• Nour (6/5): Passable but would not go again! - The location and price are what win here. If you are not picky about cleanliness, space, and impossible dark stairs to get to your room, this is a decent place to stay. The rooms are so so so outdated. The walls are scratched and dirty, the bathrooms are impossible to move around in - as small as a cupboard. There is also this horrible stench in the bathrooms after flushing or using the shower. The bed sheets are not really clean and the beds extremely uncomfortable. The furniture is outdated and just not suitable for a modern hotel in the middle of a popular town like Sitges. The 24h available reception is not true - they are only there between 10am and 10pm. If you want to reach them by phone outside of these hours, you’ll hear the phone ring downstairs in a cupboard next to the reception. The information they provide about contact is not accurate. How can a hotel provide a number, but leave the phone locked up in the reception cupboard ? I have never seen this. The stairs are not just narrow, they are also dark - only automatic lights that detect movement way too late are available. The pool is okay though - despite the water being impossible to enter because it’s freezing. They have not washed the pool bed lounge pillows for what seems like a very long time. Also, the pool area is not cleaned regularly - trash from days accumulates before it is taken away. All in all, not as expected and the negativer reviews this place has received are true - take another hotel if you know this will bother you. You will not be comfortable here if you expect decent hotel level - this is not the case here.

• Maria (1/5): Las fotos no correspondían con la realidad - Estuve muy decepcionada con el hotel. Las fotos mostraban algo totalmente diferente a la realidad. Tuvimos que subir las maletas hasta el tercer piso sin ascensor , lo cual fue muy incómodo. Además, la puerta del baño no ofrecía ninguna privacidad, ya que se podía ver a la otra persona mientras estaba dentro. La cama también estaba en mal estado y se inclinaba hacia un lado. La reserva era para tres noches, pero decidimos quedarnos solo una porque el lugar era muy claustrofóbico. La habitación daba a un patio interior y no entraba nada de luz natural. También se escuchaba absolutamente todo: a la gente de arriba y de las habitaciones de al lado, como si estuvieran dentro de nuestra propia habitación. En general, fue una experiencia muy mala y nada recomendable

• Dominique (8/5): Un bon rapport qualité prix au coeur de Sitges - Localisation au coeur du centre-ville, on peut tout faire à pied. Assez proche du parking qui se trouve au-dessus de la voie ferrée (2€ la demi-journée seulement). Les escaliers sont assez raides (pas d'ascenseur). Un chien du voisinage a aboyé une bonne partie de la nuit, gâchant le calme du quartier.
• Julien (8/5): Beau rooftop, dommage les odeurs - Le petit roof top cosy et bien équipé (bain à jets froid, pas bien grand mais bien agencé), douche et wc, protection contre le vent et vue sur les toits du centre ville, le personnel très sympa… Le seul gros hic de mon séjour fut d’arriver dans une chambre « non fumeur » où ça sent la cigarette froide… certes au bout de 2 jours et à coup de désodorisant ça allait mais quand on reste 3 nuits c’est franchement moyen… on ouvre la fenêtre et on trouve des mégots ça et là.. aussi pour la douche il fallait presque un mode d’emploi… et les finitions laissent à désirer… enfin mettre un frigo qui fait du bruit à côté du lit… c’est pas top…

No lift, no lobby, no bar, just a door off the street, a guy at a desk, a staircase to your room, which was clean, tidy and well appointed. The bonus was roof top sunning with a small plunge. Go with your pragmatic head on and you will be impressed. It is an excellent example of a niche. No right to comment on no lifts and stuff like that. It is what it is what it is at £60 a night.

Clean and comfortable rooms Cannot be helped but the fact there’s no lift and narrow stairwell, which could be difficult carrying a suitcase. The overhead shower needs some repairs as it leaked. Also there was building work happening next to property, would have been nice to have been warned

• Bert (10/5): - I was really impressed with this stay. The value for money is top-notch. Unlike many city rooms, this one wasn't too small and had a nice balcony to relax on. The bed was very comfortable, and I have to emphasize that the room was spotlessly clean. The staff were lovely and helpful, and the location is excellent for exploring. Would definitely stay here again! The rooftop pool is a 'small but fine' highlight. The vibe during sunset is beautiful. I was lucky enough to have the pool to myself several times—possibly because I visited outside of the high season—which made my stay even more relaxing.

