Dreisigacker (8/5): Overall a very lovely and nice stay for 1 week in Las Palmas with 2 people - - very central in Las Palmas with 10 min to the beach, 5 min parking, 2 min foodstore, 10 min central bus station, 10 min central market and shopping - recommend Tomas Miller parking area, 35€ for 3 days was absolutely ok - nice restaurants and bars around - enough space for 2-4 people, 2 separate sleeping rooms, one living room with dining area and integrated kitchen, 1 bath room - located on 3rd (last) floor of the building - fast move to highway with rental car - very friendly contact with owner + help & advice on local events, restaurant recommendation, etc. - be aware that due to the central location it can be noisy on the weekends - no dishwasher (but was absolutely ok for us)
Javier (1/5): Looked good until a piece of furniture collapse and a hole in the facade appeared - the apartment was well furnished and decorated this apartment is a public danger. One of the pieces of furniture collapsed, exposing a big hole in the facade. fortunately only a vase fell to the street, harming no one. Could have been our kid. Besides that, the shower has improper slope, always flooding the bathroom.
