• Ella (8/5): - Location, cleanliness, and facilities Small adjustments in apartment, 1 sliding door, extremely hard to open, , 2 sunshade on balcony one side broken, 3, couldn’t get air conditioning to work, but we did have fan, 4, no facilities to have late check out, hotel did hold our bags, and we used hotel Toilet to change.. Apartment itself, was spotless, great location, had everything you needed, and staff at reception were extremely helpful and nice.

• Adrianus (8/5): Mooi en fris appartement - Mooi aangekleed, fris appartement op een centrale locatie. Heerlijk balkon met mooi uitzicht. De prijs/kwaliteit verhouding was hoog. Al een uur voor de opening van zwembad staan mensen klaar om bedje en plekje te bemachtigen en zijn vervolgens hele dag afwezig.
• David (3/5): We are a well travelled always book independently but never before have we been so disappointed in accommodation we have - The location of this property is in our opinion 2nd to non in the middle of everything and yet beautiful views is the sunset and pool area Firstly no WiFi though out the stay blamed of the phone company in other words out of their hands. Washing machine broken the drum had fallen off the brackets this apartment doesn’t have bed / towel change but no washing machine meant washing facilities in the apartment eventually 10 days later clean laundry was dropped off as there was no spare sets. The sun canapé was broken and unusable and given that direct sun was on the balcony from 1.30pm made the balcony awkward to use. The clothes airer was broken and fragile . Only 3 coat hangers in wardrobe. Kitchen extractor fan was not working. No icebox in fridge At no time did anyone from TOR management call / arrange to come in and fix anything even though they were made aware of the problems

• Damian (1/5): - Nothing We checked in tren recepcionista told us is primate apartment so they cannot let me in without owner permission.we back 2 hours later got a Keys then afuera 2 hours bien told to leave.1 big joke

• Sarah (7/5): We loved our stay overall and would return - Lovely pool, great location, nice staff, good sized room.anazing view from the balcony!! People getting up at 8am to reserve their sunbeds when the pool doesn’t open till 10am. it says it’s strictly not allowed. Washer didn’t work but wasnt a problem as there’s a laundry room at the hotel. The electrics work but they look old and a little dodgy. Didn’t use the air con so can’t comment on that.
• Wendy (9/5): Would definately stay again!! - The host was lovely and they left a lovely welcome pack. We had plenty teas and coffees to keep us going plus a bottle of fizz in the fridge. Nothing really. The aprtment was lovely and the roof top pool was amazing.

• Gerallt (10/5): Exceptional - The location of the property is brilliant and apartment clean and well equipped. The pool was great following long days fishing. Shower head wall bracked needs repaired but didn’t bother us that much.

• Shelley (8/5): Great views, uncomfortable bed - The location and views were amazing, the room had everything we needed. Most of the reception were nice and polite apart from the man, he was rude! The next door neighbours didn’t seem to leave their property and blasted out TV later on, didn’t too much bother us as we only used for a base. Wow, the sunbed situation, was so funny watching them all putting towels on the floor marking their territory and waiting for them to be unlocked!! The bed was uncomfortable, if they can’t afford new mattresses a simple memory foam topper would suffice. Was overpriced for what it was, could have stayed up the hill a bit for a fraction of the price. Overall though we enjoyed it, was out all day everyday so only used for a base but a comfortable bed would have made the world of difference!

• Newton (6/5): Pleasant - Airy, light apartment with lovely sea view; Well-stocked for self-catering purposes. Despite the frustrations listed below, it was a pleasant stay. Despite informing Ocean Rentals in advance of our arrival time,the Receptionist at Atlantis Club had no record of us or of what apartment we'd been allocated. I had to ring Ocean Rentals myself to request this information,not what we wanted after a long flight. There was no information in the room about a WiFi password and it wasn't until the following day and after several phonecalls to Ocean Rentals that I was given one; Room wasn't cleaned, kitchen and bathroom bins weren't emptied for the time we were there; No fresh towel change at all. Pillows were sub-standard. Beds were "put me up". We've stayed in many self-catering apartments but this is the first time we've experienced a complete lack of cleaning.

• Linda (10/5): Property was immaculate and very well accommodated with cooking facilities. - Uplifted the keys from the main reception hotel desk although we had booked privately. Would have liked if the property had a safety deposit box. An English TV channel would have been nice.
