• Andrew (1/5): Politeness does not allow me to say what I want to say. - The location was fine IF I had been able to stay there. The owner was not prepared for my arrival. I had booked and paid over two months in advance. He claimed that he would need to get someone to clean the room before I arrived. I asked him how I would collect the key(since he did not live on site) He said he would send me a key code by SMS I said that I would need to have it no later than midday of the following day. He did not contact me until later in the afternoon but by that time I had made other arrangements. I still have not received a refund.
• Andrew (2/5): Terrible overall experience. Stay somewhere else! - Room was. Nice inside. Advertised as a bedroom and sitting room with couch. It’s only a single room no couch. Owner tried to get us to cancel our stay less than a Week out. When we refuse they did not reply to any messages and provided no property details. A complete nightmare to deal with. I’d look elsewhere.
• Austen (3/5): Not as advertised - Despite it being advertised that there was free wifi there was absolutely no wifi at all. The large roller blind was not securely attached and came crashing down when I tried to pull it up. The shower also was not working and the shower taps had been removed and wete left lying on the sink
• Allan (1/5): Bad - Nothing .this is why it has no refunds at the bottom of the add. We missed reading the reviews before we paid. Hope no one else does the same. Every thing . It was so small an dingy, nowhere to put our bags ect . The most expensive place we had our whole stay in Tassie at $180 a night. Other places we stayed where modern an spacous with veiws ranged $140 to $160 anight. We didnt feel very safe to stay there ,when we looked for power points ect and found only 3, where you have to unplug the microwave to plug in the kettel.it looked like the owner was doing his own work. We were riped off in every way.

• Keith (1/5): Really disappointed - The outside appearance was well be low the standards expected for the cost of the room The owner relied on his neighbour to prepare the room, which was really clean, when I rang to voice my opinion of the unit, Jess the the owner replied and quote “ you are not living on the outside, you are staying on the inside” Bit disconcerting All the appliances and furniture were second hand Did not have storage for cases No extra blankets, What really upset us was that Jesse was relying on his neighbour to ensure that unit was clean but has not taken into account the physical appearance presenting to the tenants on arrival He has started the renovations from the wrong angle

• Ron (3/5): Poor. - The exterior was very dilapidated and the guttering leaked at the entrance to the unit. The exterior, the entrance, lack of cold water pressure , no reading light on one side of the bed and no baking dishes for the oven. There was no instruction booklet and it took 2 days to work out how to use the airconditioner/heater. We had 2 very cold nights there.

• Ross (4/5): Very disappointing as we did not get the accommodation as described on Booking.com and paid for. - Not a lot. I paid for a unit that was supposed to have a separate bedroom and living area, free wifi. Ther was no wifi at all and the unit was just a bed, small table and 2 seats and a kitchenette with basic equipment. As above. In addition the shower did not work properly and despite the owner attempting to fix the issue it was still far from adequate. We paid for accommodation and facilities which were not what we booked and believe we are entitled to a refund because of this. The so called balcony was just a wooden porch. There were power points that did not work and another that was incorrectly wired. The smoke alarm was not fully wired and the battery was flashing red. The owner did replace the battery when we reported this.

• Susan (8/5): Very comfortable. - Breakfast N/A Location good Not able to contact owner, no direction as to where to find key. Need a key box.
• Sweetman (8/5): Clean reasonable location. - Clean Pillows and towels poor quality. Not a cabin and a number of concerns regarding lack of power points and needing to lift down the microwave to plug in. Only one bedside cabinet and no power points along side beds. Metal stake with earth wire a trip hazard on way in. Property not clearly marked. No freezer in fridge for ice or frozen food. No globe in outside light. No bins for rubbish or recycling.
• Even (2/5): Very disappointing - 1) Poor communication from the owner regarding the collection of the keys. On giving them a call, I received a blunt reply with an unhelpful attitude. 2) On arrival at the property, there was no signage. The front of the property is another dilapidated building with rubbish inside. The cabins are at the back of this building, and one has to figure that out upon reaching there. 3) The keys kept for us in the cabin were not locking it. After fidgeting with it for a long time, we tried the keys from the other empty cabin, which were the right ones. 4) There was no blind on the small bathroom window, and anybody could See if they tried. We hung a towel there. 5) The bedding and the towels didn't smell fresh. 6) TV didn't have a reception from any channel.