• Alessia Ceccarelli (8/5): Ottimo per soggiornare nei pressi di Barcellona senza stare in centro - Hotel piccolo ma nuovo e dotato di tutti i confort, persino una piccola piscina sul tetto.Posizione ottima: a 5 min dalla stazione di Sitges, dove si può raggiungere Barcellona in circa 30/40 minuti. Anche se non è presente il servizio della colazione, nei paraggi ci sono molti posti dove poter mangiare. Stanza non molto grande ma per poche notti va benissimo (anche di più se ci sa adattare). Nella nostra stanza non funzionava uno degli interruttori della luce. Metterei un asciugamano in più per ospite.

• Jaime (5/5): - Muy buena ubicación y personal de limpieza La ducha era impracticable, o llenaba el baño de agua pues la mampara cubre menos de la mitad de la ducha o tenías que usar una cortina que había puesto para subsanar el error de la mampara, pero esta cortina limitaba el lado efectivo de la ducha a menos de un metro cuadrado, tenías que ducharte sin poder moverte y con la cortina toda pegada al cuerpo, horrible. El colchón de la cama muy fino se notaban todas la maderas del somier, incómodo para descansar. Se escuchaba todo el ruido de la habitación del al lado.

La máquina de aire acondicionado de la habitación estaba toda sucia. Falta una mueble con cajones donde dejar algo de ropa apoyada solo ya donde colgar

• Emma (1/5): Ideal for being so central but no a comfortable stay. Host was very pleasant. - Very central The bed was so uncomfortable. The mattress had clearly been well used, we had an awful nights sleep. Booked the room for three nights but left after the first as it was just too uncomfortable to spend another night there. There were no signs on the reception desk to let anyone know when anyone would be there. As we were up and out very early (due to being so uncomfortable) we hung around for a little while hoping to catch someone but no one came so we left. Now in discussions with booking.com to get a refund on the unused nights. Also we didn’t notice until late that night there was no loo roll and again no one to ask on the desk!! Another point for anyone who may drive there, parking is limited. It cost 30€ to park at Mercadona overnight.

Todo el personal muy amable y la habitación limpia y grande. Habían unos huéspedes al lado mío quienes hicieron mucho ruido, hablando con gente de la calle a través del balcón a las 4 de la madrugada entre semana. No era culpa del hotel pero sí que afectó mi estancia.

• Sian (3/5): Probably perfect for a younger crowd - The location was ideal. The staff were very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Although advertised as a room with a terrace - there was no terrace, just a window overlooking the inside of the buildings, so just a wall to look at. The walls were thin so I could hear people in their rooms on either side and above. It was very noisy late at night (1am to 4am) with people coming home from partying and they were so close to my bedroom door it was very loud. It felt more like a hostel. I appreciate it was cheap so I shouldn't have expected much. And I'm sure it would suit a younger person who also wouldn't find the two flights of stairs hard on their knees :)

• Sophie (9/5): We all loved this hotel - David was absolutely lovely, we arrived so early and asked if we could check in earlier and he let us check in around 12:30 even though check in was 3pm. The rest of reception staff were lovely and the cleaners were very nice too. The rooms were super clean, no issues at all with them, bathrooms were also super clean. The pool was lovely, the roof is more spacious than I thought. Previous people complained about noise but honestly I didn’t notice much, any noise that we heard died down around 12am so don’t let that dissuade you! We really enjoy our stay so thank you so much <3 Nothing was wrong our stay, only one instance where the fire alarm fell off the ceiling but it didn’t harm anyone.

He is very kind, funny, and patient (I had an issue with my card at first and he was very empathetic while I took my time to solve it). When it was time to go, Juan was absolutely fantastic as well. It was my first time in Sitges, and I will definitely pass bay next time to say hello and hasta pronto. Thank you!

Ilmselt on hooajal ja nädalavahetustel lärmakam, aga minu peatumise ajal oli öösel toas täiesti vaikne. Väga meeldis, et toas oli kohvimasin ja sai hommikukohvi rõdul juua. Tuba oli väga puhas, v.a. rõdu põrand. Voodi on mugav, magasin väga hästi. Retseptsiooni inimesed olid sõbralikud. Liikumisraskustega inimestele võivad kitsad trepid olla liiast. Minu tuba oli 4.korrusel ja sinna ikka andis kohvrit vedada. Dušinurk on väga kitsas ja kardin ei hoia vett kinni. Duširuumi põrand oli väga külm, aga vähemalt oli dušš mõnusalt kuum.
