• John (7/5): GUTE LAGE! - Dieses Appartement liegt gleich bei der Placa de la Merced und 10 Minuten vom Meer. Beinahe alles was man so braucht war im Appartement anwesend. Appartement hat einen Lift.

Cozy, clean and all needed equipments (kitchen etc) are in place. Friendly staff and arrangement to take over keys. No view from apartment, but go outside and enjoy Malaga!

• Gravendeel (9/5): Heerlijk schoon, gezellig appartement in het centrum van Malaga . - Het was heel compleet, aan alles was gedacht; zeep, olie, azijn, koffie, zout e.d. maar ook pleisters, droogrek enz Het balkon was klein maar wel fijn voor einde middag , dan kwam de zon daar ( in februari ). Bij ons heeft 1 iemand in de slaapkamer geslapen(dit bed is beter dan de slaapbank)en 1 persoon op de blauwe slaapbank waar we extra lakens voor kregen, allemaal prima geregeld. We hebben fietsen gehuurd om langs de kust te fietsen. Met de trein kun je heel makkelijk naar de diverse steden aan de kust. niks eigenlijk. De lift was fijn maar werd juist in onze dagen weer netjes geschilderd dus dat was even 6 verdiepingen lopen.

We were advised in advance and told we could have a discount which was never received. Asked the member of staff who met us on arrival and were told it would be issued within a week. Did not receive discount refund.

Apartament przestronny i czysty, ze wszystkimi udogodnieniami (wyposażona kuchnia ze zmywarką i pralką), wygodne łóżka, klimatyzacja.

• Marta (9/5): Se tornassi a malaga tornerei sicuramente ad alloggiare qui - La posizione sicuramente, tutte le piccole accortezze come il phon con sia diffusore sia beccuccio per capelli lisci, spazzolini da denti, dentifrici, rasoi e schiuma da barba, bagnoschiuma, perfino elastici per capelli. Inoltre il balconcino è sicuramente un punto in più.
• PHH (4/5): Mooi appartement / slechte communicatie - Mooi recent gerenoveerd en volledig ingericht appartement. Niks op aan te merken, behalve misschien het ietwat klein uitgevallen bed. Fijne douche. Lift was schijnbaar al enige tijd kapot (7e etage !) zonder dat dit vooraf gecommuniceerd was. Aanbod tot kleine restitutie geaccepteerd (via bemiddeling Booking), zonder op de hoogte te zijn gesteld van het feit dat de volgende dag de zeer luidruchtige herstelwerkzaamheden zouden beginnen (lift moest volledig vervangen worden). Daarover wederom bij verhuurder geklaagd, maar verder geen afdoende reactie meer ontvangen. Omdat je de vakantie niet verder wilt verpesten hebben we maar besloten iedere dag vroeg op te staan, de dag volledig buitenshuis door te brengen en pas in de avond terug te keren wanneer de werkzaamheden voor die dag dan weer klaar waren. Maar daarvoor huur je geen appartement ....

• EMILIE (9/5): - Personnel très réactif, bonne localisation, appartement moderne et très bien équipé. Les espaces communs ne sont pas rénovés et n' étaient pas propres à notre arrivée. L'ascenseur était en réparation.
• James (8/5): Lovely stay - Location was excellent, right in the centre of Málaga, round the corner from Plaza de la Merced where you can find multiple bars and restaurants. Apartment itself had a really nice balcony with nice views and the whole place was spotless. Excellent facilities also. Lift was out of order so a bit of a climb up the stairs. Something to bear in mind if you have mobility issues. Entrance at the bottom of the stairs could do with some maintenance also.
• Inge (9/5): Prima appartement om een paar dagen te verblijven - Superschoon en groot appartement, heerlijke bedden, kussens (ook belangrijk!) en douche. Ruime keuken met alle benodigdheden. Locatie is ook prima. Het strand en winkels op loopafstand, veel eettentjes in de buurt. Het contact met de eigenaren via de mail en de jongeman die de sleutels kwam brengen was nogal afstandelijk (niet vriendelijk). Op een aantal vragen via de mail werd helemaal niet gereageerd. Onpersoonlijk. Ondanks dat het appartement heel fijn en netjes was, is de onpersoonlijke benadering een reden voor mij om hier niet meer te boeken. Daarnaast wordt er op de site gesuggereerd dat er een airport shuttleservice beschikbaar is. Dit is niet het geval. We hebben een Uber genomen, die niet voor de deur van de hoofdingang mocht stoppen.

• Karin (9/5): Fantastisch - Persoonlijke ontvangst in het appartement. Tussendoor werd er heel snel gereageerd op vragen via WhatsApp. Het appartement was ruim, keurig schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien en het lag heel dichtbij Plaza de la Merced. Echt een hele fijne plek voor je stedentrip ( en ook het strandis nog goed aan te lopen) Een enkele keer hoorden we de bovenburen 's avonds lopen. Wij vonden de bedden aan de harde kant, maar misschien vinden anderen dat juist prettig. Maar dat was dan ook alles.
• Janice (8/5): Would definitely return - The property is ideal for short stay. Beautifully clean and tidy. Had everything you needed within the property. Location was exceptional , can get to everywhere within ten minutes. Sadly through no fault of the owners …..there was a group of men in neighbouring property that were loud and noisy between the hours of 1am and 5 am which disrupted our sleep two nights running.

