• Orsolya (4/5): - A szállást a Charming Concept-tel üzemeltetik. 300 euro kauciót kért esetleges károkért. Tartózkodás után nekem kellett a pénzemért futnom: jogtalanul levontak összeget a kaucióból, annak ellenére, hogy email-en keresztül jeleztem az üzemeltető felé az általam talált károkat a bejelentkezéskor. Nem szeretnék visszatérni erre a helyre, nem éri meg az utólagos bonyodalom.

• Mónica (10/5): Justo lo que necesitábamos - Antes de la llegada te dan indicaciones de como acceder, están muy atentos al chat por si tienes dudas y son muy amables. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario y es bastante acogedor. La zona es tranquila y tienes bares, cafeterías, supermercados y todo lo necesario. Sin duda volvería a alojarme ahí.

• Dolreich (8/5): Placentera y acertada. - Temíamos por la ubicación, que quizás fuera una zona no tan segura en España, pero gracias a Dios no tuvimos inconvenientes para nada. Todos los días había un ruido molesto, que nos perturbaba el sueno. Al final no supe de donde venia, era algo molesto.

• Sabrina (9/5): Un excellent choix pour découvrir la ville. - Mon séjour à Madrid a été inoubliable et cet appartement y a grandement contribué. Le logement est d'une propreté irréprochable et très fonctionnel. Son emplacement est exceptionnel à deux pas du métro et de tous les commerces franchement l'appartement a facilité toute l'organisation de mon voyage. Petit bémol le canapé n'était pas confortable pour deux enfants mais cela reste gérable pour un court séjour.

• Rosmar (8/5): Muy cómodo - Es cómodo y acogedor. Al llegar el salón estaba muy mojado se ve que es algo de la puerta de la terraza porque a los días al llegar volvía a estar muy mojado. Por lo cual entiendo que la puerta tiene algo mal que al llover deja entrar la lluvia

• Tamima (9/5): - Everything was very clean and the place was very comfortable. They had everything you needed for our 5 night stay. Would definitely recommend Would’ve love a couple more rolls of tissue. Didn’t know about the security deposit either so a heads up would’ve been great.

• Herminia (7/5): - El diseño de las instalaciones Una humedad en el dormitorio, la atencion recibida para checking, no dejaron toallas grandes para las cuatro personas que eramos y el papel higienico muy escaso (2 rollos para 4 personas, 3 dias)

Pagas por unas vacaciones para descansar y lo que menos hice fue eso, no me solucionaron nada, encima te cobran fianza de 300€ y solo te lo dicen una vez que has pagado el alojamiento…las camas?? Dolores de espalda y cuello sumado a no dormir imagínense, nunca desee que se acabaran tanto unas vacaciones como estas

• julio (10/5): Agradable Acogedor y Recomendable. - La atención de Carmen y Ana al telefono, muy cordiales y dispuestas para ayudar. Y la Sra que colabora en el aseo muy atenta. Tiene todo lo que necesitas en cocina y baño...nuevo y de calidad. Sin duda volveria con mi familia. Gracias por el buen tiempo. Conseguir aparcamiento es un poco escaso pero con paciencia lo encuentras.

• JUAN ANTONIO (7/5): - Bastante limpio y nuevo. Había un motor (creo que de la cisterna del wc o del aljibe del edificio) que por la noche arrancaba y hacía mucho ruido. Tampoco nos gustó que a la hora de reservar no te indican claramente que hay que poner una fianza adicional aunque una vez fuera la devolvieron sin problema.
• Martin (7/5): - Location of the property is great, it's on less then 10min walking distance from the metro station so it's has great connections. There is constantly some noise which is really not pleasant and it's hard to sleep at night (the noise is very loud specifically in the bedroom). Reported to the owner but the answer was simple - it's coming from heating pipes installed by the neighbors and it's not in their power, so there is nothing they can do.

