10/5): - Very comfortable. Safe, quiet, clean.
- Aurelia (5/5): - The price was good and the position was also ok. I had a bad experience with the hostel management. I arrived at around 9.30 pm and found out that the bed in my pod and towel had already been used, so I asked for new blankets and the manager told me that the cleaning staff was not available but I could pay 85 dollars to be upgraded to a room. I refused to pay because it was not my fault if the bed was not clean, and they finally sent me the cleaning staff. The fact that they wanted my to pay 85 dollars really upsets me. Also, I think that the common areas are not suitable for a hostel, e.g. the kitchen is a normal house kitchen. Hostels usually have larger kitchens with spaces specifically designed for hosting people. The common area looks like an unfurnished house.

- Alexander (10/5): Good , nice , clean - Nice and clean People don’t clean up after in the bathrooms.. nothing tondo with the property
- Anthony (7/5): Good - the simplicity and modern features cold water in the showers :(
- Arien (10/5): Exceptional - Everything Nothing
- Andrea (8/5): - First time trying a hostel in the US w pods… interesting, overall for the cost and the added amenities, I’ll say 3.5 stars.
Most of the house mates were very nice, but omg maybe avoid the girls-only pod. It is inhabited by 2 stand-offish, unapproachable, and slightly intolerable “ladies”. One was particularly off-putting spending the entire day in the pod, on the phone arguing with people and talking about how “her man don’t play, he shot someone for me” :::::aggressively swishing around what sounded like a big gulp with a side of gum chewing for hours:::
The good things: this place is kind of like a complex. You aren’t limited to your little pod, only slept in there, leaving nothing of value inside during the day so I could keep the pod doors open and my spot cool. There is no AC in your area- a mobile unit cools the girls- only room. It does the job.
The main house is great and clean. Everyone has space for their stuff (3 big fridges available). The on site team are very nice, very welcoming and kind. They work hard to keep things neat. Next door you have the pool and a nice yard where I spent the majority of my time. Parking available on the street nbd.
Smile you are on camera all the time!

- Matthew (7/5): Amazing Location , Perfect Lodging for a business trip, or vacation in LA . Restful and Economical. - Really great location outside of Los Angeles , nice neighborhood , close to many resteraunts , grocery stores , and pretty much anything you would want or need . It's not to far from anything you would want to experience in Los Angeles but far enough away from the city to enjoy peace and quiet . The living conditions are quite excellent. Very Clean and Modern , the staff really do a great job in keeping the place in order and clean. It's very comfortable. Most of the other guests were really respectful and cool but there were some less desirable people that were around the property, they were loud , obnoxious, and rude . At times there were strong odors of Marijuana in the living area. Other then that no complaints , loved it !
- Matthew (8/5): Very good -
- Izzy (6/5): Good and bad - Swimming pool. Kitchen was good, but no forks!? Difficulties getting instructions. Washing machine not working, took my money. Told staff, was advised to go to launderette, but it took my money!!
- Pleven (2/5): - The lady you call to check in sounds annoyed and doesn’t help at all she gives up and hangs up on you she was useless
- Kay (4/5): - The private room w bath said it was a queen bed but it was definitely a full. The bathroom had body wash and shampoo but not conditioner. The bathroom trash had significant trash in it already. Living room voices with TV carry and combined w thin walls, u might as well be in the living room too. Quick, cheap stay and the codes r convenient. Would only stay for a night.
- Melvis (1/5): Bad - While I was sleeping in my room, maintenance came in my room to fix the door. Woke me up after working a night a shift. I called the receptionist and they didn't do any thing about the situation and was very frustrated and upset.
- Cindy (10/5): Had to check in somewhere close by one of my clients in the nearby city especially so early in the morning and then retu - Excellent place to stay for a few days and enjoy a nice relaxing evening with your loved one. Very beautiful house and very convenient place to stay if you work close by and around the area for the week.
- Dusica (8/5): - First of all this is a hostel. It is pretty good option having private room with a private bathroom in a hostel.
Everything was fine except some not quite clean areas on the floor of the bathroom, and the feeling that somebody can enter your room during the night as the door of the room was difficult to lock from inside.
There were not problem locking from outside.
The kitchen, and community area were clean, and well maintained.
Entering the house, and using the codes was easy, and instructions were coming on time.
Quiet area, and everything else was fine.
I booked this place bc it was close to the venue I went to.
- Andranik (6/5): - The code given to me by the property owner didn't work but they were able to open it remotely if asked. Someone in the house set the temperature to 62°F, I tried to set it back to 72°F to no success. To no fault of the owner, neighboring room renter was playing loud music at 4:30am and when asked to stop, they retaliated 10 minutes later by banging on our door.
- Scott (10/5): Exceptional -
- Aguero (10/5): Affordable, Comfortable, Great overall - Very affordable for solo travel, had everything I needed to stay clean and comfortable. One shower only had cold water and had trouble opening pod at first but the hang Of it after.
- Ben (1/5): Regrettable - Its a roof over your head If you are a backpacker or traveller don’t bother with this place it’s full of semi homeless americans who will not talk to you or look at you and have no respect for other people as far as making noise at all hours of the night, you will not sleep well here my pillows were paper thin and the mattress was an old used up piece of foam, very dirty place not fun to stay at at all.
- Kawin (2/5): - So dirty
- Linda (6/5): A new experience - Check in was difficult, the owner had to change the code several times to both the front door and my room before it finally worked. There is no pool in the background as advertised, however, there is a pool next door, so I suppose that is the pool that they mentioned. The manager was always available via text which was great. There was one tenant that fought with her boyfriend and screamed a couple of times across the house, my 1st night. My second night there, the toilet paper ran out so I had to use napkins. I saw a roach on the bathroom wall this morning. Be advised that ALL rooms share a bathroom, although it doesn't specify that. it was quiet some nights during my three nights stay, but shared living is not for me. I tried to upload photos but was unable to which is unfortunate..
- Joe (2/5): - Was sent to different address than the one I signed up for. TV didn't work, only one electrical output in bedroom work. The toilet got clogged. Called customer service and they said they would have someone come TOMORROW! We stayed about an hour then we left. They wouldn't refund our money. AVOID at all costs.
- Rachael (4/5): It was safe, affordable, and the bathrooms were clean. But, the beds were BAD. - One nice thing, the bathrooms were nice and clean.
If the facility made updates to the sleeping situation, and the coffee in the morning. I would give it a 10. Unfortunately, it’s currently far from it. The mattress, sheets, and pillow were LOW quality, and needed to be replaced. I also felt even more uncomfortable due to lack of air flow in the pod. It was WAY too hot, and the only way to get cool air flow into the pod was to sleep with the pod door open and unlocked.
The kitchen did not provide coffee, or any breakfast. But, I would have settled for coffee.
- stacy-ann (6/5): - Saw a roach on the wall between the shower and sink area.
Shower was cold water. Left on for 5 min and it did not get hot.
Smell food in the sleeping area. Someone i believed brought food into their pod.