• Victoria (9/5): A nice apartmnet close to everything. We walked to the beach and marina which were lovely. The old town where the cathed - The property was spotless. Very clean and had everything you could need, including two parasols for the beach. A member of staff Luis met us at the apartment and showed us around. You can hear noise from the other apartments which is expected living in a city centre location.

• Austeja (8/5): Nice stay - The apartment is in a very good location, all the attractions are reached within 10 min walking, there’s groceries shops, a market and nice restaurants around. It has also a good public transport connection. It is also cozy, has great views from the balcony. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare light lunch/dinner. It’s also convenient to work if you’re on a workation, the wifi connection is reliable. If you are a light sleeper then it might be quite noisy for you as the apartment is in a busy street.

From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless—check-in was smooth and hassle-free, setting the tone for a stress-free stay. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the area whether by car, bus, or on foot. Despite being so well-connected, the apartment itself is incredibly quiet, allowing for restful nights. The spacious layout made it feel like a true home away from home, and the thoughtful décor added warmth and charm. One of the standout aspects was the attention to detail, particularly in the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen was fully stocked with essentials like spices, oil, and even Tupperware, making meal prep incredibly convenient. The bathroom was equally well-equipped, complete with high-quality shampoo and other necessities. Cleanliness was another highlight—the entire space was spotless, which made settling in even more comfortable. Overall, this apartment exceeded my expectations in every way, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommended! One thing to be aware of: The booking listing was not very clear about which apartment you are getting. There are two apartments that share the same entrance, and only one of them has a balcony. Be sure to double-check with the host before booking to ensure you get the one you prefer.

The apartment had everything you could possibly need, with a lovely balcony, giving a view of the cathedral. Musty smell in the corridor directly outside the entrance to the apartment.

• Sandra (8/5): Very good - Clean and with lots of cooking aids. Good location. The boy that gave us the key was very friendly and helpful. The stairs light doesn’t work properly, the apartment is in one of the top floors and when using the stairs you have to do half of the way in darkness as the lights go off and not all the switches work to turn it on.

There is also a bus stop right in front of the building which was very convenient. Gabriel was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond when I needed assistance. Overall great stay. I would recommend and would return the next time I'm in Malaga.
• Alina (5/5): While it wasnt all bad, I do not recommend - the location was very good, everything is very easily reachable. Wifi connection was excellent. every night I was woken up my very loud neighbors, it was usually at 2am, 4am and then 6am again and not only on the weekends. This was extremely difficult because I was using this apartment to world from home. Additionally there were white little bugs in my bed between the sheets. Apparently these are not bed bugs but bugs that also feed off of human skin cells but thankfully you cannot carry them wirh you home. The sheets didn‘t look or smell fresh, so I spent most of my days sleeping on the uncomfortable pull out couch, using my own sheets.

Location was good, very central, walking distance to most things we wanted to see. Couldn't find the cutlery drawer at first! But it was well stocked when we found it 😀

• Ian (8/5): Viva Calle Victoria. - Location. Decor. Views from balcony. Dust and what appeared to be dog hair on tiled floor although to be fair our rep did warn us about the dust due to prevailing wind conditions.

• Mervyn (7/5): We loved Malaga and the flat was comfortable but we DID not appreciate living on a building site - Clean and comfortable in a central location There was a lot of building work taking place nearby including the adjoining flat. We were woken at each morning by the sound of very loud drilling etc the balcony got covered in dust and we didn’t feel that we could sit outside.

• Ilze (8/5): Perfect location - Perfect communication, great staff, excellent location, clean apartment, heating/ air conditioning system, good shower. Special thanks for cofee, tea, oil, salt and vinegar in the kitchen. The pictures of the apartment are misleading. We didn't have a balcony, nor even a normal view. Some kitchen basics were missing - a corkscrew and a smaller pot, for example. But the biggest disappointment was the nonexistent balcony. Overall, it was a great stay in a perfect location, but please separate in your offer apartments with views from those without.
• Dallan (9/5): very good apartment , particularly for a couple very close to the heart of Malaga - The apartment is right on the outskirts of the old town , 2 mins from the roman theatre and the Alcazaba and all that Malaga has to offer . there are lots of restaurants and bars very near by ... but it is a very quiet and safe . It has all the amenities including an iron and ironing board : there are even some toiletries for use in the bathroom and oils , salt pepper etc in the kitchen . it is a nice spacious apartment. check-in was easy - we got in touch via whatsapp with the friendly , and very busy Luigi , who met us with the keys within about 10 mins . There is a e175 deposit fee required via credit card on arrival but that was returned very quickly , and seems to be the norm for Malaga apartments ... everywhere we looked had the same policy nothing