• NIKHIT (8/5): Cozy place on the suburbs of Madrid. Great for young travellers. - Location is good for those who need to be in that vicinity. The rooms are realistically walking distance form the Villaverde Bajo cruze metro station. Quiet neighbourhood. Great space for young friends. Well equipped kitchen and amenities. We had mentioned we were a couple however, we were given 2 small beds. It should be mentioned on the app somewhere.
• Agnieszka (10/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Niby obrzeża Madrytu ale blisko metra, dzięki czemu można było dojechać wszędzie bez problemów. Tuż przy stacji metra Lidl, więc wszystkie zakupy można było robić w jednym miejscu. Świetna była opcja rezerwacji apartamentu wraz z dowozem z lotniska w cenie. Dosyć cienkie ściany i głośne towarzystwo po sąsiedzku.

• Noemi (9/5): Ideal ☺️ - Es ideal, para lo pequeño que es tiene todas las comodidades. Además de acogedor silencioso, en un barrio supermercados cercanos , además comunicación con zona centro perfecta con transporte publico. Repetiría sin problema. Además muy atentos y rápidos para resolver cualquier duda. En general todo bien. Quizás la opción de una cafetera de cápsulas o italiana más pequeña 😅.

• Lorena (7/5): Bien - Todo nuevo Echamos en falta cosas en la cocina como miniset de aceite y sal o escurridor de platos. El barrio por la noche da un poco de respeto.
• Vanesa (8/5): Calidad-precio de 10 - Hemos estado muy agusto... Viajamos pareja con dos niños a pasar unos días por Madrid. Aprovechamos a ir a la Warner y estás a 20 min del apartamento. Para acercarte al centro de Madrid tb tienes una boca de metro muy cercana incluso un supermercado al final de esa calle. Fácil aparcar cerca del apartamento y silencioso. Puedes dormir muy tranquilo. Sin duda, cuando volvamos, repetiremos. El barrio un poco dejado y bastante inmigración. Pero nadie se mete con nadie y no tuvimos ningún problema ningún día.

• Luka (8/5): Residential place with a lot formalities to care about before you come to advertised apartment - The place is as described with all the amenities and as depicted. It is very clean and well equipped. Good supermarket with all needed assets for short stay was nearby. Metro is on 8-10min walk. As the hosts say it is not touristic apartment, but rather residential place. There is exhaustive contract you need to sign, deposit to pay, the location is at least 40min from the tourist places (using public transport). These fact are listed on the apartment description, but are not well emphasized. They did not represent issue and our stay passed with no problems, yet I do not prefer that much obligations and formalities and discomfort for the touristic visit and thus it influenced my comfort. There are not much to do in the neighborhood. We could not access the terrace so drying laundry was slight discomfort we experienced.

Did not feel safe - The place was in a very sketchy area, even the taxi driver who brought us there from the airport gave us advise to be careful when we go out because the place is located in a not very desirable area. The apartment itself was in a very enclosed building with about 6 apartments and my wife has fear of enclosed space which did not make it better. We immediately let management know that we cannot stay for the rest of our booking. Only stayed one night of the 7 nights that we booked and paid for, the management did not even work with us of giving us some money back. Not a single concession. I could not even think how we could have survived the day 6/7/25 when the was no power all over Madrid if we had stayed in that apartment. Buyers beware when booking at this place

The hygiene of the property was on such a minor level - hairs all over the floor, the furnitures and the towels, which were also covered in blood. The closing mechanism of the door was not working properly , so the door could not be closed in any case and there was no option for privacy. And not the last on my list, but there was compulsory deposit that was not mentioned on the app for 300 euros. I can add photos , I don’t think it’s necessary, especially of the menstrual spots on the towel…

The whole entrance was oppressive, tha garbage in the room , also we didn't realize that the bed was a very uncomfortable sofa bed, electrical problems, hot water that ran out in the middle of a shower, Also the front door lock sometimes working and sometimes not.
