• Andrea (10/5): - Freundlicher Empfang durch die Vermieterin, große, gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit allem was man so braucht. Altstadt von Split gut fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an einem schönen Waldpark.

Lovely host who met us for check-in and check-out, great communication during our long stay, and the place was very well equipped. Also wifi was really fast, great for remote work meetings. Clean. Comfy beds. Dog friendly. Would stay again!

• Kirill (10/5): - This is a great place to stay in Split. You'll be not far from the city centre, just 10-12 minutes walk, but you'll have a flat with 2 bedrooms and a very spacious living room all to yourself. The building is just on the edge of Marjan park, a perfect place for long picturesque walks. The appartment was super clean and had all the necessary amenities, the kitchen is also equipped with a dishwasher which came in handy. Jelena is a great host, she gave us tips about Split and was very kind and thoughtful. We definitely recommend the appartment, and we'll definitely come back! :)

• Ewa (10/5): Przytulne mieszkanie w bajkowej okolicy. - Miejsce idealne dla nas, przytulne i przestronne mieszkanie w stylu vintage. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia i łazienka, dwa balkony. Lokalizacja bajka blisko na plażę i do parku i na stare miasto. Jelena przyjęła nas niezwykle gościnnie. Na pewno będziemy wracać!

• Maria del Carmen (10/5): Muy recomendable - El apartamento estaba muy limpio y muy completo. Nos dejaron un par de souveniers de bienvenida. La ubicación es muy práctica y tienes cerca supermercado y restaurantes. Pasamos unos días geniales. Ah, y nos permitió hacer el check in antes del horario, ya que el vuelo llegó por la mañana. Muchas gracias!
• Stephanie (10/5): - Hochparterre-Wohnung in ruhiger Lage, nah am Strand und direkt am Park, der leider wegen eines schweren Gewitters ein paar Tage zuvor nicht zugänglich war. Die Altstadt von Split ist zu Fuß erreichbar (ca. 20-30 Minuten). Supermärkte und Cafés sind direkt in der Nähe. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und für unseren Geschmack sehr schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hat uns alles erklärt. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es vor dem Haus entlang der Straße.
• Neven (9/5): Sehr schöne, etwas versteckte Ferienwohnung - Eine sehr hübsche und gut gelegene Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht, inklusive Klimaanlage. Idealer Ausgangsort für tägliche Erkundungen
• FANNY (10/5): Très bon logement et très bonne hôtesse - A une époque de boîte à clé, c'était très agréable d'être accueilli en personne par notre hôtesse, très gentille et à l'écoute. Elle a donné de précieux conseils sur le moment et s'est montrée dispo tout le long du séjour par WhatsApp. Elle est venue en personne récupérer les clés à la fin et demander si tout s'était bien passé. Un vrai plaisir. Le logement était super et très bien placé, à 10mn à pied de la plage, d'un Lidl et à 5mn d'une très bonne boulangerie et d'un resto. Il y avait tout l'équipement dans le logement : four, lave vaisselle, machine à laver... Et clim dans le salon Le logement est dans une partie forestière donc il y a pas mal de bestioles. Du coup, on n'ouvre pas les fenêtres sauf si les volets sont baissés. Mais quel plaisir le chant des grillons et la fraîcheur des arbres.

• Ruth (9/5): Spacious apartment great host - Jelena greeted us when we arrived and explained how everything worked, etc. She had left some little girfts for us too, this was lovely. The apartment was spacious and clean, close enough to walk into Split Old Town. It was close enough to walk a small marina and beach area. There were some local cafes and shops too. Unfortunately, the Marjan forest was closed due to a storm. This was obviously not our hosts fault, so I guess I will have to go back...!
• Mathias1982 (10/5): Ferienwohnung im Herzen von Split - Eine Ferienwohnung mitten im Herzen von Split. Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen (Park ca. 1min, Altstadt + Hafen ca. 20min). Der Parkplatz ist direkt vorm Haus. Nach einer freundlichen Begrüßung und hilfreichen Tipps für die Stadtbesichtigung konnten wir unseren Aufenthalt genießen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt. • Galina (10/5): Exceptional - The Little Cherry apartment has exceeded our expectations by a lot. Strong attention to details ( it contained everything traveller needs). Starting from basic teaching, coffer, fully stocked kitchen, and finishing things like body lotion and beach chairs. The location was very peaceful (just near the forest park where you can find a few really picturesque biches), however very central as you can get to the old town on foot in 15 min. Hosts Jelena is amazing, caring, and came to show us everything in the apartment. She also gave us tips about what places to visit and where the supermarket is located. All was absolutely perfect.

• Irena (10/5): Quiet and cozy place for a nice rest. - The host was friendly and approachable, and the place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Very quiet neighborhood (in February). Nice home library with inspiring stuff to read - I wish I had more time there. It was a bit tricky to identify the property on site, because the address states only the street name, with no house number. But after looking into the property photos, it was fairly easy once we were there. (Provided you had internet to go back to photos.) Also, on the big bed there was just one big blanket. We would have preferred single blankets for each person.

• Yaru (10/5): Surprise beyond expectations - We spent three happy nights here. When the landlord was very kind, he explained to us in detail how to use the equipment in the room, and prepared milk, beer and sparkling water for us in the refrigerator. The room was very comfortable and quiet, and we could have a good sleep. It is also very easy to walk from the old town. My friends and I love it here and hope to have the opportunity to stay in Split again

• Jan (10/5): Great location - lots of space - home away from home! - Plenty of space in the whole apartment; only a few steps to negotiate for entry; walking distance to city centre, marina, bus/train station, promenade, bakeries, supermarkets; quiet neighbourhood; spotlessly clean. Good communication with Jelena who manages the property - generous welcome gifts of milk, water etc which is great when you haven’t shopped before arriving. Jelena will help you with any queries or perhaps organise a taxi. Kind gesture of coffee, tea and other basics in the kitchen - plus kitchen implements so you can cook a meal if you wish. Highly recommend this apartment and Jelena. Kitchen a little small but it was workable - we cooked evening meals while there.
• Markéta (9/5): Superb - Really nice and clean apartment. Good location: near to a beautiful park/forest and just 20 minuts walk from historical town. Beaches are little bit far from the apartment if you are looking for summer accommodation. Otherwise nothing!

Walking/biking distance from nice hidden beaches in the pine forest.The city center is approx 15 min walk. The flat has a very nice living room with AC and two good size bedrooms, the kitchen has all useful equipment. A lot of free parking space in the street just in front. Bakery at walking distance, big supermarkets reachable with car.
